I love it here, such a wonderful selection to choose from. Or just go and enjoy the beautiful little things.

I think there was weekly that just ended or something else as it was a bunch of younger boys with their parents grabbing boosters and other TCG accessories. The staff members here were patient and conversing with the parents and child which I always appreciate when the kiddos are included. They were also friendly and helpful to not only us but the other customers too. They had quite a bit of different products to browse from TCGs, comics, board games and much more. The prices were fair too! They have a refrigerator with lots of different types of beverages. I also asked if they were dog friendly, which they are as long as they don't make a mess so I brought in our two fur babies who got some pets from the staff. The store is organized well as well as plenty of room to walk around. They had a few long tables and chairs for weeklies or just casual hang outs as there were some players just opening One Piece packs.

ETB's were double if not triple the price of TCG. Was my first time in and this worker was extremely rude and hostile immediately, didn't want photos or video take due to the scalping nature of this business. I'm sure the animated girl has her appeal to some but my goodness is their modeling products so cool. You really do need to go see in person just how detailed each item is. I have purchased from them to buy gifts for friends and the only thing that surprises me more how intricate the models are is their prices. No joke everything minus that pinball machine next to the cash register feels like it's on a discount that if I ever walked in doing a no limit retail therapy session, my bank would probably be the one pulling me out.

If you were into LEGOs or similar or did small crafts, this store is a blast. Everything is friction-held together for the most part (tiny amounts of glue on occasion, from what I gathered by chatting with people). With all the pieces pre-painted/cut so you can focus on going through assembly as a fun time. Some of the models have very simple motor/light electronics which bring them to life. Unlike LEGOs, these are designed to be crafted together and then displayed without remixing them further. Large variety of model types. Some which fit onto a bookshelf and tell a story, some which are small city buildings, or some that are just items like flowers. The store interior showcases a large variety of the models, and staff were helpful with pointing out ones which fit a particular interest (we had a friend we know loves stag beetles and surprise, they had a stag beetle). The models run around $40 for the middle sized ones, and we ended up buying several, as nicer gifts to friends who we know would appreciate the fun of assembling them and showing off their creations.

Dez the store manager was nice and chill, making himself available whenever I had questions or wanted to talk about something, but otherwise leaving me to browse. He was knowledgeable and conversational, seemed like a very interesting guy. No pressure. The store is on the smaller side, but that seems to be on par for those I've seen in this state (Tacoma is a bigger, but their schedule is more limited). There were a lot of people playing, but it didn't feel overly cramped. Been there twice, will go back again once I need more very expensive plastic.

Honestly, no big deal. GW has a million products, so I realize a shop this size can't stock everything. However, every time the manager tries to talk me out of buying what I want and into something else. He just won't take no for an answer, and keeps arguing with me. He is like a terrible used car salesman who won't stop arguing and trying to push you into things you don't want. I didn't want to overreact with a negative review after my first visit, but this same thing has happened to me upon 3 separate visits. I also took two friends with me this last time, and upon leaving the store they both said "WTF is up with that guy??" So at this point I feel the review is warranted.

I then tried to give a description of what I have and he interrupted and said he wasn't interested? I have about 2k into the collection and according to the book that's what it would price out at. I NEVER expected to get anywhere near that as I understand the store needs to make a profit. But why so rude? And if they only want to buy high dollar stuff and very large collections, then say so on your website so I don't waste my time our theirs. So like pretty much everyone else hear that has tried to selll them something, what a waste of time. Rude and unprofessional.

Some people think stamps are more valuable simply because they are old and assume valuation based on a quick internet search without regard to understanding mint vs. used, centering, condition, and other factors. So, take the negative reviews with a fist-full of salt! I have been doing business with Art for several years. Art is extremely knowledgeable and understands the hobby and his customers. I was looking for a rare stamp and after looking through a few complete albums we found what I was looking for and he was willing to separate it from the complete album to help me complete my collection. He is always helpful and willing to talk stamps! If you are a serious collector, or if you want to start your philatelic journey visit Art.
