Had an issue with a young gentleman taking orders. He was entitled and rude and he knew it because when I called him out he said "yeah yeah yeah". He then proceeded to do everything else except make the one item that was ordered which was a bubble tea. There were only two other tables occupied in the restaurant so It didn't feel busy. First, food was great you order pho you're definitely going to get good variety of everything they're not stingy! Their prices were pretty much the same with anywhere else. Their viet coffee was great, I also wanted boba (tapioca balls) I don't know if it was just that day, but it was really hard. Overall, great dine in experience. Pho Ever & Wok used to be one of the premier Pho and Wok facilities in the Puyallup area, however, with their recent sale to a new owner, all has changed. The prices of all items have increased while the food quality and quantity has greatly diminished. While I cannot guarantee it, it is also my assumption that the cooks that were there prior have also been replaced. While I understand that any restaurant will have growing pains as they try to get established, there are several things that should remain paramount; 1. Don't mess with the recipes that developed your clientele. 2. Hairnets are not simply a notion, they serve a purpose and should be worn throughout the food preparation process. 3. Raise the prices and maintain the quantity of the food ...or...maintain the prices and reduce the amount of food provided. It is one or the other, not both. 4. Any patron coming into your establishment can and might work for the health department, maintain standards or take a risk of a dissatisfactory evaluation. As mentioned, Pho Ever & Wok used to reign on high in this area, it is my hope that it will once again, however, until there is improvement, I will be taking my cravings to other places to relieve my dietary cravings. read more

We watched the owners serve our Mongolian beef to another table, the plate sat at that table for at least 5 minutes, the owners then proceeded to take that same plate of food to the back, waited a couple minutes and then brought it out to us and lied to our faces saying it wasn't hot because of how they prepare it! By then it was cold and very clear that they were too cheap and lazy to remake. Best pork chop and grilled chicken I've in South Seattle. The pork chop was cooked to perfection, with a crispy crust and juicy, tender meat. The grilled chicken was also outstanding, with a delicious smoky flavor and a perfect char. Both dishes were seasoned perfectly and served with delicious sides that complemented the meats perfectly.
