Charging the same price for less product feels cheap and disappointing. When I got my 3/4-filled cup, I figured maybe the flavor would salvage the experience. It did not. The cold brew was overwhelmingly bitter, no smoothness, no chocolatey or nutty notes, just harsh, over-extracted bitterness that lingered. Undrinkable even after trying to add my own milk at home. I considered going back to ask for a refund or a remake, but honestly, after the ice interaction and that first sip, I had zero confidence the next one would be any better.
