We get our dogs teeth cleaned every 6 months with a mobile pet dental company for $200. We originally got a quote for a dental cleaning at this clinic & they quoted us $2000 for ONE DOG. Are you kidding me? She started berating us for getting the dogs teeth cleaned somewhere else. And then she was just very unpleasant to deal with the remainder of the visit. Jasper received meds and fluids, and we took him home with us last night. Dr Medina and Kyle with both wonderful to us, compassionate and understanding to our situation. They both went above and beyond for our kitty Jasper, and we truly appreciate what they did for him. I was nervous and unsure of what to expect but the staff were all extremely welcoming and nice, and informed me of everything they were doing and confirmed with me before doing any tests. My only dissatisfaction is upon informing me my cat has gingivitis, the only solution they offered was a $1400 surgical procedure. I was not informed of any alternative treatments, or any measures I can take that could help my cat other than an major surgery. Other than that, they were all amazing and kind. (name changed from this listing to the one indicated above). We found an injured kitten in our yard following a thunderstorm. We couldn't lure her at first, but we bought a rodent trap using a tuna treat as bait and played YouTube mama cat sounds. We named the kitten Grace and quickly noticed she had sustained severe injuries. The skin just below the jaw was literally ripped off giving her the appearance of having her mouth open and an abdominal puncture wound. Something had this kitten in its mouth and somehow Grace survived and ran to our yard.. There are more than one stray in our neighborhood. As soon as we realized the severity of this wound we took her in to the clinic. Grace was in surgery twice and we weren't sure that she would heal up. What Dr. Williams did was impressive. Maybe the Doctor would say it was nothing, but to us we were relieved, even surprised looking at her just a few days later. She is eating and playing as much as she can. This is her story. She is one tough little kitten, and this is one great clinic Without naming any other places this is easily the best vet around here (we've tried a few). We hope the owners and staff get to read this: thank you Docs and Staff! You treated us like no one else. Thanks is not enough. Hugs would be awkward, so we'll just have to post this review everywhere we can.
