Let me first say that I've been going here for years without any issues. 2 weeks ago I went in for…read morea mammogram and it was the worst experience that I've ever had with this procedure. The technician kept pushing me into the machine while complaining that I needed to relax my shoulder more. I tried for her but she wasn't happy with my position. She then said that there was a history of my doing this in my chart. Before I could respond she said that I was making too much of this and that most women were OK with this procedure or words to that effect. This is where I began to lose it and I told her that I didn't know any woman who were OK with mammograms. How the hell did she know what I felt during the procedure. People tolerate pain differently. Also if you want a person to relax try not shoving them. The day after the procedure I had a rash underneath my breast from being pushed and having my skin rub against the machine. It took a few days to heal. I'm still dealing with some neck pain from the abusive treatment. So if you think nothing of getting a mammogram this is the place for you. But if you want to be treated respectfully find another place. BTW on a more positive note I found the office staff to be wonderful.

Jumped to a quick diagnosis for my back pain without reading intake or doing any diagnosis. I am sure the PA that sent me to him would have not sent me if she thought that my pain was that easily diagnosed. Should have more sympathetic as it was one of his providers that doubled my amount of pain. Lacks knowledge on the effect of pain on a persons demeanor and he works in pain clinic. He works at CDI a place I swore I wouldn't go back to after a radiologist told me the surgery I just had has high failure rate.
