Not at all what their wings look like on their website.

I had been wanting to try this place for a while, but unfortunately, I was really disappointed. I ordered the curry puffs (my favorite), Thai wings, and Pad See Ewe. The curry puffs were overwhelmingly sweet and not at all what I expected. The wings were dry, overcooked, and swimming in sauce, which made them unappetizing. The Pad See Ewe lacked flavor, was very dry, and had very little chicken or vegetables, mostly just dry noodles. I've attached pictures showing the difference between how the food is advertised and what I actually received. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Well, why didn't anyone tell me about this café? Amazing food it was so delicious. I wanted to just sit there all night and relax. I could only eat half of my portion so I did not get a chance to have the dessert but I can tell you now my food Was so so delicious. Not only that I get to enjoy a delicious meal and a wonderful environment but the owner personally came out and said hello and sit and talk with us. She is offering cooking classes on Sundays. I did put my name on the list because I certainly want to to learn some new ways to cook.

Hands down one of the best Thai restaurants in Salem, upon entering today, I was greeted by a friendly staff member shortly there after I was also greeted by the owner. It is wonderful seeing the active owner and their business. The small intimate café is very well done. However, onto the Thai food. You typically order a few items today Igot the chicken. satay I have to say I was very surprised although this typically it's just served on a skewer nothing truly special about it. At Mina's I would highly recommend not to skip this. Not only was it beautiful. It was incredibly moist and well done.. I also did an order pineapple curry. Although the curry wasn't exactly spicy to my liking, it was incredibly flavorful.. and absolutely delicious. Give yourself a huge favor and also pick up a jar of her amazing peanut sauce. I am so glad that I did not miss grabbing some

Mina Is always a blast, amazing food, great company. Try the stir fry chicken, and you have to try the jerky.

Kelly was so friendly, so full of life and energy and love. It seemed like everyone loves working there.. The food was absolutely amazing. Amazing from beginning to end this was by far superior to any restaurant I've been to in a long time. The service, the food, the ambience, sure wish it was in my town. Everyone at our table enjoyed their breakfast. We couldn't take it with us unfortunately because we're flying home today, but the portions are huge. Do yourself a favor and visit this cozy place. The wait can be a bit, but absolutely beyond worth the wait.

We told hostess we did not want to sit at the bar, she sat us at the bar, after some more wait, we did get a table. Coffee was ok, but the cups were huge, always 2/3 full of cold coffee. The food took one hour to find our table. Nothing special, my wife had an omelet, with a big glob of Brie cheese, overpowering the omelet. I had corned beef hash that was extremely dry and salty. I also had warm rye bread. Not toasted. We were half done with our breakfast, and was given the bill, and boxes to go. Very rushed, crowded, and expensive. $58 for sub-par breakfast for 2. Sorry WOM, didn't cut it.

No option to leave a message to have them call you back either. Kind of dissappointing as Salem late night options are pretty slim...I think tonight was the last night that I'm going to try to contact these people. I'm not sure if they're even still in business.? **update** I got a call back from the number listed and I asked to order food- the guy says 'no, not tonight' and basically hung up on me- funny, your listed hours say you're open 24/7. Abrupt and rude. Lost a good potential customer....3stars because I hadn't had any interaction with this place, now it's one star for terrible customer service....

A Cubano traditionally is pork loin cooked into submission, ham Swiss cheese mustard and pickle grilled on a plancha. I dont do pickles so I ordered mine without. What i got was a grilled cheese with pulled pork bacon and smothered in pickles and onions. This was not even close to a Cubano and should not have been billed as one! I would also like to point out that those were pickled cucumber slices not actual pickles. Since I was at a function and the line for the food truck was exceptionally long. I just brought the sandwich home. I will also say the Mac and cheese was not terrible although I would rethink the pasta that is being used. It was large a overcooked. So with all that said there was some good flavor. The wait was too long for a bad sandwich made wrong. I would not purposely look for this truck .

The waiter went above and beyond to ensure our party of five was well-attended, making great suggestions and providing prompt service. Honestly, his kindness and attention to detail was on par with service I would expect from a more exclusive establishment. Thanks for making our evening special. Everyone in my party opted for the soba noodle dish, except for me. While I'm sure theirs was delicious, I really enjoyed the Char Siu Tonkotsu ramen dish I ordered. The soup had a rich and flavorful broth, the noodles were done to my liking, and the slices of pork were surprisingly robust. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The dining room isn't a large space, but the restaurant has done an excellent job designing the layout so as to maximize seating options. The tables are roomy with benches along the walls, and very comfortable and sturdy chairs everywhere else. The lighting was a little bright for my liking, but that's to be expected in a strip mall retail space. Even though I can't give them any more stars in this review, if they could refine the lighting I'd find a way to do so! I am very appreciative for the caring staff who helped make my day extra special. We had a lovely time at Ibendoo Ramen, Thank you!
