It's hard to review this place. First, because we really LIKE, even love a lot of the food here. We've been here maybe 20 times in the last 3 years, have even introduced friends and family. The good news: it's worth trying if you like burger pub food or cheese curds. We've tried all the cheese curds, the wings and many of the burgers. I've also ordered the Applewood Bacon and Fajita chicken salad a lot, because I do mostly low-carb, keto food. The bad news: it is very inconsistent. We loved their wings so much, that we would often go for just wings. About the 4th time, they were way underdone, so we had to send them back....although the manager tried to convince us that they were fine. (not) Two times after that, my husband picked some up for take out and the meat tasted "old". You know, like cooked chicken that has sat in the fridge for 4 days. But we figured it was a fluke...the next time we went in for the wings, they tasted so old/bad, that I had to send them back and order something else. You can tell, we really loved them, and WANT to love them, but the inconsistency now makes it a bad-bet for us. So, we're done with their wing. The salad. Because of my diet, this is a go-to meal for me. However, it also got to be too unpredictable. Once, lettuce so old, had to send it back. A few times, the chicken way over cooked like sawdust in the mouth. Another time, the important TITLE bacon was left off and the waiter didn't seem to care...("Oh, did you WANT that?" he asked.) The service. Very so so. Every once in a while, great service. But mostly lacklastre people. One of the veteran wait staff, we see her carrying loads of food out, including ketchup bottles stuffed in her arm pit. Not good. Now, in defense, the management WILL come out, discuss and apologize for anything that goes wrong....they have heard my concerns about the chicken wings and the bad lettuce. But, you know, you can only apologize so much. I don't want to go to a restaurant that says GAMBLE. I guess I could say that we've never had a bad cheese curd there, nor has my husband ever complained about a burger. That said, the accompanying fries are very tasty, but have come out quite cold (and limp) a number of times...so once again, had to ask for replacements. This review makes us seem like very picky people. The fact is we went so often, you can see that we really have given them tons of chances and WANT it to be right. If this place could deliver consistent quality and better service, it would be my favorite restaurant in the Fox Valley. The TASTE of most stuff is great when it's done right. read more

Last night was my first experience at Milwaukee Burger Company. It was a very pleasant experience. The place itself is super clean and has a sporty atmosphere. There are a lot of TVs to watch your favorite sporting event. The waitress that we had was super awesome at her job. She check in with us several times and was always friendly. The food was awesome as well. They specialize in burgers but their burgers are more than just a regular burger. And the cheese curds are definitely something worth trying. This is a kid friendly place because we seen a lot of families bringing in their children. This place also has a variety of beer and drinks with alcohol. They also have a variety of drinks that are non-alcohol. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place for a burger! read more

The cheese curds here are the best outside of county fair cheese curds!!! The sampler is perfectly priced for how much you get. The burgera were always really good, I just wish that when you order the portabella mushroom one the server would inform you that the burger patty is replaced by an actual portabella mushroom, instead of letting you assume that the mushroom is going on top of the burger. read more

I love this place. Creative, delicious burgers (Fired up burger is my favorite). Amazing cheese curds. The only reason I've left off one star is because the quality isn't as consistent as I'd prefer. Huge bar with lots of tv's so customers can watch a lot of games at the same time. There was a huge line when we visited, but it moved pretty quickly. The place is pretty large and has a fun vibe. Being from out of town I wanted to try this place because who doesn't enjoy a great burger. My boyfriend and I were absolutely disappointed. He ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings, a beer, I ordered the do-gooder burger with fries, a pickle Bloody Mary . The onion rings didn't taste like onion rings at all. It was bland and oily. The burger for him was okay, he compared it to Red Robin's cheeseburger and the burger at Red Robin is 10xs better. My burger patty fell apart. Being a red meat lover the beef was not good at all. My Bloody Mary was warm, yuck! Even the water tasted funny. The only thing good about this place was the hostess up front and our server. That's the only reason why I even gave it two stars. Will not be recommending this place to family or friends. This location used to be and old Buffalo Wild Wings. They've done really well at this location. I've tried a few of their wraps and most of their burgers. They are okay, but they are not "knock my socks off" okay. They just seem to pile on stuff without regard to the true flavor of the burger, which is kind of bland. read more

Wow this place is phenomenal, up here for work/school and def have tried some different places, so decided to try mbc, i decided to try the classic cheese curds and omg they were amazing cheesy and the size of golf balls couldn't recommend more, def was impressed probably some of the best i have had in Wisconsin hands down. Stopped here for a burger today for lunch. I ordered the bacon Bloody Mary, the steakhouse burger, and some fries topped with cheese curds, gravy and green onions (i forgot what they call it). The service was good, it took a while to get our food however, it was worth the wait. Everything was amazing. The bacon in my bloody each had a different flavor, and was pretty filling. This place is located in the old Buffalo Wild Wings building. We went here for lunch. The atmosphere was ok. They had a nice size bar with a good variety of beer, plenty of screens for watching T.V. could probably use more seating as there was a line building and no place to seat people. I ordered a burger which in my opinion was just o.k. It was tasty but too much bar-b-q sauce that it made the bun soggy. I had a cup of chili before hand that again was just o.k.
