I have had extremely bad experiences with a customer service staff member at this Walmart (I will call him "A", as I do not know his name). He regularly sits at the customer service desk. Based on my experiences, this person does not act with honesty or a customer-focused attitude. Instead, he appears to misuse his position and makes returns unnecessarily difficult. If you have online items to return, I strongly recommend going to another Walmart Supercenter. Do NOT come to this location. I interacted with this employee twice, and both experiences were unacceptable. First incident (December 2025): I purchased a watch online. When I tried to return it in-store, A handed me a small piece of paper stating that Walmart stores could not accept the return. I was told to return it online instead. However, when I tried to initiate the return on Walmart.com, the order was marked "Not eligible for return." This was not true originally, and I later realized that A had placed this restriction, making the return impossible through Walmart. As a result, I had to contact the third-party seller myself, ship the item back at my own expense, and wait for a refund. As of today, I still have not received any refund, even though I mailed the item back on December 29, 2025. Second incident (March 2026): I bought car fluids and oil online and picked them up at another Walmart location. My receipt clearly stated that the items were eligible for return until March 17, 2026. When I tried to return two items at this store, A immediately refused and said they were not returnable. I showed him my receipt, but he refused to even look at it, insisting that his screen showed "not eligible." I asked why returns were always so difficult at this location. He called his supervisor, who confirmed that the items were returnable, and suggested I return them at the pickup store. When I went there, the staff discovered that red text had been added to my order stating "NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN." The employees were shocked when I explained what happened. This behavior is unacceptable. If this Walmart cannot process certain returns, customers should be clearly informed, not blocked in the system. An employee should never add restrictions that make a customer's return impossible. This is the first time in the U.S. that I have experienced such treatment at a customer service desk. It is extremely disappointing and does not reflect the Walmart I used to trust.

They have a lot of your usually aisles, I really like the beauty aisle and the household aisle. The store is a disaster. Messy. Unkempt and No staff at all to be seen. On check -out 100% for real- it was 27 minutes on line. They had not less than 15 people in line all the times and only one tragically overworked cashier. He did what he could be he was in overwhelm. It would help a great deal if the manager came out and simply told the people in line they were two people short today and they were doing the best they could. They didn't care about out us at all. Three people in line left and simply dropped their would be purchases on the floor. I chose not to do that as the pair of shoes I had was the exact thing a friend wanted and they were perfect. So I waited like a cow with the rest of the in-cared for cattle. This place has gotten worse and worse over time and I just am not sure it is worth my time to be treated rudely on the way in and then to not be cared about on the way out. Just terrible.
