My truck wouldn't start and I took it there on a Saturday. The Mechanics there addressed the situation rather fast and early on Monday morning. Minchey's has taken care of both my and my s/o's cars since we moved to Roseville a year and a half ago. Not only are the prices great, the turn around time to have cars seen is very quick and the employees (and owner) are all very friendly and helpful. Every time we have needed work on our cars they have gone over what needs to be done soon vs what can be put off/ gives advice on cost saving measures. My only regret is that when we make our next long distance move, we can't take Mincheys with us! read more

Horrible service, I went in to ask how much to have my radiator flushed and refilled. When I asked how much I was told $100 when I said ok he quickly changed it to "well but if I can't do it the first time I'll have to charge you more you could be paying $250-$300" I asked why and was told "cause if I have to do it again then that's 20 more mins and then maybe 20 more" didn't know 20 mins and water would cost $100 lol needless to say I left took it down the street and got it done for $80 and they did a wonderful job go elsewhere unless money is no object. read more

This shop is professional, they fixed my S type Jaguar in two days, a problem that the dealership was not able to even digonoise. The jaguar land Rover on Hall road had my car a month and was not able to tell me what was wrong, but they still had a bill for me. I was ready to buy a new car, but thanks to these professionals I have my car back and the car is driving like new. They kept me up to date on any repairs needed great job. read more

Can't say enough good things about this place. Came to them by way of a referral after moving to this area from Florida. Have taken my Jeep in for a number of issues, big and small. Fortunately I work very nearby and they're always kind enough to run me to work and pick me up when service is done. Prices are fair (below market in some cases) and turnaround time has always been quick. In fact, there have been some small things here and there that any other shop would have been likely to nickel and dime me for but Minchey's didn't. No pressure environment. Just a friendly FYI that you may want to get such and such replaced. No "are you sure? I mean this can go at any time. I'd really get it done" type of strong arming. In addition, they are very nice and respectful, which differs greatly from many mechanics who seem not to care much for their customers.
