Dr. Kwame and his assistant, Glennese, took exceptional care of me from start to finish. Knowing that I struggle with dental anxiety and TMJ, they scheduled extra time for my appointment so I could take breaks whenever I needed them. They were also incredibly mindful about only using the bite block when absolutely necessary since they know it aggravates my TMJ. Despite taking the extra time to make sure I was comfortable, they still completed everything faster than expected. Dr. Kwame's technique when administering the numbing injections is truly unmatched--I didn't feel a thing! The level of care starts the moment you walk through the door. The front desk staff always greet you with warm smiles and genuinely make you feel welcome. After the numbness wore off that evening, I realized my new crown needed a slight adjustment. I texted their after-hours number, and first thing the next morning I received a kind response apologizing for my discomfort and offering me an immediate appointment. When I arrived, Glennese brought me back within minutes, Dr. Kwame made the adjustment in just a few minutes, and I was on my way feeling so much better. Glennese is undoubtedly one of the most compassionate people I've had the pleasure of meeting, and Dr. Kwame's skill, patience, and attention to patient comfort are second to none. I've been a patient at Complete Comfort Dental for years, and experiences like this are exactly why I continue to trust them with my dental care. When I called back to get her name, the front desk refused to provide it and deflected me to a voicemail. I have officially filed formal complaints.
