I explained that I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment and needed to be at my daughter's baby shower by 3:00 p.m. The lady upfront simply said, "It doesn't matter. You have to wait," with a very rude attitude. What was the point of making an appointment if it wasn't going to be honored? I never received a phone call or any notice that they were running behind. A simple courtesy call would have allowed me to make other arrangements. Mirella was nice about it however the other lady was extremely rude. I was incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, I don't have another hairstylist to go to, and this was for an important family event. Because of this experience, I will never return. I give this salon a 0 out of 10.

I showed my confirmation but I never made it on the books for the day. I was graciously taken by a stylist after some back and forth from everyone on who would take me. Left with the haircut I requested and that's the end of it. Wasn't an experience or vibe . Just sat and got a haircut with nothing special to say about the salon or stylist.
