I spend LOTS of money at BB. I have had a membership here for years. The girl who helped me was rude and obviously didn't enjoy her job. I was simply talking to her about my membership package, and she kept saying " it is what it is" and I mentioned to her that she probably shouldn't tell the customer that and she said "it is what it is " again and so I cancelled my membership because of her hateful attitude! I spend $89 a month for unlimited everything and I deserve to be treated better than how I was treated.
