They do such a great job closing the pool that is it always ready to use within 24 hours of opening in the spring - clear water and perfectly balanced chemicals. This year, I unfortunately had mice eat through some of the elements for my pool heater and Dima came out to troubleshoot and fix quickly. He even cleaned out the mess the mice had made and took steps to deter them from coming back. Dima also spent a great deal of time completely rewiring my pool pump and equipment (it was wired wrong by the pool builder) so I could control everything via the app. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy residential pool service definitely use DMV Pools!

After having poor experiences with some of their competitors, I've been very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail while still offering competitive prices. I appreciate their work order reports and the very detailed pictures that they include. I also wanted to call out two of their employees, specifically -- Nahum and Miguel. This year, due to all of the snow, our pool cover caved in and the pool cover pump accidentally pumped out most of the pool water before we discovered it. That, coupled with lots of leaves in the pool, made for a much more difficult opening this year. Nevertheless, Nahum and Miguel went the extra mile to get the pool to open very clean and clear. They spent extra time but did so with a very positive, helpful attitude that I appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

Residential Pool Service has been servicing my pool for 5 years now. While I used to very happy…read morewith their service earlier, the last 2 years have been terrible. They clearly do an inadequate job during closing of winterizing the system and blowing out lines properly, because the last 2 years we have had damage to the pipes, pump and tiles that was completely avoidable. Then they charge above market prices for repair and hold off on providing service till repairs are done by them. They now send one inexperienced person to do the job that was done by 2-3 people earlier and charge more. Each maintenance report just blames the customer for their poor quality of service. Michael is a Pool Wizard!…read more Due to my own neglect from not closing and covering the pool last year, what was once a pool was quickly turning into a pond. Michael came out, educated me on what causes algae and simple ways to prevent it, then got right to work. He came fully prepared and brought all of his own equipment, which prevented having to run all of the algae and debris through my pool system. I'll admit, I was skeptical that he would be able to get it done the same day, not that he would be able to bring it back to clear, but skeptical about it being done in one visit as it was REALLY bad. I've opened the pool myself in previous years dealing with the same algae situation, but not quite as bad as this year and it took me days and an obnoxious amount of money spent on chemicals as advised by the local pool store. Michael had it from green to clear in only about 3 hours, and that was with me constantly interrupting him and asking questions the whole time. He was more than reasonably priced. He did not try to gouge or take advantage of the situation, just all-around honest guy. Michael is polite, passionate about what he does, and extremely professional. He truly knows his stuff. In the 12 years of having this pool, this has been the most positive interaction and outcome I've had with any professional who serviced my pool. I highly recommend Michael, or as I have appropriately renamed him, "The Pool Wizard." You absolutely will not be disappointed!

Also the level of customer service he gives is incredible and I have worked with major pool cleaning companies before but I will be staying with him from now on. In just a couple of hours, our pool was open and ready for the season. They neatly folded up the cover, ensuring everything was organized and clean before they left. On top of their excellent work, both Scott and his team member were incredibly friendly, making the whole experience even better.
