    Wine Flights for two

Really nice wine bar and very friendly staff. I had a wine flight, a few glasses of wine and a few cocktails! What made this place even better was the personal service we received. They took their time to acknowledge us, get to know us and also offered wine suggestions. great place will visit again!!

Wow! My wife came here on a girls night and could not stop going on about the place, the service the entertainment etc. So we came in for date night. I gotta say she is right! The owner was behind the bar and he is a true gentleman that takes great pride in his business. This is a quaint upscale wine bar with a great patio and live music. The selection is awesome both the wine list and the premium spirits. Small but mighty! I had some delicious Irish Whiskies and we snacked an a Charcuterie as we made conversation and enjoyed the laid back vibe!

Just do it. Trust me. Kenny and Jason are the best! I love them and they always put me in the best mood, even after the worst days. Live music in some nights of the week, right now it's Friday and Saturday.

Checking this out for this first time!

Hellooooo, Wine on Water Street! It's been quite a while since we visited Water Street District (well, I passed through earlier this year heading back from a job interview at City Hall), and a handful of new businesses have opened since our last visit, with Wine on Water Street being one of them. We parked in the parking garage just up the street and walked over. It was nearly packed to the brim but we were lucky to snag the last vacant table inside. We wanted to sit outside since it's starting to become cooler during the evening, but the patio was full. They have live music every Thursday and Friday nights, with a musician called Taylor Warden being our Friday night visit's musical guest. Not only this place has wine, but they have a variety of beers and cocktails as well. They had a TV above the bar that had a full food and drink menu, but it kept changing and we had to wait for it to loop back, which was a little annoying. Service was a little slow...I think we waited about 10 minutes before physical menus were given to us. One drink on the menu that caught my eye was their chocolate covered strawberry martini, but I thought it would be a little on the sweet side for me, so I skipped out on that. I ordered a Tequila Sunrise cocktail and Kyle had a Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing beer. I've had the Tequila Sunrise at a different bar before but I can't remember where. Kyle said that his beer had a so-so taste to it, while my cocktail had a great, sunrise-like taste. It tasted like I was on vacation in paradise. Our waitress apologized to us for the long wait and gave us a 20% off coupon for our next visit. So we may come back again in the future and use it. They have a happy hour Monday-Thursday from 3:00pm-6:00pm, a book club meeting Tuesday's from 6:00pm-7:00pm (take note of this book lovers), and, as I said already, live entertainment Thursday-Friday from 7:00pm-10:00pm. So, a whole lot going on here!

New favorite hang out! Come for the wine and nibbles.... Stay for the music and Espresso Martini! Kenny is whipping up great cocktails! I like that their wine list has some "not your usual" wines. I tried 2 new French bubblies.... Cremant.... That were fantastic! I could easily drink the entire bottle of either easily but I didn't. We also tried some still wines and the grilled octopus appetizer. So tasty! The grilled octopus was served with a creamy hummus and an amazing chick pea salad. It could be a meal by itself if you were looking for something light and flavorful. I shared it and the evening was just starting so.... Ya know. Kenny whipped up an Espresso Martini for a guest and gave us a little sip... Truly Fantastic! If you didn't know better... It was a light espresso iced coffee. Deadly! Woohoo! We will definitely be back! Oh! And they have a Book Club that meets on Tuesday evenings. And I confirmed... They actually read books and not just drink and socialize... which I'd be fine with too.

Tiny little gem on Water Street in Henderson! This place probably isn't a whole lot bigger than your average kitchen but what it lacks in size it makes up for in service and offerings. They offer live music and theme nights which makes for a lovely chill night out. Famous for their espresso martini, wine selection and food - we tried the meatballs and the grilled cheese with waffle fries and both were amazing. Bring your appetite to accompany a couple drinks and enjoy night out!

Came here on a Sunday evening and sat outside in the patio area. We were the only ones at the establishment upon arrival but it picked up as we left. The place is nicely decorated and everything was clean and organized. Thursdays I believe they have live music. They also shared with me that they are revamping both the food and drink menu and it will be available 4/15/25. I ordered the Wow Old Fashion which was really delicious. Just the right blend over alcohol and sweetness, very well balanced. Service was good and prompt no complaints. Only thing pulling me away from a 5 star review was the pricing. Felt a little high for a glass of wine and an old fashion. Will stop by again though after 4/15 for either happy hour or live music to try the new revamped menu.

Hummus platter, a recommended Cremant and an Old Fashioned on the patio.

What a treat, we came for a quick drink and will be back. There are vintages, food and live music to explore, plus a Happy Hour, book club, great staff, lots of street and public lot parking, indoor and outdoor seating. They were new to us, open about 9 mos, and a great addition to Water Street.

Brand new wine bar located inside the new hotel on water Street. The wine bar faces Water Street and is next to The Pass Casino. We came here on a Saturday evening. The bar had a few people inside of it. We were greeted right away by the friendly staff. The bar is very clean and modern with bar seating and small tables. They also have a small outdoor patio. They had a nice wine and appetizer list. We had the hummus which was delicious and a very nice portion. We both had a glass of wine. The only reason I will not give it five stars is the prices they are charging for Henderson. The prices are a little over the top.

We stopped in, newly open, for a quick drink. There was a singer on the patio, heaters, and seating. The drinks were nice and the staff very helpful. We didn't eat but I think another time we may have a light bite here.

We got lucky getting there early, because it was really starting to fill up inside and out once it started! Note that The Speakeasy is 21+ only. We sat with a guy who was sitting alone at one of the tables out on the patio on the first floor - it turns out his girlfriend works here. We were all given a round of tequila shots, where I selected the silver tequila, their lightest one that they had available. They did two more rounds of tequila shots later that night, but I only did one because I drove here. One of my friends had another Jack Daniel's, which was her third one of the night. Their full drinks come with a cool light-up marble that changes color. While my friends went to go dance along with the live band that was playing various music from the 80's and 90's, I stayed behind and ordered some food, which was well needed for me. I ordered the grill cheese sandwich (stylized as THE Grilled Cheese on their menu) with fries on the side. Various cheeses were inside this sandwich, such as brie, mozzarella, and boursin. A guy dressed up as a squirrel saw me eating this and we struck up a short conversation on how he makes grilled cheese sandwiches the easy way. Though I don't eat these very often, I took his advice. Later on, our waitress approached me and told me that the bartenders were getting ready to close out all open tabs at the bar, and that it would be a great time for me to grab a drink before they stopped all sales for the night. I told her that I would be happy to have one, but I had to drive home. This was a great bar to hold an afterparty! Would love to come back again here next time. The band played well too and I recognized all the songs that they performed.

Pro: Fear and Loathing menu, updated furniture, yummy drinks…read more Con: Not the previous Laundry Room you remembered, glorified tourist trap, lack of atmosphere control. Slow drink service. The Laundry Room is dead, long live the Laundry Room. The remodel that took place during Jan to May 2026 saw a wide amount of change from Corner Management, the mother company of LR. They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. From water warped bar top, uncomfortable chairs, and chipped paint/worned carpet, you would think this place WAS left over from the Prohibition era. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.

I know a good amount about distilling whiskey, but they talked about their specific processes and the unique attributes of distilling in the hot desert. After the tour, I spent some time in the awesome tap room. Old School vibe to it, with food that rivals the restaurants on the strip, bartenders who are friendly and make a killer cocktail, and just a great place to chat with folks at the bar and hang out for a quiet evening. CRIM-IN-ALY UNDERRATED!!!! My favorite breakfast in old Henderson!!!! Easily Top 5 in Vegas…read moreValley!! The brisket hash, MUST ORDER!!! So damn good, I get it every time. The berry "cobbler" is SO DAMN delicious, but it's not much of a cobbler in my opinion. More like biscuits and berries...but also a must order. The service is always warm and welcoming, makes me think of Southern hospitality. The only slight complaint is portion size is a little small. The biscuit was really small, but super good, so it gets a pass. The berry "cobbler" was also a smaller portion.

It's only about 10 minutes from my place, so I made it super easy early in the morning right when they got there at 8:00., and just note that you have to walk all the way around to the side of the building to get in. Nevertheless, I made it to the door. Super cool fact is they also have outdoor seating which is kind of nice, but the real treasure lies within For starters, this place has a real rustic feel. Definitely warm and inviting, lots of tables to sit at. I was greeted warmly when I came in. Told her it was my first time and she was very excited. I was there and gave me the complete rundown of the place as well as her favorites on the menu. I opted for the tri-tip eggs Benedict.. which comes on their signature. Biscuits. Started things off with a cup of coffee. I don't know what brand they use but it was nice and strong and very delicious. The Benedict itself was truly a work of art. The hash browns were cooked to perfection, and whatever Hollandaise sauce they put on that thing is wonderful. I definitely should have asked for extra. The meat was Smoky and perfectly cooked, and made for a very delightful meal. Added bonus, they have a fully stocked bourbon bar that looked very appetizing. It was only 8:30 in the morning so I really didn't feel right about doing an old fashioned, but I will definitely be coming back here on a Friday night for their rib special and I'll have an old fashioned bin and report back. Bottom line? Everything here is wonderful. I have no complaints and it was a absolutely perfect for star meal. If you are anywhere in the area I say go check it out.

Sure enough, a few buddies and I decided to come back a few days later, and it was even better than expected. They have a ridiculous amount of liquor options. Whiskey, tequila, vodka, gin! You name it, they probably have it. There's seriously something for everyone. The food options are great too, and everything we had tasted fantastic. More than anything, the atmosphere caters to golfers of any skill level. Whether you're brand new and don't want to embarrass yourself, or you're experienced and want to practice an exclusive course before actually going there (we played St. Andrew's), this is a great option. And a huge thank you to our host, Natali. She made sure we were always taken care of and made the whole experience a blast. I'll definitely be bringing this place up to other golfers and non golfers I know. We'll be back!

It's connected to a sushi restaurant, so you can also order some food from their menu. I ordered some chicken bites and truffle fries and california rolls. Everything was delicious. Since I can't drink right now, I ordered a mocktail. They don't technically have any, but they made one up for me and it was delicious! We came on a Friday night and the pricing was $50 an hour. We had a group of 6 so splitting that between all of us wasn't bad. They have all different kinds of games you can play. It's seriously such a fun way to unwind after the work week with friends. I'm not a golfer by any stretch of the imagination but I have SO much fun here! Definitely will be back again soon!
