A huge thanks to Anthony and Tiffany for coordinating all the logistics, Anthony in particular was so helpful from start to finish, always available, responded immediately to any question, and just made the whole process incredibly easy. An especially big thanks to our installer Bobby and his crew who did such an exceptional job carefully removing the old system and doing a beautiful install of the new one. They also completely reworked the AC closet, moving the system forward and sealing everything off cleanly, what was once a poorly converted linen closet now has potential for usable space behind it. Whereas the old system sounded like a jet engine taking off, the new Mitsubishi is astonishingly quiet, the condenser is outside our bedroom and you hear literally nothing. It works flawlessly and has been keeping the house perfectly cool through what's shaping up to be a hot summer. This was not an easy install either. The house, like many older homes, is full of quirks and Diamond did an amazing job working around all the pitfalls that come with squeezing a central HVAC system into a house not originally designed for one. Everyone at Diamond was a total pleasure to work with and have in our home. Their pricing was fair and reasonable and the quality of their workmanship is just excellent. Last summer it was the motherboard had to be replaced on a unit I had barely used. The two technicians who came by looked as if they had just graduated from high school. I called Nexgen yesterday and they had no record of my visit. Save yourself the headache and frustration don't buy anything from them!! Brand new AC system- absolutely HIGHLY recommended company!…read more I went with Connor AC based on a friend's recommendation (used for their AC system) and because they were local to me and easily accessible. Consult and walk thru was done by Jarred- absolutely professional in all mannerisms, dress, prompt, follow up, ...and easy on the eyes as well. I put the job off for a year bc it was just too much - cost too much and too much invasive work. I have a separate upstairs and downstairs AC units and the downstairs one literally breaks down every summer, electric bills skyrocket, house never gets cool, different guys adding all kinds of freon and tinkering around trying to get our house to cool down in 100deg Cali summers! Finally my downstairs one just broke down 80-85deg inside the house on a 100deg day. I called back Connor and asked them to update the proposal (post- Trump and tariffs) and was determined to make it work this time. My job entailed taking out my 2 old outdated builder's grade 10SEER fans in the backyard, then having the concrete that was custom built underneath them re-done. Then a whole new 16SEER Lennox top of the line system would be installed. And then it rained. Literally never rains in Cali but all 4 days of my proposed job showed forecasted rain!! Day 1- John and his helper Sebastian came to start the job. Work hours were about 8-2ish. They took time to prep and lay out floor covers to protect my carpet and tiles. Then they removed my 2 furnaces inside the attic thru a tiny 2x2 trap door in my closet! John and Sebastian work quietly and efficiently and really surprisingly make the most of their time! 4 days later I had 2 brand new AC units, got the heat working in these colder winter temps, John even re-routed my ducts to improve airflow and basically cleaned up my attic - which now resembles a fully functional clubhouse! Such clean and detailed work! I'm so happy I went with Connor AC and so impressed with the work done by John and Sebastian. They're quiet and clean and so professional. John just seems like such the can-do guy - so highly recommended and Connor AC is so lucky to have him. Please don't ever retire John, in case I ever need any follow up AC work!

After my initial call, I knew I had made the right choice. The agent who answered my call was very helpful, friendly, understanding, and professional. I scheduled an appointment, and after one treatment, all bug problems were gone. Fast forward to a week ago. I saw a single water bug run across my front lawn while watering. Fearing these pests had returned and taken over the bottom of my home, I called this company again. The agent I spoke with was very friendly and professional, just like the first time I called four years ago. I arranged an inspection at a time that fit my schedule, which I really appreciated, unlike other companies that just tell you when they're available.
