I had originally picked this park because of the incredible shopping within a few miles, the large nearby parks with good biking and hiking trails, and its short distance to the airport and The Las Vegas Strip. I had only planned to stay a couple of months but like others, decided it was a great place to live. The RV park staff is the best I've ever encountered . Deborah and Gerald are truly remarkable people with top notch management skills plus they are really nice people, really incredibly nice. The office staff, Michelle, Stevie, and Tricia are all super professionals who are really easy and pleasant to work with and are fun to talk to also. The grounds keepers work hard to keep the place in great shape. And the crew that cleans the restrooms leave the restrooms spotless and sparkling everyday. I know that is true because I used the showers everyday. Every member of the park staff is friendly and helpful. Although it is true, that some of the RV spaces are small, they are large enough for most RVs with slide outs. You need to realize this is a RV park in the middle of a major city and not in the middle of Wyoming. The owner of the RV park deserves a lot of credit for the major improvements that he has made to the park and for his commitment he has made to keep it a first class place to stay. Keep in mind that there is a very long waiting list to get into this park because word has gotten out what a great place it is to stay in Las Vegas. Only three stars because of the green water and pool/waterfall not kept up. Spot 391 has great potential. The space was great. They have a private little soaking area. It was green. I swept the dirt myself. There was no chlorine in it. It was a beautiful waterfall. Look at the picture in the back. There's a water purifier I guess for the water, but there was no salt in the system, and the heater was not turned on. I could not forget how to do it and maintenance said they don't know it's not part of their equipment. The reason I said I would come back. It has ice machine outside seeing fireplace freezer refrigerators has a very large barbecue. I brought my smoker cause I like meat smoked. There's plenty of cabinet spaces. Plenty of space a lot of switches. I wish they would label them two of the plugs by the barbecue did not work. The maintenance guy didn't know how to turn them on. He tested them and there was nothing there This place even has a dishwasher like I would ever use it. That's what I get grandkids for the park is gorgeous. The people here was so helpful. The space is beautiful. I just wish they kept it up a little bit better the space the park is kept up beautiful. I believe there's five pools and Jacuzzi. It's a large space. The only take newer motorhomes. You can't bring an old motorhome here. People stay for months and months. I saw quite a few people had dogs. The good part was, I saw all of them pretty much on their own property and with leashes. And it didn't hurt while I'm writing this review. I'm sitting here after smoking some prime rib. I cooked it myself. It's extremely tender. That makes anything better. It's a little bit off the strip, which is nice cause you don't hear all the noise and commotion. But, it's very close. It has a nice tv on the outside. Facing the right way so as to not bother other people. Final thought; this space is beautiful has everything comfortable chairs tables recliners everything I just wish the pool was kept up a little bit better. Even if it is just a fountain it should not be green.

The bathrooms and showers were super clean and actually really spacious, which was nice. Everything felt well maintained overall. The pool looked a bit murky so I didn't go in, but everything else was solid. We had no issues during our stay at all, and they were cool about extending our stay without any problems. It was about $100 a night, but honestly it felt worth it for what you get. Only thing I'd say is I wish the grass areas were a little nicer. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Vegas.

Given creek/river bed was only about a 100 feet long, all packed and taken over, literally, we quickly decided it wasn't for us and we cut our losses after a few minutes of being there. $30 per person to get in to a trashed and crowded location that felt like the local swapmeet with a dirty river was crazy.
