I came across this location and decided to use them due to their reviews and found out they had a good quote. I was really impressed bc their guys we're quite responsive, and very professional. My uncle and his family had to move not only their stuff but their vehicles too which this place offers! They even had special bins that helped keep our stuff organized! After using their service ..I can say that everything was intact! And mainly..everything was so easy! I recommend these guys, and I would definitely use them again. Two thumbs up!

I was staying in an hotel with a 2-day reservation. So, the mover has only those 2/day window. Most movers I contacted needed 5 day/window. Cross Country said they could and was going to work with me,. 2. The vehicles had to be dropped in Portland within a week. . Because my parties are flying in from Europe and needed to pick up the vehicles the day they touch down in Portland. Again, Cross Country Movers said, matter/of- factly that they would make it. They did!. Picked up the vehicles and dropped them off two days earlier than they promised. You may not understand, but no company was willing to commit to my deadline. James Mahar, the driver went beyond the call of duty in picking up and dropping off the vehicles. Nick, and the schedulers were in contact with me by phone and text messages. They were all so awesome. I recommend these guys for your next car shipping .

So as a surprise, my brother and I wanted to get him some newer furniture, a new set of dishes, and some giant candle holders to display around his pool. I shopped for everything in Chicago, got it organized and then I wanted a mover to ship it all together instead of each company shipping it separately. Plus, the leather couch that my brother & I got for him was from a furniture company that didn't offer out of state shipping. So I had no choice with that one. When I called Chicago cross country, I spoke with Joseph who was very down to earth. Over the phone I listed the furniture and everything else I was shipping. I told him that I wanted to time it out as a surprise if possible and he said he could definitely do that. I then called two other companies to compare on when they could start, estimation on when things would be delivered, and of course the price. Cross country outmatched the others, so I booked them. Two days later I met the movers, Patrick was one name I remember and the other guy, I don't recall his name. But it was two movers and they both were very nice & worked fast! I wasn't sure how to pack the pool-side lanterns I bought, so I had the movers pack them, along with everything else. They did it without a problem and asked me if they should take their shoes off when they got to my place. It's the little things, like asking that I care about it Everything arrived in Ogden, Utah yesterday and I was called me when the truck was an hour away from delivery. This part was important to me because I wanted to call my Dad before everything arrived so he wouldn't be alarmed with a big delivery haha. It ended up being a great surprise thanks to this company!!

Bikes, TVs, computers were all fine and well insulated. Be aware that it might actually take the full 21 days to get to you. Day 5, our stuff made it to CA from Chicago, but took an additional 15 days to make it up to Seattle from CA so your mileage may vary. We had planned on 14-15 days (two weeks) and so ended up having to buy a bunch of new stuff to be comfortable while waiting the additional two weeks. The problem lies with whomever they contracted out to do the final leg of the delivery. We had 30-40 boxes and they all appeared to at least have been tracked in some way into some sort of storage. However the team that delivered did not actually track each box when they pulled it out of storage. Additionally they filled in "delivered" sections on their own without me fully seeing and filling out that portion myself. I will probably not end up suing this service again in the future as waiting 2 weeks and then having random boxes go missing for the price paid is pretty unacceptable. Insurance covers some of it but it's still annoying playing the "what random stuff will I have to replace" game =(

shipping a car stinks. it's hard to get any transparency about the process. as i understand it, in…read morethe vast majority of situations, you're basically hiring a broker to go on central dispatch or similar, list your car, and get a carrier to match their bid. if they underquote, the car sits, because carriers will take the higher paying jobs. i'm not an expert and i might be mistaken, but i'm guessing the price differences between brokers reflect both (a) how big their fee is but also (b) how much they're bidding (and by extension how much you're paying the carrier for prioritization/to get your car loaded faster). i'm guessing the bigger brokers may have some negotiated relationships with carriers (or their own carrier business) that also factor in. i bought a car from a dealership out of state and needed it shipped home because i didn't want to fly and drive. because covid. car was in a small coastal city and i wanted it delivered to near chicago. not the most common route, as i understand it. tci came in at just about the lowest quote for the job. i was a little wary but saw they had a lot of reviews on google, transportreviews and BBB so i decided to take the chance. I emailed with Rob and he gave me a call. he said the quote might be a little low but he thought the car could get picked up within 3 days (otherwise i could just cancel) and that he'd be in touch. car wasn't picked up within the 3 days. but they didn't hide the ball and didn't make any excuses (though they could've pointed out that it's not the most common route). i could've gone to a different broker. Rob kept trying, and he got the car delivered within a week of my signup. it even wound up shipping enclosed at no additional cost to me. your mileage may vary, but i had a very good experience with TCI and would use again.

Our request was to pick the car up either August 16, 2026 or August 17, 2026 as the vehicle absolutely had to arrive in TX on August 18, 2026. Dave Pan, the TCI Logistics dispatcher communicated through text message starting around July 13, and continuing over many days assuring they would be able to accommodate our requirements. I received the first call from the transport company on Friday August 14, 2026 stating they had our order and would pick up between 9AM and 12PM on Monday August 17, which would arrive in TX on August 19. While that was not what we agreed upon we messaged Dave Pan to try to get this resolved. Dave did not respond to messages. On Monday, August 17 I received a call from the transport company at 11:59am telling me their truck had broken down and they needed to pick the car up on August 18. After calling Dave Pan at TCI Logistics via phone and having some heated discussions with him at around 12:10pm on August 17 we asked Dave to cancel our pickup request because what they proposed was not what they promised and did not work for us. At that time, we specifically asked Dave to cancel our order and to immediately refund our $150 deposit. As of August 25, we have not received that refund. We called TCI Logistics on August 25 and asked to speak with a manager. We were able to reach the president of TCI, Kalob Antov by phone. He stated to us that he was not going to refund the deposit because we did not cancel. We definitely did request a refund on August 17, 2026 and we have text messages to prove this. Kalob was very rude and used every cuss word in the book blaming us that we did not cancel. I am not sure how anyone can run a business this way and talk to customers they way he did. We ended up having to drive the car to TX so we could get it to the destination on time
