I had a hard time in whether I wanted to review the business. It shares the parking lot with Value Village and there's transients that yell at you when you walk in. The place is over stuffed with items and they have a ton of bougie mom brands...but, they charge next to retail & the items are not even clean. I also noticed they had a few recalled items up for sale. I'm thinking they're more of a consignment shop vs a thrift store. I bought a few random items that were new to support the business. But, things I would've preferred to have purchased couldn't be justified based on the used condition and hefty tag. read more

I've been going here for a while, there's a big selection. Constantly putting out new items, a lot of hidden treasures! New items & used. Trade ins are great, don't expect to get a lot for store credit.. I've taken things worth more value than I've received credit but it's convenient & I won't be using the items anymore so it works. read more

I took 3 tubs of babies things here, they chose to take almost everything including about 10 pairs of shoes, 40 PCs of clothing, a high chair, bibs and socks and blankets, a new pair of SEVEN brand maternity jeans, and like 5 PCs of clothing with tags still in them, as well as several toys and although it's my fault for not double checking my inventory before leaving, I also though I could trust the owner of the place to be fair. I got $60 of store credit, I been struggling to decide weather or not to post this but I'm just gonna do it because I'm THAT disappointed. I'm not one to be negative which is why I wasn't sure but I think others should know the experience I had with trading my items. On a positive note: they do have a TON of quality items I mean you could literally get everything you need for your baby/toddler there. I'm undecided if I will go back though. read more

I have been going here since they opened it seems like 10 years ago. I love the options they have, and the different things they carry. Everything is normally second hand. And most are reasonably priced. I love their half off days. And the clothing they have there for women. Its a small selection, but its enough to normally find something good. read more

I brought consignment in because I had read the reviews, most were saying that the store had lots to offer, when I dropped off my consignment and started looking around I was kinda shocked the place was absolutely cluttered I mean boxes on top of boxes. The toys were just thrown on a shelf no organization or pattern to it. The clothes were mostly faded and some had stains or damage to them. I was given back a box of things they wouldn't take (as to be expected) but when I went through the stuff they gave back I was shocked to see name brand stuff and clothing still with tags on them given back. I take care of my things and I even go through what I'm about to consign about three times making sure there's no stains etc.. I was expecting more, very disappointed. I havent shopped here personally, but i stopped by and walked around to see what they have, they have some decent baby clothes that looks good condition, some baby gyms/toys etc. but the prices seem to be high for being used. And the "branded" clothes seems to be high too,again for being used... Moms tip to another---If you guys havent heard of OFFERUP, download the app or go to the website, there are plenty of parents around town (&other areas) selling their baby items & usually better prices and negotiable. read more

This store is ok, if you already live in town. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here though. It always seems to be about 2 days behind on getting things organized. The poor clerks stand looks like an episode of hoarders. That being said I do stop in every once in a while because it is pretty close to my house and on the way to Safeway. The cloths are fairly prices and of reasonable quality. Nothing too fancy, but you can kind of tell that just from looking at the run down store front behind a Value Village in Marysville, you know? The clerks are always just kind of luke warm, probably because they are swamped with things, but still a little bit of friendly goes a long way. I agree with Kathryn - a mess and nothing fancy. My first impression when I walked in was chaos. That being said, I didn't get much further in the store because of my conversation with the clerk. I brought in a special occasion dress for a little girl. It has lots of layers and is adorable. I asked the clerk if they take anything like that. Instead of saying, "No, we only sell casual clothes" or something nice like that, she said, "We would only sell that as a Halloween costume." I was really insulted. I felt like she had just insulted me and my taste in children's clothing. Frankly, she seemed like she didn't care if she did either one! I would never go back in here to either shop or sell. If you are looking for casual run of the mill clothing for kids - and you don't care if the clerks are polite or not, then I guess this is your place to shop. read more

I have wanted to go in for a while now and I finally did today! and I was really surprised at the variety and how much stuff they had. everything you would need for a baby you can find it there besides diapers. My son is 3 months now so I was looking for a baby gym and anything else I could find. I found a Baby Einstein baby gym, breast milk bags and a bottle rack. The Baby Einstein gym was 14.99 I thought it was a great deal untill I brought it home i started cleaning it and noticed it had missing toys mismatched toys and the electronics didn't work. He's only 3 months. I'm not going to take it back. he doesn't even know what it really is yet. and he's not going to remember what it looks like but it's the principle. #2 breast milk bags it was a box of 60 count lansinoh for 5.99 I thought to myself wow that's like half off of what Walmart or Target want for them. so I grab them when I got home and open them up there was only one bag of 25. disappointing! Last but not least is a dish drain and so far it seems to be working fine. I will go back just take a little bit better look at everything I buy. read more

I've gone in quite a few times and always score a great deal. The other day I had gotten about 10 pieces all for under .99 a piece, and half were 50 cents and they look BRAND new . They were name brands, not unknown brands, if you want Nordstrom's quality and selection maybe you should try going to one of those stores :). I got a brand new Cosco bouncer, in box with reg. card even for $19.99 the gal who is always working is super sweet. I've gone to other kids thrift shops and their prices are so much more, so while they may give more for trading your essentially paying more for their items as they are in the business to make money. I'll go to Mimi's before another shop as so far they've got the best prices and a great selection every time! The counter does have tons of bins by it, but HELLO it's a thrift shop it's not going to be organized and perfect like a regular price store with 1 employee working.. It's near my house, I wouldn't drive out of my way to go here but I think it's one of the most reasonable ones around!! read more

There are some nice things and some things they dan work on... Not the highest quality used items. Can find better quality for same prices at other consignment stores. I traded in some clothes, couldn't find anything I liked, forgot and found the in store credit, barely expired and they wouldn't take it. I traded in really nice gap items so that is irritating. The good: location is better, store is large and is pretty well organized. The woman who owns it is friendly and helpful. Just like more flexibility on credit if I can't find items I need and higher quality items. read more

So happy to have this lovely little shop right here in town. They were a life saver when my baby came before my breast pump. I was able to buy a nice quality one at a reasonable price. I have been back several times since to buy outfits and toys for my little one. Clerks are always friendly and polite. Always willing to help this first time mom when I have questions. read more

I had 2 big boxes of almost brand new items, one thing being a toy we bought just a few months ago for almost $50 and was brand new. We got $15 in store credit for everything. That's like a slap in the face, never going back! Went to use our store credit and half the clothes are verrry used, half of the decals being worn off, zippers not working, tears in some pants, etc... all being almost the same price as clothes I could get brand new from Target. There were a couple ok deals, but overall I'm extremely disappointed. read more

It's nice there's a kids consignment shop near by, and it's good if you want to buy cheap stuff for your little one. However I don't agree with their trade in values. Just took a huge bag in of BRAND NEW baby carter clothing that still had tags on and have never been worn and they gave me $20. The ladies who work here are not very friendly. The two times I've been in both different women working and bath snobby. I wanted to sell and they said only accept trades? Umm... your sign says buy sell trade? And other reviewers stated they sold. Very anoyying. read more

I absolutely love this place! They have all the things you could possibly need for a child in here. It's so nice to be able to shop for clothes that kids will outgrow so quickly at a decent price. The trade in between 10-12 has been so wonderful for me and I'm about to have my third child. The two women in here are amazing. Running a business and killing it! It's hard to run a business and personally, I admire them for it. To the other reviews that thing they are rude I think you are misreading. I see them as working hard. Yes, it is a bit of a mess in there. Racks are jam packed. Plenty of selection but I found the condition to be a little more than I would pay for the price. I was hopeful seeing all the various strollers, jumpers, etc. lined up outside but once I got inside, it was an effort to dig into the racks. I did go out of my way to visit there but probably won't be back. It's right next to a Value Village which might've been a better choice. Plenty of other consignment stores in Everett and further south that are a nicer experience. read more

Love this place. When my kids hit a growth spurt, this is always my first stop for their new wardrobes. They only take quality, clean and overall nice clothes so I almost always find something I like. I have found mostly name brand clothes and I have even gotten a toddler bed from there. When I went to buy the toddler bed, the lady working was very helpful and helped me take it apart and we had a good laugh over trying to disassemble it. read more

I can't help but feeling ripped off every time I go there. They're kind of rude and don't seem to care much about their customers. multiple times I've taken bags and bags of clothing in for trades and they give me minimal credit. I've averaged they give me like 50 cents per item and then turn around and sell it for 6 or 7 dollars. Even brand new items that still have tags on them. I gave them a try and lost out on a lot of money. I won't be going back, and unless you don't care about getting ripped off go for it. Better to sell your stuff on your own. I wish they could just not be so greedy and give fair prices for trades. Shouldn't take in 3 bags of clothes and only be able to buy 4 outfits...... read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE They Don't check to make sure items work properly before placing them on the shelves to sell and come to find out after i bought the item it didn't work, i was only offered store credit when it was their responsibility to make sure an item works before selling it i even asked the girl if i would get money back an she told me cash. but that's how shops like this work. just stick to buying clothes there if you can find any "gently" worn. I usually stop here first when looking for clothes for my kids. The racks are well-organized by size, but there are usually piles of unorganized clothes near the registers. The quality on most of the items seems good. They have a lot of toddler and baby clothes, but I sometimes have trouble finding what I need in the larger sizes (8-10). I like that they use colored priced tags, and every day there's one color that's 50% off. Even without the half off, the prices are reasonable. read more

If I'm looking for clothes for my boys, this is usually my first stop. At first glance it looks a bit chaotic with the counters covered in clothes & piled up on the side but once you get past that, it gets better. The racks are full & actually organized & it seems like the selection rotates pretty quickly. I'm so glad they have a little play area for kids so I can walk a few feet away & browse. I've brought in items to trade a few times on those rare occasions I can make it out of the house before noon! I've never gotten more than $30 store credit for anything but that's usually what I spend when I go in so I call it a wash. Decent prices for things & they owner usually has a pretty good knowledge as to what she has available. My only gripe is that a few times I've tried to go & they have randomly be closed. Frustrating when I take the time to get things together plus myself & 2 little boys & drive 20 mins to get there for the 10am-noon consignment hours. They could also probably use another couple employees to put things away. But overall a great place to know about & visit, & if you don't find what you're looking for, you can always check Value Village too. read more

I went in with some nice cargo-type maternity pants that looked new still, some gently used baby clothes and some that had never been worn. They told me they aren't taking baby clothes and gave me the bag back and told me they'll give $5 for the pants. It was a rip off! THEN as I go through the bag after leaving I realized they took the BRAND NEW baby items that hadn't been worn, but didn't bother to mention it. The selection of stuff is ok, but I definitely prefer JUST FOR KIDS IN EVERETT, IT'S 100% better! and they give you a fair price for your stuff. I will never go back to this place. read more

They weren't taking baby clothes at the time, and yet they managed to pick out a couple BRAND NEW items of clothing I had in the bag and left everything else. They also took my excellent condition (2 pairs @ $40 a piece!) maternity pants and gave me $5 for the pants and the couple brand new items they took. Their selection isn't that great. I go to JUST FOR KIDS in everett because they give you a fair trade in value and their selection is very big, plus their store credit doesn't expire. read more

This place should be shut down! The owner assured me that she checks every piece of equipment for recalls before selling them. She sold my mom a slide rail crib and guaranteed that it was safe. My baby had been sleeping in the crib for 3 months, and my friend let me know that slide rail cribs have were banned for sale or resale by the government in 2010. Slide rail cribs are directly responsible for KILLING OVER 30 BABIES AND TODDLERS! She admitted selling the crib to my mom, but refused to refund the money. She never apologized for lying and putting my baby in danger. She doesn't care that he could have died. Apparently making $40 is more important to her than my baby's life. I am disgusted with this woman and I will NEVER shop there or support her business in any way. I'm very concerned that she will continue selling dangerous equipment and cause injury or death to someone else's baby. read more

This store always looks trashed inside. There is little to no organization. They also sell shoddy items for babies and infants. I've only bought from here twice. Once I got a pair of infant gloves "still with original tags". Inside the area where the thumb goes, was a large glob of hardened gum. Unfortunately, we didn't know this until I could only get my daughter's thumb so far in. Then we bought a travel swing. It worked well for a few months. Then out of nowhere today it literally fell apart!! - with my daughter in it. It looks as if either the previous owners or the store itself had taken a broken swing and used cheap clay paste to put it back together. Thankfully, it's a travel swing so she was low to the ground. She was fine. Not hurt - just a little scared. I posted about the swing incident on their Facebook site and within 5 minutes it had been deleted. No response. No apology. I'll assume that this is pretty common for such a store for them to be able to ignore me so easily. I won't be shopping here again. Don't waste your time or money on shady items for your angels. read more
