My Birthday is coming up on June 24, 2026. I decided that I wanted a Birthday Cake this year . I drove over to the Walmart Supercenter Store today on Monday, June 21, 2026 at 3:30 PM. First , I walked over to Walmart's Bakery Department and I talked to Miguel . Miguel said he works in their Bakery Department. I asked Miguel if I wanted to buy and order a Birthday Square Sheet Cake or Customized Cupcakes for ky Birthday that is this coming Wednesday on June 24, 2026 , What is their procedure? Miguel said that I would have to Yvette him (3 days in advance notice) in order for their 2 Cake Decorators to make me my Birthday Sheet Cake with any type of Design I wanted on top of my Birthday Cake and I would have to choose these different kinds of colors for the main theme on my Birthday Cake. Miguel said , I can place my online order of their customized Birthday Sheet Cakes or their variety of Vanilla and and Chocolate Cup Cakes with the Creme Cheese Frosting on their Walmart.com website. I need to click on Cake Decoration and Birthday Cakes Department. Then I can choose any size Birthday Cake Designs and any type of theme for my Birthday Cake. Then I would have to use my Bank Credit Card for my payment method. But it would take one of their Cake Decorators at least 3 days to decorate and design my Birthday Cake. I decided to take another route so I was searching Walmart's Cupcakes already baked and prepared with 6 Vanilla and 6 Chocolate Cupcakes with a thick layer of Creme Cheese Frosting on them. The price was very affordable and also these Cupcakes looked very delicious. I decided to just buy these 12 Flavored Vanilla and Chocolate Frosted Cupcakes for the price of $10.00 . I also bought one container of Better Goode Rainbow Sprinkles. The price I spent was $3.00. I saved a lot of money my total cost as $13.00. I am looking forward to putting these Rainbow Sprinkles on my Birthday Cupcakes for my Birthday this June 24, 2026. Walmart's Customer Service Center was very helpful and professional service I received from Miguel.

I can count on one hand how many times I've ever had to escalate and get a manager. I'm not…read moretypically the kind of person who would ever say don't give your business somewhere, either. However, this is more than one of those times. This is one of the absolute worst cases of customer experience I have ever experienced. And I won't put this on the employees; they are doing the best they can. This fall squarely on the shoulders of an absolutely horrific manager: Chase. This is a location. I have typically enjoyed. Good deals, good options, excellent customer service. Today, I was returning something that had been given as a gift. The employee was helpful at the return desk and asked if I wanted the money on the original credit card from the person who gave me the gift, or on a gift card. I said that the gift card would work, so I could replace the items right then. I had some excellent selections, and also had some ice cream, and went to the checkout area. I was surprised to find that my new gift card would not work. An employee came over and kindly helped me, but she was unsuccessful as well. The team lead was quick to come over and try to help me further, and then brought me over to another checkout section, but she had no success either. Things went downhill from here: one of the apparent managers, named Chase, came over and told me that he checked the video cameras and decided that this credit card I was just given was not the credit card that returns had given me. I politely told him that it was, and I showed him the receipt of return. He said he didn't care, the numbers weren't the same, and then he started demanding that I check my pockets, like he was airport security. His entire demeanor was extremely accusatory and beyond rude. I turned out my pockets, pulled out my wallet, showed him everything. I had nothing to hide. He said that he didn't care, and that I was not telling the truth. He refused to help in anyway, and he said that this was completely my fault. He told me that there was no one else in the store that I could talk with either, and said that I had to deal with it. I asked that they return the items that I had brought back, and he said that if he did that then that would be theft. In short, he refused to let me use my refund money, and he refused to give me back my items. His behavior was simply appalling; I've never seen anything like it before. I tried to reiterate one more time that I was trying to work to get this resolved, and that instead of trying to simply prove that he was right to me, I asked that he worked with me to resolve this issue. He refused, and told me again that I was wrong. I was forced to leave my new items, already bagged, at the front register and leave the store. Until this employee, Chase, is dealt with, and until things are made right, I cannot in good conscience go back here or ever recommend anyone else do that either.

I like that they have three entrance and exit, exits toward the mall and parking structure, the main exit is where you enter by the main parking lot area. Customer service is pretty good. They have a lot of your usually aisles, I really like the beauty aisle and the household aisle. They also have a downstairs area with outdoors stuff, decor etc. The top level is mainly clothes, food, school stuff.

The staff here are overall great. In the four years I've come to this Target I haven't had a bad experience. Even the staff in the Starbucks inside the store have good customer service skills. Also the store is clean. The bathroom continues to need some work but it's gotten better. What really needs fixing is the escalator haha. It's pretty easy to find stuff here. Target drive up is pretty great here. Normally I find what I need they stay pretty well stocked.

I understand the need for security, but it was honestly a little strange to see so much focus on monitoring the entrance while the checkout area could use more staff. I'm all for preventing theft, but maybe hiring dedicated security would allow the employees to focus on what they do best--helping the customers who are actually there to shop. The store is a disaster. Messy. Unkempt and No staff at all to be seen. On check -out 100% for real- it was 27 minutes on line. They had not less than 15 people in line all the times and only one tragically overworked cashier. He did what he could be he was in overwhelm. It would help a great deal if the manager came out and simply told the people in line they were two people short today and they were doing the best they could. They didn't care about out us at all. Three people in line left and simply dropped their would be purchases on the floor. I chose not to do that as the pair of shoes I had was the exact thing a friend wanted and they were perfect. So I waited like a cow with the rest of the in-cared for cattle. This place has gotten worse and worse over time and I just am not sure it is worth my time to be treated rudely on the way in and then to not be cared about on the way out. Just terrible.
