I was pleasantly surprised when I called and got a real person on the first call; Donna and I spoke about our pets our specific needs and when we were going away and set up a meeting with Donna, my husband and myself. She arrived at the meeting on time and well prepared with all of their information and appropriate forms to gather ours. We booked services and as the date approached and we called to confirm everything was in order.
