The park has many permanent residents, spots for long-term stays like ours, and several pull-thrus for overnighters. Not easy to get a reservation but well worth it if you can. Price is very reasonable. The park is kept very clean, laundry facilities are wonderful and not too expensive ($1.25 per load washer and dryer), and there is a sweet little stream running through the park sided by a large grassy area that was wonderful for our dog to run and play. No one objected to him being off leash there, but he comes when he's called, so I'm not sure how people would react to a dog that isn't under control. There were some ducks in the stream and a little bridge that crosses it. We felt very safe here and had quiet neighbors. There was noise from Trosper Road, but not more than the usual two-lane road, and certainly better than freeway noise would be in some of the other parks. Fred Meyer, UPS/fax store, Albertson's, Wal-Mart, and Costco nearby, also gas and coffee shops and other smaller stores. We would love to have found a house in this area. Would definitely recommend this place for short- or long-term stays.

The camping spot - great price, quiet, clean and peaceful. The resort - beautiful views on the lake. Check in was good and the front desk associate was helpful. The bathrooms are the issue here. One of the ladies rooms was closed. So the other ladies room had one shower for the entire campground. By the time I went to shower in the evening - the floors were wet (splashy wet) and covered with dirt. The shower itself was good (hot water was hot and the pressure good).

I walked in the store where she was "training" two other gals. It was hard to tell bc it sounded like a personal rant. She ignored me and continued to rant for about two minutes before acknowledging me. I asked about the fire ban and before I could finish my question she cut me off to lmk I could use gas or propane.. I was trying to ask about the camp-provided fire pits since I saw fires from a few when I pulled up. When she let me ask about the pits she said "you can use the pits if you are using gas or propane".... I looked at the other girls to see if they heard what i heard if you can't comprehend what's wrong with her response, laugh a little more in life. Anyways According to the older staff they allow charcoal in the pits but definitely saw a lot of wood fires that night. They give you a list of WiFi passwords but they don't tell you where they work in very specific locations. We had no signal at all almost anywhere there. The bathrooms are very much worn down Their maps look like they were drawn in crayon And first come first serve. There's nothing more confusing than receiving a map with exact instructions of the exact spot to go to just to find out from other campers that its first come first serve on the spots. No markings of any sort so imagine multiple families coming to an open field and some woodland area and being told "mark your territory" it can get very... uncomfortable having people tell you what you can or can't do when no one in charge even steps into the area. There is no structure, no procedures, instructions from staff varies.. it's a mess They make enough money to pay bills staff and maintenance the place This camp has potential to be great. I hope it gets better and not worse

A magical, soul-soothing escape…read more I can't say enough good things about my stay at Wellspring Spa. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I'd stepped into a hidden forest sanctuary. The land itself is breathtaking--towering trees, soft mossy trails, and peaceful stillness that invites you to breathe deeper and slow down. I spent hours wandering the hiking paths and felt like I was in another world. I stayed in the Tahoma cabin, and wow--it was cozy, peaceful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. (They must have updated them based on what I have read from previous posts!) Every detail in the space felt intentional and grounding. After a day of exploring, soaking in the outdoor hot tub with that stunning view of the trees was exactly what my body and mind needed. And the lofted sauna? Absolutely the coolest (and warmest!) little gem--such a unique and relaxing experience. What really made this place special, though, was the warmth and kindness of the staff. They were so welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about creating a healing experience for guests. Also: there's a sweet dog who wanders the grounds and melts your heart--truly the cherry on top. Wellspring isn't just a place to stay--it's a place to remember. I already can't wait to come back.

It's the perfect place to come back to after hiking all day at Mount Rainer and lovely as a couple's getaway. My boyfriend and I loved the privacy and thought the cabin was beautiful. It has a well stocked kitchen where we cooked a nice meal and enjoyed the free standing hot tub. We also appreciated their commitment to being environmentally friendly. Thanks for everything Sunny, you're a gem!
