First off, communicating with my massage lady was a nightmare. I had asked to focus on my hips and outer thigh. She ends end spending the majority of my time massaging my neck, shoulders and arms. She was aggressive, rushed and varied between slow and thoughtful and frenzied. She was massaging my scalp and quite literally pulling the hair out and i had to ask her to stop.
