Before closing on New Year's Eve, he personally drove to another Discount Tire location (VanDyke), picked up the tire himself, brought it back, and installed it so my vehicle wouldn't be down. That level of dedication and customer service is rare these days. I truly can't explain how much I appreciated the effort, especially on a holiday. I simply asked why not? He claimed a truck was going to show up "any minute" to pick up used tires. Then he said I can ask the guys up front. I said don't worry about it and as I pulled out of the driveway, he screams have a nice day... I went and talked to someone inside the office and he looked at me weird when I said the guy said he wouldn't fill up the tire. And said to bring it back around. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Please don't deal with this dishonest man, as now I have to file a police report and sue him.
