I've had this type of treatment done once before but this experience topped it by a landslide. The energy of Beem right from the entrance is welcoming, peaceful, safe, and relaxing. The general manager, Abraham, was very warm and was great at explaining the treatments and benefits. He was very patient with us as we were newer to the services. All of the treatment rooms and the restrooms were very clean, aesthetic, and had great amenities. I loved the cold peppermint towel during the sauna especially and the totes they provide to carry your belongings was so cute! I would love to come back again next time I visit the Bay Area.

They explained the benefits of each service, which I really appreciated. I was given a tote that had a wrap included so you can walk from one room to another without having to worry about changing in and out. I started with a 15-minute red light therapy session, followed by a 45-minute sauna session, and finished with a shower afterward. Everything felt very relaxing and well-paced. The space itself is beautiful..super clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing, which made it even more enjoyable to spend time there. You can tell they really care about the experience they're creating for their guests. It's a great place if you're looking to unwind, reset, and treat yourself to some wellness time. I'll definitely be coming back and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to try something new for self-care!

This is for the In person sleep study I did last week…read more I recieved a phone call asking if I'd like to come in at 9:45 instead of 9 am. I said that would be okay. I get there at 9:30 and fill out my paperwork. They sent paperwork to my email but I had already filled the same paperwork out when I came in office so I didn't think I had to do it again. I did. It did not take long. My technician was a man named Jerimaih. I think that was his name or Johnathan. I'm sorry I'm so bad with names! He was very nice. Coming into the building was creepy lol You put a code in and go upstairs or take the elevator. Walk all the way down the hallways to the left. When I was done filling out paperwork another lady came in saying her appointment was at 9:45 and Jerimaih let her know I was his 9:45. He told her that her appointment was at 9 and she proceeded to go back and forth saying she has a voicemail saying they changed her time. Never played it but kept saying she had it. Then said she didn't know if she deleted it. I told him someone had called and left me a voicemail asking me to call them back. My appointment was originally at 9 pm and they asked me if I would change the time to a later time. Before we went into the room he asked if I needed to use the bathroom. Then explained how he was going to hook up the wires to my chest, neck, head, face, bottom of my legs. I thought he said feet but nothing was placed on my feet. It sucked bad having all of that attached to me. He was polite. They add straps around your chest and stomach. There's a camera in the room. Nothings on the room except a chair, table, bed, camera watching you and the bed. I had a hard time sleeping. I toss and turn a lot and it was hard with the wires added to me. I kept waking up, woke up coughing. They wake up up at 5:15 I think.but I already woke up at 4:50 and sat up. Jerimaih came into the room asking me if I was okay. Which I stated I was. I get pains in my legs and arms at night and just explained that and I wake up constantly throughout the night. He said he would stop the study and come back to unhook me. Once unhooked they have you sign a paper stating you are awake and alert to drive him. He also explained the dr will look over the test and they will call me back in for the Cpap machine if they decided I need it. I actually do. I was told by the dr in the concord location many years ago that I did have sleep apnea but I never came back for the sleep test. I did the two day home study which they did not get anything from because the thing flew off my finger. That's why they had to do the in person study. Jerimaih had to tape the thing that goes over your finger to my hand because I told him the last one ended up on the floor! When you go to the study it's going to be uncomfortable having all of those things attached to you. The next day you will feel sticky on your head, neck, face from the stuff they stick to you. I felt like I was scrubbing forever to get it off. I would definitely recommend them. I see all the bad reviews and I'm sorry those people had bad experiences but mine is always pleasant when I come here. Hopefully I get my machine because my neurologist said it would help out a lot. Not sure how much data they collected. I feel like I had a hard time sleeping from tossing and turning and waking up coughing.

After wanting a second non-Kaiser opinion on my thyroid and having issues setting up an appointment online, I called and scheduled a video consult. The pre-paperwork was a bit lengthy and during our appointment we went over my story. While I was able to confirm with her that my current medication was the best course of action, I didn't love that I later met with a Kaiser doctor who provided me with documentation that hypothyroid patients can have nasal nerves that go, for lack of a better word, haywire (falls under the term non-allergic rhinitis) and that lowering my dose as she suggested might actually cause the nerve to flare up. Overall I felt like One Medical had a better intake that was more thorough and helpful, and John Muir Allergy was overall more knowledgeable. At the end of the day, the out of pocket cost for the appointment was around $240, and I essentially got what I was looking for which was a discussion about my medication but I don't plan to move forward with Jiva Health.

She is truly one of a kind and will give you personal and empathetic treatment like no other medical professional can. Her office is thoughtfully laid out, and her office staff are welcoming and friendly. There is plenty of natural light coming through the building and the atmosphere is more like a day spa than a doctor's office. From the moment you walk in, you feel that you are getting top-notch treatment and nobody makes you feel rushed at all. What truly sets this doctor apart from the rest is her willingness to go above and beyond for her patients. When my wife was going through a medical issue, Dr. Fiedler made herself available on a Saturday afternoon off-hours and drove in the pouring rain to open the office just to see her. She spent close to an hour with my wife, and thoroughly examined her, and sent her home with helpful advice and a detailed treatment plan. I can tell that she really loves what she does and it shows in everything she does. Scheduling appointments with her office staff is super easy and she has availability all across the board, making it easy to get in to see her. She even has appointments available on certain Saturdays! What PCP does that? Dr. Fiedler strongly feels that everyone deserves patient and empathetic care, but she probably has no idea just how rare a doctor like her is here in America. She makes you feel like you are getting the kind of personal medical treatment that only the top 0.00001% get because of their deep pockets. Dr. Fiedler is one of a kind, and I would strongly urge you to sign up with her as your PCP before her office is so full that she will not be able to accept new patients. I went out of my way to secure her with my insurance, and it was totally worth the battle. She will be my PCP for life, or for as long as I live in the Bay Area. I also do not mind the 40 minute drive to her office from where I live. I know she has some patients who travel even further than I do to see her. Thank you Dr. Fiedler for being so kind and compassionate, and for welcoming us to your practice with open arms.

Her office staff seems to be nice however I had several incidents occur big red flags which made me question her practice. I tried to leave the office but they have a 60 day cancellation policy which means I was stuck with an incompetent doctor and pay my membership dues for the next 2 months. Fast forward 60 days and they're still trying to charge me for an additional 30 days. No response from the doctor. Money money money.. excuses after another. She cannot even get a simple blood work order in correctly. This woman is an awful excuse and shame for any person in medicine.

I met with Dr. Jacobs on December 12 to go over the changes so we could get the ball rolling and not have a delay in my immune treatment which I require every 3 weeks to stay healthy due to a serious immune disorder. He assured me that it would be handled well. Then almost month later I call back and find out nothing has been done. The office didn't have a new script from the Dr. The contract worker they had hired to deal with insurance benefits at the office still didn't know I had a new pharmacy benefits provider. She was trying to order the old medication from the old benefits provider. So I spent the next two weeks on the phone for entire days - leaving messages, waiting on hold, coordinating between nursing staff (bc the dr was now on vacation), the independent contractor who didn't understand my insurance change, my pharmacy benefits provider and the pharmacy filing the order. Babysitting grown adults who are getting paid to apparently not do their jobs. The office at first admitted to dropping the ball, then they each slowly started to blame other people in the office and I realized what a toxic dysfunctional mess the whole operation was. Perhaps they once were good - the vast majority of these five star reviews are many years old. Today, I think they can handle routine allergy shots. That's their bread and butter. Anything more is a deep stretch for their abilities. In the end I finally got my medication two weeks late and it would have been even later if I hadn't borrowed a medical pump to use from a complete stranger. This was an incredibly stressful process that would have been avoided if people at this office understood how to do their jobs.

Saeed Zamani and his staff provided first class medical expertise and service. Our relationship with Dr. Zamani started with a pre-procedure consultation during which he outlined the whole process from start to finish using concise and understandable language and he patiently answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. On the day of the procedure, his entire staff exhibited tremendous efficiency and expertise; from the check-in process, during the preparation process to the post-procedure and discharge phases. Here are few reasons why we were so impressed with Dr. Zamani, his staff and his facilities: 1) strong patient orientation - we were treated with respect throughout every phase of the procedure - all aspects of the procedure were explained clearly and all of our questions were answered with patience and thoroughness; 2) high level of patient engagement - we received a phone call from the anesthesiologist (Dr. Melissa Ennen) the evening before the procedure to review how the anesthesia would be handled and if we had any questions or concerns. Dr. Ennen also provided extremely personal care on the day of the procedure. The nursing staff and technicians were also extremely caring and made the entire experience as effortless as possible; 3) extremely organized and efficient - Dr. Zamani's administrative staff was a pleasure to work with - they handled all of our insurance requirements and pre-procedure instruction communications with acumen; 4) high quality facilities - Dr. Zamani's offices in the Shadelands were first class in terms of cleanliness and ambience; 5) high level of medical expertise - Dr. Zamani's extensive experience was evident in terms of his explanations and his post-procedure review of his findings. All in all, we can highly recommend Dr. Zamani and the Center For Gastrointestinal Disorders without hesitation.

My husband and I both met with Dr. Zamani, me for the second time in 10 years and my husband for the first time. He was warm, funny and efficient. He made him so comfortable and told us all we needed to know. The facility where we had our colonoscopy procedures was remarkable from start to finish. First, how many times do you wait and wait? Not here, even early. I apologize to the first nurse, as we should not have forgotten her name, but, we have. She was warm and friendly making us both comfortable...warm blankets . Then we met Dr. Leung...our anesthesiologist. Don't let his youth fool you, he was kind and straightforward, even calling us the night before asking us if we had questions or concerns and explained what would happen, he repeated these steps when we met. They use a mild sedative..new so you don't know what happens and 20 minutes later, you are awake and Judy shows up in recovery. Again..staff was wonderful. Again we r sorry as we can't recall the name of our intake nurse who we liked, the following day they followed up on us and we were told the discharge to call a number if we had any problems. The only negative is the prep..oh well....
