Great indoor and outdoor experience but quite pricy. Food is good but didn't blow us away. The escargot was good and a generous portion. The fish was good but a bit bland. The brussel sprouts were nice. Great service and it was a good experience.

Beautiful dinner over at Mimi and Coco! This was the perfect place to have a nice family dinner. Called a few weeks ahead of time to reserve a table and thank goodness I did. On the same day there was a huge party in the main area of the restaurant and they were only accommodating reservations. Arrived at around 6pm and my party had already been seated. We were places in the "grotto" looking room with tons of wine bottles. Totally cute and romantic vibes. Loved it. Wine selection was great! I started with a chianti and ended with a meaty Cab. For food, I had a bit of the Caesar, pork chop (as my main), and tree the seafood fettuccine. Everything was wonderful! The pork chop was the perfect choice! Served with French fries, brussel sprouts and in a lovely cream sauce. Very nice dinner at Mimi and Coco Bistro! Totally cute, great customer service, and delicious food.

Back again, brought friends from out of town who wanted to have lunch in the Village. The weather was lovely today, we chose to dine on the outdoor patio. My Salmon salad was quite lovely on this visit- I enjoyed the new mix of lettuces. My friends enjoyed their lunches as well, specifically the Penne Bistro. The service is typically good and the menu rarely changes, with the exception of a daily special. The thing I dislike about Mimi & Coco's is consistency - Especially my go-to meal. I have consistently ordered the same (2) menu items while dining @Mimi & Coco's for the last 6+ years! (Due to my food allergies) Although, I never know which version will arrive. Will a large juicy piece of salmon arrive on my salad or small dry strips? What will the bed of lettuce consist of.... It's always a Suprise. The grilled Octopus- used to be my go to. Although, So inconsistent - I refuse to even order this anymore. **see photos **I will take friends who want to dine in the Village, the vibe & wine list is always consistent.

One of the lakeside restaurants at Lake Las Vegas. We stopped by for a late afternoon lunch so there weren't many people. We sat outside since we had our pups with us and they were very accommodating. However, it was extremely hot and they their fans weren't working outside, so definitely be mindful if you're dining with your pups. They didn't have many choices for food so we just went with the caesar salad, shrimp scampi, seafood medley pasta, and lobster bisque. Portions were on the smaller side but it tasted decent. Garlic bread also came with the table but it way overcooked and burnt. The menu was also on the pricier side, most likely due to the location. Service was decent but not the best, since we sat outside, it was hard to find someone to come refill our water/clean up our table. We hardly saw any wait staff out here other than when they took our order. This is a good choice if you're hungry and looking for food in the area, but be ready to pay a premium for the lakefront view and being in Lake Las Vegas.

I love the vibe of this place! My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner and the service was incredible. They gave us 2 lemoncello shots on the house! The food was absolutely delicious, I recommend the charcuterie board as an appetizer!

Just popped in for a drink! We sat outside and this place sits right on the water of lake Las Vegas. Gorgeous view. Service wasn't super speedy but also wasn't bad at all. Considering we were just having drinks it was just fine. The drink menu mainly consist of wines with one page of cocktails. They do have beer but you have to ask. Will come back to try the food for sure. Just based off the vibe I have a feeling it will be good.

View and wine ok. Caesar salad zero .

I went for first time and I might not come back to eat. The Caesar Salad was TERRIBLE ( leaves are old and ready to trash out ) I just didn't complain because I don't want messy my precious day off with this. But the wine and spaghetti was ok. But next time I might not choose this restaurant to eat.

Had a wonderful and relaxing lunch here after the July 4th holiday. The place was quiet, service was so friendly and efficient. View of the lake was peaceful and pretty. Warning on the fritto misto - it is massive! Calamari, lobster, fish, onion rings, fries, zucchini, and shrimp were all wonderfully crisp. Escargot were lovely, and salads were fresh. Everything was tasty, and we'll be back for another meal soon.

Back home in Lake Las Vegas, always my favorite spot , Mimi Coco Bistro. Authentic Italian food great ambience fabulous drinks and the staff is always friendly and personable. There's always seating inside and out with the view. If you ever are in the village in Lake Las Vegas, don't miss out and stopping in and eating here.

Excellent food, excellent service, beautiful lakeside ambiance. This place has a lovely indoor seating area, beautiful enough for date night or an anniversary. Full bar with bar seating, and outdoor seating overlooking the lake. It's a picture perfect place to enjoy lunch or a romantic dinner. My friend and I decided to try this place e for lunch, and we loved it! Lunch menu has about 12 options to choose from, including salads, beef or lobster ravioli, chicken, or pastas. Everything looked amazing, but I chose the lobster ravioli. The sauce was rich, the ravioli had a good amount of lobster meat in each one, and the plate came with two large shrimp. It was perfect. My friend picked the salmon salad. Two perfectly seasoned and cooked salmon slices placed on top of some fresh greens, sliced tomatoes, pickled onions and any dressing you choose. Both dishes were made to perfection, beautiful presentations, and packed with flavor. The ravioli is big enough to share, highly recommended if you like to try several dishes. No matter what you're looking for, this place surely has an Italian dish to meet your needs.

We had such an amazing meal at Mimi and coco. The lobster ravioli dish is a MUST. We will be coming back for that dish! Our sever Giuliano was very attentive and took such good care of our party of 7 plus a toddler!

The staff was very kind, and we were greeted and seated immediately. We were given bread with a delicious pesto sauce to enjoy while we looked over the menus. They offer an impressive menu, and we honestly had a hard time choosing! We ended up with the Tortellacci Ripieni Brasato Di Manzo Al Tartufo Nero--braised short rib wrapped in fresh egg pasta with a creamy Alfredo-style sauce. The pasta is made fresh daily, and my BF could not stop raving after every bite that it was some of the most delicious pasta he's ever had. It really was mouthwatering. We also ordered the chicken Caesar salad and did not expect the portion to be so large! The chicken had a nice char and was a little dry, but overall, paired with the Caesar dressing, the flavors blended really well. The restaurant looks out toward the lake and greenery, with patio seating that would be beautiful during cooler weather. There's also a floating stage nearby with live music on Saturdays, which you can enjoy from the restaurant. Inside, there's a small bar with seating, and the overall atmosphere feels romantic and upscale. We noticed quite a few couples enjoying dinner. We visited in early August, which is definitely the off-season at Lake Las Vegas. MonteLago Village was pretty quiet, and when we arrived around 5:30 p.m., there were only two other couples in the restaurant. Over the course of our dinner, though, almost every table inside filled up. I can only imagine how busy it gets during peak season, so I would recommend reservations in advance. Even during the summer, it may be worth checking ahead if you want an indoor table during prime dinner hours. Wonderful service, fresh pasta, generous portions and a beautiful setting. I would absolutely recommend Luna Rossa to anyone visiting Lake Las Vegas.

Luna Rossa Ristorante…read more 15 Via Bel Canto Henderson, NV 89011 (3 Stars) Thankfully, the food was above average because the drive to Lake Las Vegas--and the hike to the restaurant--is absolutely interminable. Whoever designed this promenade was either a rookie architect or exceptionally evil. There is essentially no convenient parking. The available parking is downhill from the restaurants and shops, which means after you've parked, you're rewarded with an uphill hike. From September through May that's merely annoying. At 115 degrees... It's punishment. In fact, I think I've figured out why this place is so empty. When I arrived, I honestly thought I had stumbled into an abandoned ghost town. I was the only person walking anywhere in the entire village. I finally made it to Luna Rossa, desperately needing water. Thankfully, my server Julia was quick on the draw. She had water in front of me almost immediately, and I probably drank half the glass without taking a breath. I ordered the Caesar Salad followed by the Veal Piccata. The Caesar started with a minor disappointment. The croutons tasted like Pepperidge Farm's best, but thankfully the lettuce was crisp, fresh, and the dressing was flavorful enough to pull the salad back into respectable territory. The Veal Piccata looked a little murky when it arrived, but looks can be deceiving. The sauce had excellent flavor, the veal was tender, and overall it was a very enjoyable entrée. I seriously considered ordering a cocktail. Then I remembered I still had to survive the hike back to my car in triple-digit heat. Hydration won. Besides, the female bartender looked very...very...very...miserable. Maybe it was the heat. Maybe it was the ghost town. Maybe that's just her personality. Either way, she wasn't exactly inspiring me to linger over a drink. Big Boy Says... The food is above average. The parking is terrible. The walk is worse. Between the lack of convenient parking, the uphill hike in the Las Vegas heat, and an atmosphere that felt deserted, this simply isn't a restaurant I'd recommend making a special trip to visit. I suffer...so you don't have to. Overall Rating: (3 Stars)

The meat is fantastic, the bun is excellent, but I'm just not a special sauce kind of person. All they need to do to make their burger really awesome is to carry some BBQ sauce. That's it. This entire establishment does not contain any form of BBQ sauce. Don't get me wrong, I am not somebody who would ever put it on a good steak! But burgers, wings, fries, this place offers a number of things that could be elevated by keeping a few bottles of BBQ in the fridge. Just give me the option, you don't even need to list it on the menu. I used to love the beef stroganoff that they had for a while, but I guess it must not have been popular because they got rid of it. It seems that in it's place they started offering a Shepards pie. I was excited about this meal until it arrived and the potatoes were filled with cheese. A Shepards pie does not traditionally have any cheese. So it is probably a good idea for the menu to mention that it is in there. In any case, I tried to order it sans the cheese but I guess it is pre mixed into the mash or something. They cant make it with no cheese. :( Lastly, and most depressingly, they took the shrimp appetizer off of the happy hour menu! This was a real kick-in-the-dick for me. I have probably came to BLVD Grille at least 10 times in the last year specifically because the happy hour $5 shrimp appetizer was so outstanding. I am genuinely depressed that they took it off the happy hour menu. I haven't tried the steaks yet, I want to, but most days, I'm just looking for some shrimp, a side of fries and a drink. I haven't given up on this place yet, but I feel like I'm losing my favorite menu items one by one.

It was good, but definitely on the sweeter side. Almost milkshake-like. (Not frozen, just thicker and sweeter than a traditional matcha). I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for an earthy or classic matcha. The texture was a bit grainy with some settling at the bottom, and I did get a small clump in one sip. Not a big deal, just noticeable. If I had to guess, they use a pre-sweetened matcha powder. They don't advertise having pure or ceremonial matcha, so I'm not too pressed. Just sharing my experience. Pro: Fear and Loathing menu, updated furniture, yummy drinks…read more Con: Not the previous Laundry Room you remembered, glorified tourist trap, lack of atmosphere control. Slow drink service. The Laundry Room is dead, long live the Laundry Room. The remodel that took place during Jan to May 2026 saw a wide amount of change from Corner Management, the mother company of LR. They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. From water warped bar top, uncomfortable chairs, and chipped paint/worned carpet, you would think this place WAS left over from the Prohibition era. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.
