Within a few hours, I was met with Joe who immediately recognized the problem (dual run capacitor) along with a few maintenance issues. Being that my unit is old, other vendors in the past , have immediately tried to pressure me to replace the whole unit. Joe on the other hand acknowledged it was old but that it could be fixed.
