This is an Appleton gem. I try to sneak in a Draft visit whenever I'm in town because the food is A+ and the service is just as solid. Tried the bam bam shrimp for the first time and it is SO GOOD. It could stand alone as a small entree given the well roundedness of the dish. The server really knew the menu well when I narrowed my choice down to salmon, she steered me in the right direction.

It's important to know that they wait for your entire party to arrive before seating you. So we ended up standing in the small lobby area kind of in the way for a little while. Once we sat down, our server was super attentive and helpful and provided phenomenal service. We had the potstickers to start, and they were very tasty. For my meal I ordered one of the dinner specials, a ribeye with Brie cheese and caramelized onions - it was a really good steak but I think it could have been perfected. The Brie cheese was cold and wasn't melted over the top like you'd expect, and I ordered my steak Medium, and half of it was medium but the other half was definitely Rare, close to Blue. We had the rumchata crème brûlée and it was delicious and enough to share. Overall Draft was a good experience and a good meal.

Service was great! I had the Whisky BBQ Burger without bacon and truffle fries; delicious! I also had the Hibiscus Cosmo with a Hibiscus dipped in syrup. I went at noon on a Saturday, not a busy time. Very nice ambiance. Clean bathroom!

Food is delicious every time! The cocktails are thoughtfully created and the service is great.

The drinks at Draft definitely deserve their own review. The Draft old fashioned is made with house butters and syrup, a Luxardo cherry, an ice sphere, and a branded orange twist. A+presentation and proportions. The Lavender Haze is certainly a sight to behold and worth the price of admission to have that moment of anticipation prior to releasing the confined smoke. The place has a great industrial vibe, overall. The food was good; get the truffle fries instead of the sweet potato fries.

We had reservations and were seated right on time. The ambiance was the best part. The menu options were just so heavy overall, between apps, entrees and dessert. Forget about getting any veggie forward apps, soups, or a small salad or dinner roll with your entree. After your dining experience is over you'll be sad that you didn't get anything to break up the rich/heavy monotony. I ordered the Chardonnay-Lobster Scallops and I have to say the scallops were to die for as long as you scraped them to the side of the plate so you could enjoy them without the competing risotto and lobster creme. In all fairness they did have steamed carrots and asparagus on the side, but those weren't pan-seared, charred, seasoned, etc., so they were very bland. My husband had the lobster pizza and was really happy with his meal. For drinks, he totally loved his NA Strawberry-Mint Lemonade. My Wisconsin Old Fashioned (brandy, sweet) was pretty much soda with cherries on top; I didn't taste the bitters or brandy. The service was the most lackluster. I get there can be "off" nights, but Miranda D. acted like her tables were an inconvenience and that smiling or being pleasant was taboo. Hubs who works in customer service was horrified by her. Not sure if we'd come back. Maybe we will if we see future menus have more palate-forward varieties.

I was in town touring the Pierce facility. One evening we dined at Draft Gastropub. The food was great, the server was amazing. Her name was Sassy Cassie, or Cassandra. She was professional, friendly, quick witted and sooo much fun. If you're in the Draft on Monday, Wednesday or Friday evening ask for her, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Sassy Cass, you were great!!

I love this place! It is a beautiful restaurant with a great bar area. The vibe is cool and comfortable. And I have always have great service. They have a unique selection of craft drinks that are yummy. The shrimp bowl is amazing! A great combination of ingredients, textures, and flavors with huge shrimp. The Mac n cheese is creamy and cheesy with lobster! The tuna poke bowl is vibrant and tasty. But I would get the shrimp bowl again and again!! I have ordered others dishes and everything is always tasty. Try the Friday night fish fry. When I am in town, I go here. So good!!

We were there for lunch, the service was excellent. This was my first time eating here and I am definitely planning on brining my family back for another meal. The burger was cooked perfectly medium with crispy onion straws. I had the sweet potato fries for a side, the fries had a lovely sugary seasoning that wasn't overpoweringly sweet. I would definitely recommend.

Grouper that was delicious and my hubby asked for mashed potatoes because he was fond of the side, they provided it with no issues.

They have an upstairs tap room, an arcade, and a bar and restaurant downstairs. The service was all-around incredible. The employees were warm, friendly, and professional, and they seemed to know exactly how often to check in without interrupting our meal. They spaced out our drinks, appetizers, and entrees just the right amount. Our server Andrew was particularly great. We had a soda flight of their craft sodas for a super super reasonable price, and every single soda was spectacular. We're spoiled in the craft soda department by virtue of living in Wisconsin (Sprecher, Potosi, etc), but this was definitely the best craft soda we've had. Even the wacky flavors like blue raspberry were rich and flavorful--they didn't taste overwhelmingly artificial. I cannot recommend their soda enough, although I imagine their craft beer is pretty good too! We also had a delicious mocktail, which always goes a long ways in impressing us. All of our food was reasonably priced and so, so, fresh and delicious. The Bavarian pretzel with the beer cheese was heavenly!! We loved our entrees as well. Even something simple like the fries were perfectly done--fresh, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside I don't think we could have asked for a better experience. Everything we had their was top notch, and despite the number of things we ordered, our bill was not very high at all (about $50 for a mocktail, a craft soda flight and a soda pint, an appetizer and two entrees.

I don't know how often the menu changes, but it seemed clear that it did change. There is also a menu of wine, beer, and spirits available. I enjoyed excellent service from Claire and a truly exceptional meal consisting of the Scramble (duck egg, ramps, fingerling potatoes, and topped with crispy potato chips), Country Pate (toast points, stone ground mustard, pickled collard green stems and carrots, and fennel), and Smoked Ribs (corn bread with thyme butter and collard greens)! I loved the vibe of the place, which made it seem like a casual bar with decent bar food. I did not expect the high level of quality dishes I saw on the menu, which followed through to the plate compositions, and then onto my palate! There wasn't a single disappointing bite in any of the three dishes I ordered, which were all from the small plate/appetizer section of the menu under "Colds" and "Hots." The Country Pate board was a perfect start, and the Ribs are smoked in their outdoor smoker, providing a slight smoky flavor and very tender meat. Ribs are served over delicious collard greens and with a side of cornbread and thyme butter. I tasted an herb in the cornbread and forgot to ask, but it may have also been thyme, or just my imagination. The cornbread wasn't moist, but also wasn't dry, and it had the crumbly texture one looks for in cornbread. I did not expect to taste collard greens this good in Neenah. The Scramble was absolutely perfect! You can tell from the photo how perfectly the duck eggs were cooked. There were fluffy and flavorful, and they were served over sliced fingerling potatoes, and then topped with crispy housemade potato chips. I wanted to order more, but I was satisfied, and it was getting late. I still had a 90 minute drive back home and work the next morning. If you're anywhere Neenah, I highly recommend you eat here!

Thankfully, we had a reservation for two seats at the high-top bar directly in front of the open kitchen and service line, which gave us a front-row view of the chefs and dishes heading out to the dining room. More on those seats later. The restaurant itself is modern, stylish, and upscale without feeling pretentious. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout the evening. For drinks, I ordered a Lion's Tail beer while my wife enjoyed a prosecco. We started with two appetizers: the Country Pâté for me and the Wisconsin Cheese Plate for my wife. Both were served with pickled vegetables, including cucumbers and red onions, and both were excellent. The portions were surprisingly generous and, in hindsight, we probably could have shared just one appetizer and been perfectly happy. One of the highlights of the evening was watching the kitchen in action. Despite a packed dining room and the added chaos of Thursday burger night, the chefs took time to chat with us and were incredibly kind and hospitable. The chef-owner, who was working directly in front of us, recommended the Roasted Trout, while my wife chose the Roasted Beets. The trout was beautifully cooked. The skin was left on and crisped to perfection, pairing wonderfully with the spaetzle. My only criticism is that it was noticeably oversalted. It wasn't enough to ruin the dish, but it did have me reaching for my water glass more often than I'd have liked. A few bites from my wife's beet dish provided a nice balance, as it was light, fresh, and flavorful. By the end of the meal, we were far too full for dessert, so we settled our tab and prepared to leave. Now, back to those high-top bar seats. The chairs are very tall. I'm six feet tall and still had to hoist myself up into mine. My wife, who is five feet tall, practically had to climb aboard. The view is fantastic, but after an hour and a half, a couple of drinks, and a great meal, it's easy to forget just how far off the ground you are. As I got up to leave, I nearly lost my footing and almost tumbled out of my chair. Unfortunately, my wife wasn't as lucky. She fell backward, hitting her head on the concrete floor and bruising her leg and forearm as she tried to break her fall. Thankfully, she was okay and didn't need medical attention, but she ended up with a sizable bump on her head and some impressive bruises. So, a word of caution: if you're seated at the high-top bar, be aware of the height. The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent, but those chairs are not for the faint of heart. Consider bringing a parachute. Would definitely return, though perhaps next time we'll request a table closer to ground level.
