Absolutely no physical treatment or procedures took place. When I called to request a correction, the billing manager falsely insisted D9110 was an 'assessment/evaluation fee' (which flatly contradicts ADA standards) and repeatedly shut me down. When I called back to get her name, the front desk refused to provide it and deflected me to a voicemail. I have officially filed formal complaints. Self-pay patients, check your bills very carefully.

How Each practice has different procedures and protocol for the same findings. The doctor and receptionist were also kind and welcoming. It has been over a month and when I called to check the status of the reimbursement, they stated that my husbands has been issued but my daughters is still being looked at. I asked if I could speak to someone that is actually handling this and was told that it is a big corporation and that it isn't handled in office. I asked for that person and was told that the office manager can call me back when comes back in 2 days to discuss this. They don't normally issue checks back for overpayment, they usually just leave on the account for future use. Why would they think it is ok to keep that much money? good dentistry, bad staffing and billing.

I canceled over a week in advance and I got a bill in the mail for $150. When I tried to call to inquire about the bill I kept getting an answering machine, they don't even have call waiting. The answering machine says to leave a message and that they will get back to you. The prompt says to stop talking or press any button for the message to stop but even if you're still talking it cuts you off so you can't leave a full message. So I got about eight seconds into the message before it cut me off and I tried multiple times. It's extremely frustrating getting charged for something you should not be charge for, let alone not being able to get a hold of anyone to right the situation. I will not be returning.
