I didnt like any of it at all. Wings seemed like frozen ones that weren't good. And the rest of the stuff was just them doing too much throwing sum stuff together. It wasnt good. The staff here is very rude and lacks attention to detail. Upon first greeting my server was very rude and distasteful, she threw down the menus. Then after we ordered she never came back and catered only to those at the bar. Several items from my order were missing and when I alerted the manager he has no remorse and was also very short and nasty in attitude. Most TERRIBLE service I ever had . I had went to happy hour & they told us if we are not out by 7 we will have to pay 50$!!! Then the server forgot to put my buffalo dip in & by the time it came out it was time to go so I said I did not want it the manager comes up & tells me if I don't pay at least half I have to get out in the midst of him saying that 5 chunks of spit came out so now I told him I'm definitely not paying now at first he almost had me . Despite the existing negative reviews, I enjoyed myself. The drinks are expensive, but they are strong. I had the quesadilla and the oyster rockefeller, and it was really good. We went around 8pm on a Saturday night and we had a group of about 13, the service was timely. The bar overall was clean except for the menus, they could use a good wipe down. Locked in an establishment is diabolical. Security lying saying we're waiting for a party to come in to let someone out. Being blocked in by armed security, preventing ppl from leaving is unlawful. A male security guard explained that ppl have been walking out without complying their tabs. My party offered showing receipts and it was declined. In my opinion leaving room for someone to walk out is diabolical, because waitress staff doesn't return for service for an hour or more. They have to constantly be flagged down for service, taking payments and returning change or personal cards. the audacity to add gratuity to such poor services is wild. I asked if my party which were 3 tables could be pushed together which could've possibly made service better. O was declined. I asked for manager sevwral times who never came over. Waitress staff who don't want to take orders if it isn't their table and if you purchase something at the bar and bring over to your table, they want to double charge you beongbunaware a payment has been made at the bar. The food was mediocre. The service was horrible. They only had one waiter for the entire floor. However the drinks were strong and they play good music. Also they charge an automatic 15% tip no matter how many people are in your party. Nice place. The oysters are good just to try one time in my opinion ($30 for 6 oysters). They would definitely be a snack/appetizer so I'd be prepared to order more food(their food is good). So I give it to her for appearance and the establishment is well lit and clean but the service was bad. Be aware of the food prices. So to start off I booked and put down for 6people. The owner told me it goes towards your bill. FALSE. I assumed that since I had reservations that I would a have a consistent waiter for my table and cater to my party. FALSE. It took for ever to get someone and when they finally showed up they were really pressed about ordering . Started off with drinks. She didn't bring water for the table and I had to go to the bar and get her after 10minutes to remind her of our drinks. Ordered the catfish and spaghetti $22.00. The fish was fresh and hot. Spaghetti was good but for that price I feel you need another side. Had the strawberry Hennessy. And the blue drink . Both drinks were good but again pricey.
