When you cancel or move out, you have to pay full price for the month with no pro rated offers even if your not using the whole month. The worst part is no human service or contact. Everything is done through automation or supposed call backs. It took forever to get ahold of someone only for them to lack any human emotion and intelligence so maybe the automation is for the best. All in All I'll take my chances elsewhere before I ever come back here.

Sabino was so professional and communicative from day one. We had three other bids for the project, and Hernandez Environmental Construction came in at the best. They were extremely timely and efficient with the work. Initially, Sabino told me the work was going to take two days (every other contractor told us a week) but they wrapped up within one work day. They even cleaned up after, mopping the entire basement and cleaning out the closets that had the asbestos wiring and a massive, unoperative boiler. His team was so nice.
