Needed a quick lunch and decided to stop by here after the place next door didn't take credit card. This is your typical Chinese restaurant with fairly cheap lunch specials, well under $10. You get white/brown/pork fried rice/, a soup, and an entree. It is quite filling and taste like typical take out Chinese food. I got the shrimp with garlic sauce. Only had four shrimps, but cooked well and a lot of veggies. It is nice that they had brown rice for a healthier option. The egg drop soup was pretty gloopy, so I didn't eat much of that, but overall a good experience. You can definitely tell that they use a lot of MSG as your tongue sort of tingles after you're done eating.

I think something is wrong with the address since the place didn't let me check in but the food was cheap good and etc. The fried dumplings had thick skin, moo shu had more cabbage than i wanted it to, the fried rice was good. Not very oily and a good go to take out asian place that does delivery over 15. I like how they take credit cards too!!!

gross food with so much grease we had to throw it away. Thats the grease from 2 paper bags and 3 napkins . It could not be salvaged.

I love the food. I think the owners are very sweet, despite what other reviews say. I'm always happy with the food.

Food is decent. However there's been times I've called in an order only to have the forget, most likely due to the lunch rush.

We only had to wait 15 minutes for a table. Comfy benches are around the corner to the left. Ricardo greeted and helped serve us. He was especially gracious with my 90 year old aunt. Her safety and enjoyment were my top priorities! We enjoyed our unhurried meals, asking that each dish come out when it's ready so we could all share. Full and happily satisfied, we resumed our road trip! Life is good with north western Chinese cuisine!

Pass. This might satisfy a homesick student because there's nothing better, but we can do much better at home or at Flushing. The best dish was the chopped cabbage dish - that was closest. Lamb skewers were too thick and not seasoned enough. Monstrous plate chicken - good thing we had two, because they weren't all that big for 6 of us, and no spicy adjustment allowed (couldn't do not spicy, but ended up eating it.. and it wasn't spicy). Beef w/tomatoes was better - potatoes felt like they were deep fried and thrown in, not at all taking in any of the sauce. Big groups could have a hard time finding seating - this gets busy and their tables are really designed for 2-4. Staff was also mostly non-Mandarin speaking students that hung around and talked amongst themselves instead of checking on our experience, refilling water, or getting the check until we flagged them down.

The delicate…read morewontons were packed with flavorful filling and coated in a rich, aromatic chili oil that delivered the perfect balance of heat, spice, and savory depth. The sauce had just enough numbing warmth without overpowering the dish, and every bite was incredibly satisfying. The texture combination of silky wrappers and bold sauce made it an unforgettable starter. Beyond the appetizer, the restaurant offered a warm atmosphere and attentive service that made the dining experience even better. The presentation was thoughtful, portions were generous, and the flavors tasted authentic and carefully prepared. If you enjoy dishes with a little spice and a lot of flavor, the wontons in chili oil are absolutely worth ordering. I would definitely come back just for them.

When it comes to food, I never judge a burger by its bun, so thanks to Yelp for helping me find it. The sign in the window says "Asian fusion" which usually sends me running as it's often a cop-out label for bad mixed-up Asian cooking, but this is authentic y'all, meaning true-to-tradition dishes with a sometimes more contemporary application of ingredients or flavors. The "fusion" part must come from the fact that they have a small Taiwanese section as well as the main Szechuan/Sichuan menu, alongside a few familiar Chinese-American favorites like sesame chicken or broccoli x protein, so you can get that here too. Everything we ordered was phenomenal! Great flavors, generous portions, cooked with confidence and finesse. Compliments to the kitchen - they really know what they're doing. Not a single dish was lacking. They even put out peanuts at the start and serve fresh orange slices at the end of the meal. Very old school. We loved it all: * Salt & white pepper crispy chicken ("Taiwanese specialty") - well-battered and flavored, and perfectly crispy * Taiwanese minced pork rice * Chicken red curry - fabulous, with fresh vegetables and just the right balance of spice * Golden dish (fish) - very special dish in a salted duck egg yolk batter * Beef chow fun * Marinated crispy duck Wish I lived closer, but will definitely come back when we are in the area. Best of the best - very highly recommended!

I opened the…read morecontainers and felt that quiet sense of hope a hungry person feels when the aromas drift upward and promise a good evening. It is always a pleasure when those promises are kept. I ordered the pineapple fried rice and the portion was enormous. It felt like opening a treasure chest filled with bright colors, roast pork, and warm spice. The seasoning worked perfectly with the sweetness of the pineapple. Nothing was timid. Every bite had a lively balance of heat, sweetness, and savory depth. For the price I paid, it felt almost like a small miracle in a paper box. My wife ordered three sushi rolls and she was happy with all of them. She enjoyed the shrimp tempura roll and the tuna avocado roll. But the spicy tuna roll was the star of her show. She generously offered me a piece. The heat was lively but not overwhelming and the filling tasted clean and fresh. There was no excess rice, no unnecessary filler, just a satisfying ratio of fish to rice that let the tuna shine. It is one of the better spicy tuna rolls I have had in quite some time. In Princeton you can find more refined or experimental Asian restaurants if that is what you want. But you will also find prices that may affect your credit rating. Tiger Noodles stands apart because it offers generous portions, honest flavors, and a price point that feels almost out of place in the neighborhood. For what you receive and for what you pay this is an easy five stars. I threw out the empty containers with the feeling that life had been made a little better for an evening. That is all a person can ask from dinner and Tiger Noodles delivered it.

For this year's Chinese New Year, I decided to take the family there for our New Year dinner, and the food was just as good as I remembered. Since some of my family and friends don't enjoy the same spice level as I do, we adjusted the heat for dinner, and everything still came out fantastic. We ordered the whole steamed fish, happy fish, green beans, tea smoked duck, pork chop, beef pan fried noodles, and more. Every dish was delicious, and the flavors were spot on. It seems that both the pepper steak and chicken with broccoli were in the same sauce (& I've actually found that to be common in this area for some reason) but were tasty overall. The egg roll was quite greasy and the wonton soup was pretty solid with the broth being the star. Oh the white rice was cooked how I expect and wish all Chinese white rice is cooked so that's a plus.
