One of our cars needed smog check for this year DMV renewal. So we went on Yelp and found this place, which located in the corner between Euclid and Broadway, and was owned by a lovely Vietnamese couple. They were really nice and helpful with all the information that we needed. We were in and out for less than 15 minutes. The smog check fee was decent ($48). I think they charge this same thing for the past 10 years or so, very impressive. I love how they try to beat inflation and build customers loyalty through all those years. Worst experience of our life. Minh, was totally inconsiderate and unprofessional. Here's some context, my husband made an appointment to get my father, who just passed away of cancers truck smogged and when my husband asked if the truck would be safe parked here he had the audacity to say that it was an old truck anyone can take it if they want it. I don't care how old the truck is, it's in pristine condition, well taken care of, low mileage and is part of the family. A reminder of my amazing father. Few waiting chairs available to sit on. - Easy to find on the corner of Euclid & Broadway - Decent price (less than $50) - Very reliable w/ comforting experience :: NOTES :: 1) Yelp says they are closed on weekends. But Minh actually does open on Sat. For I only got time on weekends to get car stuff done so I've only gone in on Sat mornings. Call ahead just to make sure. 2) After the smog test Minh sends over your result to the DMV & all you gotta do is pay DMV your fee.
