Overall they had the best rates and don't charge extra for the truck or the travel fee (which is actually a fee for the time it takes a moving company to get to your place and then back home after the job is done). They were a bit slow to respond at first, but were very helpful in helping us prep for the move to reduce cost (making sure all is packed, having boxes of similar size stacked together because that's how they move them - by size and not by room designation). And they hustled. The moved ended up taking longer than we anticipated (lots of stairs!) but they ended up charging us less than we thought - they stopped by for lunch on the way to the new place and didn't charge us for that time. I don't believe they're insured, so not sure if I would recommend them if you have a lot of stuff. But they took good care of our IKEA stuff and I will use them again next time we move.

Therefore, We spent some time Checking Boxex after they went onto the truck to able to ensure that everything went onto the truck. we would have liked some improved Communication Regarding when our Delivery was Scheduled because it did take longer than they initially anticipated for our delivery. While we do not lose or have any of our belongings damaged during the packing/ delivery process. overall, they did accomplish what they needed to in terms of fulfillment of service. Zero return calls or texts. The movers called me at 11:30 to let me know they were on their way. By then I had already had to call another moving company. Roy called and told me I was wrong and proceeded to yell at me on the phone. With zero communication along the way; he proceeded to tell me I was wrong. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism.
