We get take out or delivery from this neighborhood restaurant once or twice a week. It is inexpensive, fast, convenient, and good food.

My boyfriend and I love Chinese takeout, and when we moved to Fort Worth we searched for so long to find one we liked. We found Ming Wok and it is amazing. Horrible customer service. We placed an order from them on a Friday night. We were told it would be about an hour. That's fine considering it's the weekend. When the food got here, I made the mistake of not checking before we accepted it. Took it in and found that the sweet and chicken was missing the sauce. Without the sweet and sour sauce, it's not exactly sweet and sour chicken. Called the restaurant and was told that the only two options would be for them to deliver the sauce around closing time ( 2 hrs later ) or give us a .50 cent credit for the next order. Since we were already eating dinner, neither of those were acceptable. Asked for the sauce to be delivered right then or a credit for the chicken. After a back and forth, the place actually sent a driver to pick up the chicken instead of delivering the sauce. They wanted the chicken back to give a credit for the chicken. Sadly I'm serious. The place has been getting considerably worse over the last few months. We use to order from this place several times a month. Not anymore. This was the first time in a month and showed us that they've only gotten worse. read more

Great Chinese delivery. Quick & hot!

If ever anything is wrong or off with your food, they refuse to do anything about it. Been picking up food from there a long time and picked up an order of chop suey ($8+) that was terrible and they refused to do anything about it except take off $2 next order. Will not be a next order! Portion size reduced also. read more

We ordered the the chicken lo-mien, beef fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. Everything came hot, fresh and tasty except the egg rolls. They were old and greasy. Close to our house and my husband and kids loved it. We'll probably try them again. read more

I got Singapore Noodles here yesterday and I loved them. We also got some seafood plate called HongKong something that was very tasty. The ladies that work here are very friendly and fast, so I have no complains. The portions are HUGE so make sure you are really really hungry when you order from them! read more

The food is very hit or miss. We order the same thing every time. Sometimes it's great. Other times it's just blah. We ordered our favorite recently. Chicken Lo mein with egg drop soup and extra egg rolls. The delivery driver must smoke because our egg drop soup tastes like an ash tray. The rest of the food had the same gross smokey taste. Love, Love, Love this place!! The food is awesome! I've always been treated very nice whenever I ordered in person, or on the phone. The owner is always very welcoming, and they take the time to package everything well. The food is always made to order. It's super hot! So it's always hot when you get home. Best Orange Chicken I've ever had! It's truly addictive! Tip: When ordering your Orange Chicken, there are levels of crispyness, and you need to be specific. If you want your Orange Chicken to be perfect, I suggest you tell them how you want it. I don't like mine super crispy, and you need to let them know, or it'll be hit or miss. The Orange Chicken is very authentic made with fresh oranges! One time they did forget one of the rices, so check your bag before you leave. It was pretty inconvenient to get home, and not have all you need for everyone's dinner. That said, I order their food all the time, and it's only happened once, and they gave me a free cheesecake to say they were sorry. The cheesecake was awesome! Who knew a Chinese food restaurant would have such awesome cheesecake? Another thing to know, the portions are huge, and they only pack one soy sauce per entree, so if you like soy sauce, or any other sauce, everyone's going to need more, so make sure you grab some extra before you leave. I'm thoroughly impressed with Ming Wok. I've always ordered delivery from China Jade, but decided to try Ming Wok for hopefully a bit better experience. The girl on the phone was nice and courteous, communicated well and even let me know about how long the wait would be. It took less than 45 minutes from the time I called to when the man was at my door. I had the Crab Rangoon, which were different--in a good way--than most take out Chinese places. They were flat and the filling tasted fresh, they were even hot and crisp. The hot and sour soup was sub-par, it wasn't hot and was very thick...didn't drip like soup usually does. The flavor was good though and there was substance to it. The fried rice was a liiiiiiittle mushy, but again I could tell it was fresh and flavorful. Definitely will order again from Ming Wok when I want delivery! Prices were excellent and less expensive than some other local Chinese restaurants. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I kid you not, I ordered food from this place one afternoon and the driver was over 2 hours late!!! But Then when he gets to my house he pulls up turns his car off and lays his seat back and starts to fall asleep in front of my apartment he literally rests there for ten minutes!!! I called to the store to let them know and to get a refund completely, the lady I spoke with didn't seem to care all she wanted to know was is her food still ok so she could come back later and pick it up!!!!! I have ordered from this place more times than I can count, and It usually is always good. However today it was far from edible. What I ordered was the sweet and sour combination and the lunch portion sesame chicken. the sweet and sour shrimp was way under-cooked the batter also was mushy, plus the sesame was rock hard. I normally would have let it go if the customer service rep wasn't so rude to me and further the driver didn't give me a attitude and demanding to see my trashcan. First off the food was 1 hour late, secondly the staff on the phone need to give a regular customer a better tone when talking to them. NEVER EAT HERE ....I certainly wont ever eat here again, AND ILL MAKE SURE to let everyone I know to not waste their time here much less eat here either. This was the first place I experienced delivery with when I moved here which has been about a year. I was a repeat customer despite having long wait times for delivery of my food. Today however was unusually long, so when I called to see where the status of my order was I was put on the phone with whom I'm assuming was a manager or owner. She proceeded to YELL at me that they were busy and if I didn't want to wait she would call her delivery driver and just cancel my order. I told her after this encounter to go ahead and cancel and that they would no longer receive my business. However my card was still charged. When I called to explain I want my money back she got back on the phone and said, " ya ya ya I'll give you your money (still yelling)" and then hung up on me. This is a great quick take out Chinese Food restaurant. It is cheap and the postions are huge and the price is wonderful.
