The staff at this place didn't even know she had an open wound. I had to tell them when I found it on the ride home. I don't get good vibes from this place and neither does my golden. The staff here need more training on handling dogs and customers. Not at all professional. Be careful leaving your fur baby with this place.

My dog is always greeted by name and is always happy to see the employees! My dog Bear is able to let his energy out by having fun with other dogs and even making some best friends!! One of the things I love about Pet Paradise is that I am quickly able to check up on my dog throughout the day while I am working by looking at the cameras online. A huge bonus is that they offer a points rewards system so that when you collect enough points you can use them to discount money from your total (super convenient for frequent visitors)! Another thing that sold me is that they open early on weekdays so it fits perfectly in my schedule for me to drop him off before I go into work and pick him up late in the afternoon. This location has always done extremely well at communicating even the smallest of things with me when it comes to my dog and I appreciate being in the loop about anything. My dog has been going to this location for about 5 months now and he is truly happy when he goes here and I will continue to bring him.

They gave us a full tour and took the time to explain how they would care for Jake. Since he has a bit of a love/hate relationship with other dogs, they assured us he wouldn't be in group play for his and the others' safety--which really put us at ease. When I went to pick him up, the staff told me Jake had been an absolute angel and enjoyed his one-on-one playtime. They mentioned he ate well (just not breakfast that morning, which is very typical for him!) and gave him lots of love before we left. We went to a couple of places, one even where you can watch on an app that was closer to us, but when we went to visit the place, we did not like the "vibe" of the place. When we took a tour (just call, and they will let you take a look at the facility before hand) of Paws Landing, we immediately felt great! We had our puppy for an half day "evaluation" with Durenda, which also made us feel at ease. She is marvelous!!! When we picked her up from that, she went over everything she did, and how she thought our puppy would do. They had her in a small yard first and let our puppy feel safe before they had her with the other dogs. I really like too, how they have the dogs separated into "small dogs", " large dogs" and "very active dogs". She has a great team working with her, watching over them, and most importantly taking care of them all day. They will always send you a text and email to confirm your reservation, which is great. They go inside and outside to play all day. If they go "all day" they will get a 2-hour rest, so they get a break from all the fun! But, believe me, when you pick your dog, they will be tired when they get home, which is "good thing"! Pam will send you pictures later via text of your dog, which is great to see at the end of the day. Now, that my dog has gone for awhile, she gets excited when we get there, and she is excited to see Pam and her team when I drop her off. What truly warmed my heart was seeing my pups, Koda and Lexi, so excited to go in. At other facilities, they would always pull away, but this time they happily followed the staff without even looking back. The daily pictures and updates were such a special touch, and I looked forward to them every day. Seeing them playing, relaxed, and happy gave me such peace of mind. It's clear the staff truly cares about the animals they look after. When I picked them up, there was no anxiety or stress at all, just two happy pups who clearly had a great time. Knowing they are in a safe environment with staff on-site 24 hours a day makes traveling so much easier now. Their level of care and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated. Approx 15 adults and maybe 10 kids or so. Morgan did amazing! I was worried and kept her on a leash/harness for a bit, but she did just fine without it. I let her meet people as they game in, she followed Quinn's lead and mostly sat near me in-between people; but she let people come in and out without growling or barking, and accepted treats with paw shakes. I have always been worried about having ppl over -- The first couple times it went poorly enough that I have since avoided it -- so this was nothing short of amazing. I am thankful Audra's team did not give up on us and have helped us get to this point.

I was happy to hear that the play groups are sorted by dog size and temperament to ensure that everyone would get along. The staff is so warm and friendly. You can tell they are dog people! I knew my boys were in good hands and it took a lot of stress of my mind while on vacation. I LOVE getting to see all of the pictures that they post daily on Facebook. Seriously they're so cute and funny - you can see the dogs personalities in the pics and to me that means they are comfortable and happy. Transparency was a big element for me to try this place out for the first time. They have published policies on their website about what they will do if your dog were to get hurt on accident and I really appreciated that.
