Very clean and nice facility with plenty of parking. Everyone is friendly and I enjoyed going here during my pregnancy. They sit down and listen to your questions without feeling rushed. I would recommend for prenatal care; however keep in mind that you will meet a handful of NP and Doctors because it depends who will be on call when you're giving birth. I ended up with a c-section and Dr. Sari Kasper did an excellent job. read more

My experience with the staff has been good and l like my doctor. The reason for the 2 star review is the average time to make an appointment is 45 minutes on hold. They have to do better as I have never heard of a doctor's office making a patient wait on hold 45 minutes to make a simple appointment. Why don't they have appointments online or use a AI receptionist? They cannot expect patients to wait on the phone to get a simple appointment. I hope the office can improve this with technology that is available. read more

I saw Dr. Sakamuri because I had been experiencing prolonged bleeding for months and suspected I had endometriosis. After reviewing my concerns, she recommended several tests, many of which I had already completed in the past. I went through the testing again and returned for a follow-up appointment, where she insisted my symptoms were related to gastrointestinal issues, even though I had already been evaluated by a gastroenterologist. Throughout my visits, I felt like my concerns were dismissed. I repeatedly explained the severity of my symptoms and how much they were affecting my life, but I did not feel heard. I was told that maybe in a few months surgery could be considered, but because my imaging didn't indicate endometriosis, there wasn't much else to do at that time. I left the appointment in tears, feeling completely unheard and discouraged. I later sought care from an endometriosis specialist. During my ultrasound, it took only moments for the specialist to identify extensive endometriosis as well as ovarian cysts. Having a doctor who listened, took my symptoms seriously, and was able to recognize what was happening made all the difference. I am incredibly grateful that I sought a second opinion. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice for anyone who suspects they have endometriosis or a similar condition. I left feeling as though my pain was minimized, when in reality there was a significant underlying condition that required specialized care. read more

I've been coming to this office for the past 10 years, and the front desk staff (especially Alison, but truly everyone) deserves a gold medal. They are always welcoming, professional, and efficient. I've mostly seen Kathy Kogar, who has been consistently informative, helpful, and great at addressing any questions or concerns. She follows up thoroughly and is very detailed with her exams, which I've always appreciated. The office and bathrooms are always clean, which makes every visit more comfortable. What I think could be improved: I haven't interacted much with the doctors themselves (other than when I had a cesarean -- Dr. Sullivan was wonderful), even though my visits are billed at doctor-level fees. It would be nice if the doctors were a bit more present during regular visits. That said, the excellent staff, attentive care, and overall positive experience keep me giving this office 5 stars. read more

I originally posted this review in July 2025 after an extremely unprofessional and unsettling experience at this clinic. Yelp removed it, claiming it "didn't seem like I had an experience at this location." That's completely false--and frankly disturbing. I was there in person. I paid out-of-pocket. I interacted directly with multiple providers. This happened. Here's what I experienced in January, 2025: I came in for a prepaid implant removal. Before the procedure, I calmly and respectfully asked Kristina Gilmore, PA how many times she had performed this specific type of removal. I asked because I've had past medical trauma--including a serious complication from a provider who didn't disclose their inexperience. Instead of answering, she said, "Well, it seems like there's no trust here," and told me someone else should do the procedure. I agreed, thinking another provider might step in. Instead, she walked out and never returned. I waited in the exam room with no communication. I had already paid. I had arranged child care. I had taken time off. No one updated me or explained anything. Eventually, the office manager came in and offered a refund--but kept repeating that I could reschedule. I told her this wasn't about scheduling; it was about how the situation was handled. Only after I clearly voiced how serious the issue was did another provider (an MD) suddenly become available and performed the procedure. She was respectful and professional, but that doesn't erase how the situation was initially mishandled. This clinic's behavior was unacceptable. But Yelp removing my review after it gained visibility? That's even worse. Let's be clear: * This happened to me on in January of 2025 * I filed a formal complaint with the California Physician Assistant Board, and it's on record * Yelp took down my original review, silencing a valid patient experience (after it started gaining traction) If I hadn't spoken up, I would've been sent home untreated. I'm 29 weeks pregnant with our third baby and I'm so glad I am a patient of this practice! I switched from Dr. Wells in previous pregnancies. I had a great experience with my first pregnancy with Dr Wells (baby born in 2022) but felt that the care and patient experience declined significantly during my second pregnancy (baby born in 2024). With my third baby now in 2026, I am a patient of Dr. Yee at Ob-Gyn Specialists and feel so grateful to be under her care. She is incredible and talented as a medical provider. I had a chemical pregnancy right before this one and she took such good care of me. She's been cognizant and considerate of my anxiety, and incredibly thorough. I also want to shout out Stephanie who is lightning quick with forms and scheduling, and a friendly face each time I see her in the office. Also, every time I have visited I have noticed either an empty waiting room or only one other patient so I don't think patients wait very long here, unlike all the other practices I have experienced. I saw Dr Sullivan when i was pregnant / delivered and love her so much - so empathetic, truly caring and navigated some really crazy stuff with me. I also saw NP Kathy for regular checkups and she really worked through my overall health, not just reproductive. The facilities are lovely, staff even more so. Started going to OB/GYN Specialists this year for my first pregnancy. From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience. The NP and midwives I saw early on were all amazing (Caitlin Miller was a standout as I saw her frequently and she is so kind and knowledgeable). Towards the end of my pregnancy I met 2 of the 3 doctors: Dr. Yee and Dr. Kasper, and both were great. Lastly, my delivery experience at John Muir was fantastic. As luck would have it, the on call doctor for my delivery was the one OB I hadn't met yet, but Dr. Sullivan ended up being so fantastic. I truly couldn't have asked for a better OB as a first time mom... she kept me so calm, was incredibly encouraging, and just made the experience so wonderful. read more

I first reached out to OB-GYN specialists when I realized I likely needed a hysterectomy. Dr. Shannon Sullivan was my first choice of surgeons based on my research; I miraculously landed an appointment for about two weeks after my inquiry. (Should out to Alison at the front desk for her support in this.) I met with Dr. Sullivan and while the appointment was super quick, everything was professional and Dr. Sullivan exuded quiet confidence. Surgery was scheduled about four weeks out (once again, there was a cancellation). The surgery was done outpatient at John Muir in Walnut Creek, and now at two weeks after surgery, I can say things went quite smoothly. No pain past the first three days, no bleeding, everything is healing well. I can see that other people here have complained about their administrative staff, but I have not had any issues at all. Every appointment has started on time (or early), except for the actual surgery, which was a bit delayed. My two-week follow up was with Kathy Koger, NP, who was absolutely great. I am grateful for my experience here. (Oh: and a shout out to Ally for her quick help with all my FMLA and UI paperwork.) read more

This clinic is not a low-cost, walk-in type of place--they only accept certain insurances--so I expected the quality of service and equipment to match the higher price point. Unfortunately, it does not. The phone customer service is extremely rude and dismissive, with little regard for patients. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment for over a month, and when I finally did, it was with a doula rather than a gynecologist or MD. While I respect every provider's role, this was disappointing and not what I had expected. On top of that, I had already completed and emailed my new patient forms a week in advance, yet when I arrived, the staff insisted I fill them out again by hand. Even after I showed proof of my email with the PDFs attached, they acted inconvenienced, sighing and rolling their eyes as if I hadn't been prepared. When I tried to schedule a follow-up and asked about the possibility of virtual appointments, the receptionist was again unhelpful and curt, simply saying "no" without offering alternatives. Overall, this clinic desperately needs to improve its basic customer service skills. The experience was honestly worse than going through a fast-food drive-thru. read more

I'm not super picky about doctors or anything, and I'm injury- prone, so I meet lots of them, but women's health and preventative care is a lot more personal. Due to an endometriosis diagnosis, I have gone to many OB/GYN providers throughout the bay area both private and through larger health care systems. Due to the positive google reviews I decided to try OB/GYN Specialists in Walnut Creek. Boy was that a mistake. I am certain that the positive reviews are fake as I have never experienced such lack of professionalism and questionable ethics. On March 14, 2025, I had an annual exam with Jonelle Pelobello. I brought my completed first visit forms. I was told by her staff member that escorted me from the wait room to the exam room that my insurance would cover a PAP Smear annually and said my last one was in June 2024 at Sutter Health. Jonelle Pelobello confirmed that my PAP smear would be covered by my insurance and saw that my last one was completed in June 2024 so I decided to proceed with the PAP smear. After the exam, I changed and Jonelle came back to the room to now inform me that my insurance likely won't cover the PAP smear as my last one was done less than a year ago. This detail should have been communicated before. I am so upset that I was mislead like this. I just walked out of the appointment and called the office manager. Frankly the annual exam should have never been scheduled if this was the case. Every other OB/GYN facility I have gone to prior to this takes the time to read paperwork, looks through insurance coverage and knows what they are doing. Not here! The Office Manager Nicole even went so far to say that other OB/GYN facilities don't verify insurance coverage and its up to the patient to know what their insurance covers and not. I really question where she has worked if she believes that even private facilities I have gone to in the south bay do this for annual exams only for specialized services they might not. Wish I never went there. What also really pissed me off is Jonelle's After Visit Notes do not explain the entire situation. She just put that I was told my insurance would not cover the PAP smear. What about the part where you and your staff said it would? She is just trying to protect herself and her staff's incompetence. Know your job! Don't say things so matter of fact if you don't know what you're doing. After I spoke to the office manager, she sent me a message after speaking to Jonelle that I was informed that it was an option to not send all testing done to the lab. I would have liked to give a full assessment of the practice but they accepted me for my pregnancy then twice I called and did not have timely appointments based on my gestational age. I continued care with my current appointment for my next appointment then when I attempted to get another appointment they were booked out over a month which I said I would work with but then told me that they were closed to patients with my due date. So then they didn't really accept me as patient if they couldn't provide me with timely care so good luck to perspective patients. read more

This review is for NP Karen Tinder. Karen is THE BEST! I have been seeing her for the past 4 years and she is always very compassionate, caring and very competent. She's the right mix of- having a great personality and bedside manner, plus professional, competent, yet relatable and funny to boot! If I have any concerns, she listens and offers great advice on options to address what I'm experiencing. I see her 4 times a year for HRT and she's helped me feel dialed in and get relief from menopause symptoms due to hormonal shifts. She has also helped me manage my thyroid levels being hypothyroid. If you're looking for someone who can help and will actually listen to what you're experiencing and not brush you off, go see Karen. What i love about her is there is no ego whatsoever and she truly wants to help you. I've recommended her to many friends and we've all had a similar experience. We even talk about how fortunate we feel to have found her! And for anyone considering starting Biote or hormone replacement therapy, just do it. It's life changing. It's the only thing that has helped with the changes that occur with perimenopause and now menopausal symptoms. They also just started offering weight loss options as well with tirezepatide and semaglutide. The front desk ladies are also wonderful and helpful. I have had nothing but good experiences with OB-GYN specialists. During my pregnancy, I was given the opportunity to attend monthly Prenatal Centering classes coinciding with my monthly check ups. I enjoyed the community and education, especially the practical classes like Infant CPR Basics. NP Caitlin Miller was a warm and approachable group facilitator. This place is just the best there is. I can't believe it's not 5 stars on here. I've had absolutely nothing but positive wonderful experiences. As a first time mom to be with a lot of nerves, all of the doctors and midwives are absolutely amazing. So comforting, so kind, so open. The front desk is also wonderful. I also love that it is "women caring for women" I'm just the type of person who is more comfortable for many reasons with that. I appreciate all of them. Dr. Yee and Caitlin Miller have been my favorite so far but that's because I've had most of my appointments with them so far. They've both reassured me all the OBs there are on the same spectrum of quality care and keeping me at ease and excited so I'm comfortable with any of them delivering my baby girl. I had a new OB appointment scheduled for today 7/18/22. I have united health care (UHC) as my primary insurance and recently got approved for the Medi-cal access program which will cover me ONLY while I'm pregnant. I gave them my united health care insurance information on my initial call but called today because I forgot to give my Medi-cal info. They then refused to see me today just because I informed them I have Medi-cal. They said they don't take Medi-cal which is fine. I said I will go through UHC which I've been doing for all my OB appointment under Bass medical group. They still refused to see me even though UHC is my primary insurance and I'm 100% covered. I just wanted to warn people if you have Medi-cal even if it's secondary they will refuse to see you. I wish they would have told me that from the beginning because I'm 15 weeks pregnant and needed to be seen ASAP this week. read more

I don't know where to even begin. I was transferred to this practice after relocating back to the area from OC and was pregnant and the OB I was first sent to was retiring, but it was a blessing in disguise. I am sad and shocked to see that there are any negative reviews about this practice because honestly every single person from the front desk , MAs , MDs and Mid Levels have all been amazing. I know some people get frustrated when things change, but I will say these doctors are working non stop. If they are not in clinic they are in the hospital doing rounds or deliveries. I know having your appointment moved or canceled can be a pain, but as a patient who had to go into the hospital and have an emergency c section that essentially saved my life I hope people will try and look at all sides of things before just giving up or writing a bad review. I have always been treated with such kidness and compassion. I have had the pleasure to work with almost all providers and mid levels and all are amazing. Dr Yee thank you for having me go to the hospital when you did even though I did not want to and was scared you saved me and chloes lives. Also all of your compassion and caring follow up. Dr Walker thank you for the best emergency c section one could have considering how scared I was. You did an amazing job and I am beyond thankful. Also the decision you made to do the c section also saved me and Chloes lives. Dr Kasper thank you for helping with my issues when I was discharged and the on call doc (not part of their practice) had mixed some things up. Dr Sullivan thank you at my first ever visit for reassuring me how great i was doing and addressing my concerns. I wish I've been to the office to say more, but my appointment was canceled twice at the last minute due to emergencies. On the first visit, I arrived at the parking lot when I got a call to say that Dr. Kapser got called to a delivery. They didn't offer a replacement at the time, just to reschedule for a different Dr, since Dr. Kasper's availability was low. We scheduled for Dr. Yi- and what a surprise, thirty minutes before my appointment, she also got called for a delivery... Oh my, will I ever see a Dr? Maybe. She has successfully changed the trajectory of my reproductive health. I have now undergone a microscopic myomectomy and C-section delivery of my son with great success. Doctor Sullivan-Cramer is truly a surgeon master. She will make you feel at ease about a typically uneasy scenario. I will forever be grateful for the successful delivery of my son. This practice is unorganized and incompetent. I transferred here from SF (where I had a WONDERFUL, CARING doctor). I have now had 2 appointments at OB-GYN Specialists. At my first appointment, the nurse practitioner didn't sign the form for my 20-week anatomy scan and when I was on the way out, a front office staff member handed me a form for blood work and no one told me what it was for or when I should go... I decided to give the practice another chance with a second appointment and I specifically asked to see a doctor. I went today and asked for a new form (since the first one wasn't signed). I wanted to go to a specific place for my 20 week anatomy scan so my husband could come with me. I walked out (not realizing I had to double check their work) with a form to a completely different place than I requested! I called the practice and asked to speak with the doctor who - rather than calling me back directly - had someone else in the office call. Oh, and they close early so don't even try calling past 4. As a first customer, I just had an email exchange with this office and it was disappointing and unprofessional. First, the office was listed as open, but their phone lines were down when I called during office hours around 330. So, I decide to submit an appointment request online. The next moment I get an email requesting more info and went back and forth to provide somewhat sensitive info (this was not asked for at the onset or provided in a secure way). The email seemed unprofessional. I asked if I can speak to someone and for them to call me to talk about what kind of appointment I need because of my current symptoms. Rather than respond to this request, she said that her next appt was at the end of the month but she would not make the appt for me. I am fully insured with PPO and have gone to this medical group for years. Then she practically told me to go to urgent care even though I was still reaching out for a papsmear. The overall exchange was weird. Here is the end of her message: "However, it looks like you have an eligible CCHP plan as your secondary insurance. And we are not contracted with them. So we can't schedule an appt. until that has terminated. I'm sorry." It really didn't sound accurate or professional at all. If I am covered under a PPO and was even fully willing to pay cash, why are you turning patients away? It seemed like she was judging me for sharing any health details, and ducking/ avoiding the phone call because its Friday. Lack of support, professionalism, and did not comprehend or respond to what I was asking for. Did not want to interact or share anything about the business. read more

Completed an annual exam after seven years without. I was a bit nervous. This office is polite, professional, quiet and relaxing. The medical assistant roomed me, then the doc came in to talk with me briefly before beginning the exam. No rush. It was quite honestly the most pleasant exam, never any discomfort. Dr. Kasper left the room saying "nice to meet you, let me know if there's anything you need." I would highly recommend this office to other women. Convenient parking. At 28, I decided it was probably time to formally start seeing an OBGYN. I'm really glad I came across this office and Dr. Yee. The office is beautiful and welcoming, much less "sterile" and impersonal than other doctors offices I've been to. I was seen for my appointment quickly and give ample time during to speak with both the nurse and Dr. Yee. Dr. Yee was incredibly personable and I really felt she took the time to listen to my concerns (many of which, I admit, are nothing more than my own paranoia). Perhaps of all the doctors I've ever interacted with, Dr. Yee has the best bedside manner and I felt immediately comfortable with her. She performed a Pap and an ultrasound and managed to do both painlessly. She even took the time to hand draw a chart for me to visually walk me through one of my concerns. Overall, I can't remember ever having had a better experience at any doctor's office. For Dr. Yee and staff, you are great- keep doing what you're doing! read more

This review is long overdue but necessary and is in regards to Janette Walker. I saw Dr. Walker near the end of 2018 about fibroids on my uterus. I was only 36 but had been suffering with pain and bleeding as a result of my uterus being covered in fibroids of all sizes. She brought up having a hysterectomy which was something I had been thinking about for years and we decided to go for it. She had to rush me in because my insurance was changing to Kaiser at the beginning of the year. I went and had the procedure done laparoscopically by Dr. Walker. I went home the next day and then the day after that I was in excruciating pain. I called OB-GYN specialists after hours line and they told me they thought I was probably constipated and to give myself an enema. I did and immediately screamed in pain and fell to the floor. I was in the worst pain of my life. I felt like my abdomen was being constricted in a vice and I could barely breath. My husband called me an ambulance and I ended up at sutter Antioch because it was the closest hospital to me. They said I was septic and could die if not treated quickly. They flushed my system and stabilized me. I was told I most likely had a perforation in my intestines from the hysterectomy. They then sent me back to John Muir by ambulance since that's where dr. Walker did my surgery. At John Muir in the ER I was still in excruciating pain and nothing was even touching it. The ER doctor said perforation from the hysterectomy. I was then sent to the surgical floor and they called dr. Walker. She gets there and says she doesn't think I have a perforation and instead thinks I just have some inflammation. Again, the pain was unbearable even with the strongest pain meds and other doctors thinking it's a perforation. She then let me sit in the hospital for 3 days like that until the perforation ripped open and pushed feces into my vaginal cavity and then out of me. I called for a nurse and they tried to tell me I pooped myself. I said no I didn't. Then more came out and the nurse looked shocked. I said call a doctor now, this is bad. They hesitated then after some yelling on my part they called for doctor. The on call surgeon came in and said I needed to go into emergency surgery immediately to save my life. This on call surgeon had to open me up, try to clean the feces from my abdominal cavity, remove 6 inches of my colon and part of my rectum, and then give me a colostomy. I was in the ICU for a week, PCU for two weeks, then my insurance changed. I had to be moved from John Muir to Kaiser in Antioch by ambulance where I spent another week. While at John Muir I got a bad infection in my abdominal cavity and had to have another surgery to place a drain, open my staples back up and leave me open for days before giving me a wound vac. The on call surgeon came in and told me that not only had Dr. Walker cut my bowels during my hysterectomy but she also cut my bladder which he repaired as well. She tried to come in and blame the perforation on medication I was on for something unrelated, which the other surgeon said no they were obviously cuts. She was also asked by hospital staff why she would do the surgery on me knowing my insurance was about to change and she lied and said she hadn't known. She had known because we discussed it and that's why she rushed it. She lied and didn't want to take any responsibility for what she did to me. Before the surgery I had asked her about complications to having a hysterectomy and all she told me was that if she accidentally cut me or anything that she would catch it and fix it during the surgery and I would wake up not even knowing about it. How did she cut my bowels so badly and my bladder and not catch it? I ended up with a colostomy for over 6 months, then had surgery to take it down and ended up with a temporary loop ileostomy for another 8 months. It took over a year of being out of work and multiple surgeries to get me put back together. I am covered in scars, will suffer from hernias the rest of my life, I'm still in pain from all the scar tissue in my abdomen, and I have PTSD from it all. My surgeon at Kaiser reviewed my medical records and said he would support me filing a lawsuit against Dr. Walker. He said he would write a report in support of my complaint and that she was at fault. Unfortunately because of all of the time I was out of it from surgeries and learning to walk again from the month I was bed ridden, along with the costs to get a lawyer (and none of them want to take medical negligence suits) I ended up not getting the complaint together before the one year statute of limitations. I will have to suffer from what Dr. Walker did to me for the rest of my life. She got to go home and pretend it didn't happen. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Sullivan since I got referred here by a friend of mine. She is simply an angle. This review is for the nurse practitioner Kathy Koger. I started my first OB visit with her and still/prefer to see her. She's great, understanding and personable. She always answered any questions or concerns I had and gave great tips & advices. I've met with the other providers, but did not feel a connection with them. It was always a quick visit, not much conversation even with the doctors. Sad to say. Kathy has always made me feel comfortable and showed interest/concerns. Dr. Walker delivered my baby and gave great enthusiasm during delivery. Overall, I will be coming back to see Kathy! read more

I've been coming here since 2006 I think and while an annually part exam is far from exciting, this is the best I think it will get. The office is clean, well kept, and friendly. The lobby is modern and lots of purple - my favorite color. I was greeted promptly at my appointment this afternoon (tip: they book out about 2 weeks), and was told there was no copay from my insurance, woohoo! They had sent me paperwork to update my file about a week before my appointment so when I got there, no paperwork to fill out. I like the attention to preplanning. After about a 5min wait, i was called back by a medical assistant I'm assuming, weighed, blood pressure taken, and some review of my history. I was then asked to change into the latest fashion, a pink paper gown and wait for my nurse practitioner, Heather West. I've only been to her over the years and everything about her is great. She doesn't judge, shame, or makes you feel uncomfortable to ask those weird questions or things you've read on the internet. She chats the whole time and never lets silence fall, in an effort to keep your mind busy elsewhere rather than the task at hand I imagine. The whole annual exam took maybe 15min; she is quick, personable, smart, and efficient. She gives you answers, tips, advice, and does it all with a smile and a busy hand. If you're looking for an OBGYN, I highly recommend this place - it's the best it could get, I swear. read more

If you want to feel like a profit cow at a cattle ranch, this is the place for you. My first appointment, which was made 3 weeks in advance, was canceled when I arrived to the appointment. The doctor went to do "higher profit" surgeries instead. It is, hands down, the worst medical office I have ever come across. Now at 20 weeks, after 4 appointments I have met only one doctor (for 30) seconds. Despite demanding to have appointment with doctors, they were are all made with nurses. Every single person that walked into the appointment didn't read my chart. I really enjoyed comments such as "Oh really, why didn't I know that. I should have looked at your chart." Yes, looking at patients chart is kind of the basics of this job. So, I have yet to meet anyone that would be delivering my baby. I started writing this review at early pregnancy. The result was as one would expect. They pressured me to do an early cesarian to fit their private schedules. My baby had issues due to not being ready to deliver. In addition to him being in NICU for 24 hours and suffering, we also had to pay $6K more out of pocket for NICU expenses. Stay away from this place. read more

This practice is amazing from the first faces you see at the desk being so helpful all the way to the doctors monitoring your health, I would 10/10 recommend. I needed paperwork completed for work and they addressed it and got it back to me in less then an hour. Very impressive. I had overslept for one appointment and felt horrible but they reassured me it was ok and were able to get me in the next day. I can not say enough good things about this place and I am so grateful I choose this practice for my prenatal care! read more

Every single time I called for any reason I was immediately placed on hold. GET MORE HELP! I chose this office because they keep the doctors on staff and then one of them is supposedly there for your delivery. I liked the idea of having seen my doctor at least a few times and developing a relationship ahead of time before birth. (Especially as a first time/single parent) Well almost each time I went to schedule an appt, they tried to schedule me with a PA. Even after repeating myself multiple times about why I did not want that or feel comfortable with it. I was often rescheduled to a PA last min without prior knowledge or cancelled on altogether. Not cool. The woman who would do my blood pressure and weigh ins before the doc was always snarky and rude and even commented on my weight gain! Unprofessional and NOT appreciated!! I was never given any ultrasound photos. Such a bummer as this was most likely my one and only pregnancy! Dr. Walker left me in tears at my 39 week visit because I was asking too many questions (advocating for myself) and denied a membrane sweep since it was extremely painful the previous time and it was not medically necessary. She snapped at me and was extremely rude. There was ZERO follow up care after my delivery- no appt was set to check on my recovery, and no one even called to see how I was doing after I delivered. They sent me out of the hospital with the incorrect dosage of pain meds (even after going over it in person) and I had to call repeatedly to beg to have it fixed as I was in immense pain. These doctors really just do NOT care about you and it shows. I wish I would have chosen another office for my prenatal care and been treated with kindness and respect. Do better!! read more

Women caring for women! I love their motto to begin with. My husband found this place for me. They have been super helpful since the day we started visiting them. All the doctors and Nurse practioners are very experienced and do their best to make you feel comfortable. They always answer all the questions. You can always count on them to answer your concerns even if their office is closed. They have a way of contacting the on call doctor and resolve your concerns or fears. I didn't have a long wait. They have an iMac mounted on the wall with interactive videos of common questions to help keep you engaged and prepare you for questions, just in case they arise before you see the doctor. This day, my doctor was called off to an emergency, and Dr. Hartman steeped in to speak to me. She was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and was able to establish rapport really quickly with me. Which is great because who loves to go to the OB/GYN?! Really, I dread these visits. But I would have to say that I love this office! read more
