The lady at the front desk treated and talked to me like trash. She made me feel because I was black she did not want to help me at all, nasty attitude.My appointment was at 10:30 and gps gives you a different location and I wasn't the only person that came in late due to this issue. I'm in severe pain and needed help only to get here and she first ignored me then yell at me and gets an attitude with me because I was 6 minutes late. I also explained to her why and the reason she ignored me left me sitting there for another 10 minutes. After she politely helped the next person that had the same issues getting here but she was nice to them. She then gets loud and ask if I wanna reschedule like seriously lady I drove 40 minutes in pain to be disrespected and treated unfairly. Very unprofessional behavior and no compassion for me at all. I was perplexed because they had spoken with him directly over the phone. After a few minutes, they went with my appointment, but from what I heard and saw, it looked like them being overbooked was more the issue, because my therapist kept thanking another therapist for taking her patient. At the end of the appointment my therapist looked at her calendar and said that she would have to call me to schedule my next visit, mind you I am supposed to go twice a week. Any way, that appointment was on a Monday and as of that Friday I still had not received a call. Fortunately, I saw the writing on the wall early and set up some sessions with another company who has already seen me and laid out my schedule for as far as I would like. If you are looking for a physical therapist, I would probably skip this place and look elsewhere. I did not get nowhere near the service that I am use to here. And thankfully figured it out with only one session in.

The text don't pay attention anymore than the nurses so all the people that were in the detox unit with me were able to get away with whatever they wanted. Girls were in and out of each others rooms all hours of the night. They were checking pills out of the midline and snorting them with their little friends in there. They never gave me messages from my family when they would call. It took two days to get personal belongings from the front desk. and the list goes on. Oh and they gave me the wrong paperwork at my discharge. I got another girls safety plan for when she was to be discharged. My name is Kayla and they gave me this for a girl named Caitlyn. It is conveniently located near the Community South Hospital complex. This is one of the few PT studios that has a resident Occupational Therapist. Leann is amazing. Scheduling is simple and easy. I did my schedule for two months out. They handle all types of therapy including knees, shoulders, elbows, post-surgery, post-stroke....You will need a doctor's prescription though. Hannah, one of the physical therapist has a lot of energy and is very upbeat and positive. Abagail works the front desk like a boss. I have been going here for a while and have been making a lot of progress. As part of my journey, I have been to a few PT studios and this one is the best by far. They carry high ratings across all the popular review websites for a reason. Hopefully you will never need physical therapy, but if you do. You need to go to this gem of a studio. I give this place my highest recommendation.
