Their customer service is abhorrent. The cashiers took advantage of preteens by giving them ripped change knowing no adults were with them. The cashiers don't have a clue how to handle a customer or this type of situation. There should always be a MOD and access to cameras so you can handle these situations appropriately. Instead of escalating them to an actual altercation. I'd never go back again. The staff were all rude. If I could give them zero stars for that I would. The store is great. Get new staff!! read more

My tween daughter and I like coming here to find cute inexpensive items, but I never want to return b/c the staff is so rude. Last time we visited the one girl working was blaring inappropriate music from her phone. When cuss words came on I finally asked her to change it, to which of course she was annoyed, and then continued with the same soundtrack. 1/2 the experience when in-store shopping is the vibe, and this place is 1000% missing it. My friends and I were given an hostile experience that we had to vent to the store across while I filmed this. Whoever this girl is needs to reevaluate her place of work. Retail is definitely not for her. She walks round with a pissed off look every time we come here. Consistently accusing individuals of stealing. We sit by the fake grass at the waiting area and observe how much she does not want to be employed there. We spoke around since we are regulars at this mall and was told by Claire's accessories, 619, Claw machine & Spencer's employees that this individual kicks out anyone just because they have the right to refuse service. This isn't right. I would love to speak with their District Manager to let them know what type of individuals they are letting run this store. It should be a respectful workplace. Do you love Adventure Time, Japan and all things kawaii? If so, you come to the right place. Located inside Parkway Plaza next to the food court, Miniso is a quick get away to all things cute! This place inspires me, gives me life as a designer and is so darn cheap! So why the 4 instead of 5 stars? Well because I have mixed feelings about Miniso. I want to like it but with all the PROP 65 warning on many of their items, it leaves an unsavory taste in my mouth. Should I buy it or should I not? Other than that, what I LOVE about this place is it's plethora of cute items ranging from stationery, plush toys and fashion accessories. It reminds me of an elevated version of Daiso (another Japanese home goods store). I also love that they have organization boxes as well as Cartoon Network toys. I will definitely be coming back regardless of the warning but just a tip for those wondering why I'm a fan and not a super fan. P.S. They have sushi cats! How epic is that! read more

I love Miniso the store. They always have a bunch of cute stuff and whenever I come in, I always spend 100 or more dollars what I don't appreciate is every single time that I come in here the girls at the register or working there are always extremely rude Today I went in to get my daughter a couple of things and when I was checking out and I asked for a bag, the girl glared at me the entire time she was bagging up my items. I don't understand why we have people working in customer service who don't know the meaning of the word. Young or not businesses should be hiring people with good customer service especially on a weekend when stores are going to be super busy with customers in and out of the store. read more
