Felipe was courteous and professional, he quickly helped us take a look at the car we had our eyes set on. We did the test drive, both my husband and my son test drove the car, my son was purchasing his first car, and Felipe made it simple and seamless. While awaiting for the paperwork to get done and getting the car under our insurance, we also had the pleasure to meet Felipe's co-worker Robert, a military veteran, who shared quiet a few fun stories with us. This shop is a family run business, and everyone were really nice. The car was in great condition, definitely a good purchase for the price. I highly recommend this place. listen to the reviews. wouldnt take my pre approval for super bullshit reasons, also pretty much forced me into financing with them by making their sale rate for the car way cheaper. (36 + 6k down if i used my credit union, and 29 and 3k down if i used their bank). talked to a couple other people who had similar experiences, and similar issues. signed off on their deal and immediately refinanced my car to get that lower rate and a much better APR with my credit union (was able to use my pre approval as a credit app) only had to make their first payment. which is fine, clearly they need the money (24%apr if i went through them, 6.5 with my credit union ) still waiting on my registration and my temp tag expires today. not going to make a big deal out of it unless i get a ticket but just shows unprofessionalism. pretty much every salesman was in their 30s acting like they were 19 and had a vape in their hands. absolutely enormous, too. I'd recommend a gym membership but god knows they run around enough with how far they run to take advantage of you. place was also pretty dirty and ran by the hindu kind so you can already assume they were dirty. overall, if you can make a deal (sign for the cheap price, then refinance before the 2nd payment) like i did and not care about the huuuggeee dunk in your credit score for a bit then, sure buy a car. I got a 370z nismo which i really just got this one because it is damn near impossible to find a clean slate, whcih this one was and still is probably the cleanest one on the market. but be warned they're sneaky and will try any and everything to truly rape you. UPDATE: I did end up getting a ticket for an expired registration. It turns out they tried to put my previous plate that had been surrendered onto the new car. curious as to why they tried that but it's beyond me. they said they would mail it, never did and said i had to pick it up the DMV. Sure, got the ticket the day after they told me (a sunday) and i work mon-fri regular 9-5 (DMV hours). posting this after my refinance so i dont get screwed indirectly or something lol. read more

I would NOT recommend Mint Auto Sales. I purchased a 2015 Mustang GT from them and paid to have it delivered to Texas. The vehicle arrived with only one key, and the delivery driver showed up around 11 PM and unloaded the car along a busy highway. After taking the Mustang to a mechanic, I was informed that the catalytic converters were missing. I was quoted upwards of $10,000 to have the issue properly corrected. On top of that, the vehicle needed to be re-tuned because the existing tune was obsolete, and I also had to have the computer flashed. What concerns me most is how Mint Auto handled the situation afterward. When I contacted them about the missing catalytic converters, they produced paperwork claiming that I had knowingly signed acknowledging they were missing. I absolutely dispute that. This experience has cost me thousands of dollars beyond the purchase of the vehicle, and I believe potential buyers deserve to know what happened before doing business with Mint Auto Sales. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend having any vehicle from them independently inspected and carefully reviewing every document before purchasing. I was personally present throughout much of my family member's purchase, including the sales conversations, vehicle videos, financing process, and delivery. The car arrived in Texas after 11 p.m. despite an extremely high delivery charge. Afterward, we discovered missing catalytic converters, exhaust leaks, tuning problems, extensive scratches, and emblems falling off--none of which had been clearly disclosed before the sale. More than a month later, the permanent plates still have not arrived, and the temporary registration has expired. The salesperson and management have shown little accountability or willingness to resolve these concerns. I looked at a Nissan Maxima on Saturday and the Ac was not working they insured me they would replace the compressor and the car would be ready Monday. I returned Monday and the AC was blowing cold. One week later the AC was not working. My local guy said I needed a compressor and condenser. The car original compressor was still on it. they lied to me . There was a hose leaking Freon and all the dealer did was recharge the system and made the deal so after a week all the Freon leaked out, ive had the compressor and condenser replaced . Purchased car from them specifically asking if there was any rust. Tailgate and rear doors are full of rust. Not seen until I was detailing it and pulled back weatherstripping. Going to cost me $2,200 to fix all the rust. Not to mention a/c compressor was not working, one xenon bulb was out, headliner stapled on, and rear main seal leaking ($2,800). I am a collector and they have now lost a potential customer for life. Make sure to get a PPI on any car from this dealer!!! See the better business bureau complaints on them..... scary! read more

Looking at car for my daughter. Saw a 2012 Toyota Camry for sale listed on Autotrader for $9995 cash. When I contacted the dealership to verify availability it was in stock but it was not $9995, it was $10995. The only way you could get the $9995 was to finance it... but that was listed as the cash price. The $1000 was a bank credit and only if you financed it @ 7-9% interest (for near perfect credit). Meaning if my daughter was to go here, being a first time car buyer with no credit it would have been 13%-16% interest. I validated the Autotrader post through two sales people both Friday and Saturday 7/12. Very Deceptive and should have said the cash price was $10,995 (and if you financed it $9995). Worst car experience ever. Bought a 2019 Mustang gt and has been nothing but problems. Have spent over $2000 in repairs in less than 3 weeks. They will lie and tell you there's nothing wrong and then major problems. Stay clear from this shady dealer. Their cars are junk. Wish I would have never heard of them, they sold me a lemon with problems. Come to find out the motor was shot. It was diagnosed at Ford. Mint had a problem that we took it to ford and said they couldn't do anything for us and they inspected the car before they sold it. That was a lie, if they did they would have found that it was damaged. They sold us a $37,000 car that was junk. Please do your research and don't trust anything they say. I bought a used car from Mint. Just finished spending over 7k repairing the car. Car Fax showed 1 minor accident, but my mechanic pointed out that the accident was far more extensive. Also, the engine was replaced and required all new emission repairs including the exhaust was cut and welded incorrectly. This company has real ethics issues. Shame on me for trusting them. I've been continuing to repair issues with this "mint" Mustang purchased from "Mint" Auto Sales in Orlando, Florida. It has truly been the gift that keeps on giving. After paying to repair the damage to the engine, I was finally able to start driving it. Additional issues popup like: 1. The passenger side window not closing properly when the door is closed, caused by wiring issue inside passenger door. 2. The same window going up and down by itself when driving along caused by wiring issue inside passenger door. 3. Hacked up emissions wiring and tubing required replacement. 4. Blown/rotted speakers in the lower door and rear deck positions. Replaced speakers. 5. The front bumper passenger frequently detaching from the fender (undisclosed collision damage repaired by trying to glue bumper cover to the fender. Replaced mounting brackets and related hardware. 6. Bugs inside the passenger side headlight cause by hole in bottom of headlight, hole hidden by front bumper cover. An OEM headlight assembly for this costs about $1,000 so it has to stay as it is for now. 7. Loose passenger side wheel well liner cause by missing/damaged mounting points. I will be replacing this liner as soon as all the mounting point problems have been resolved. 8. Broken fog lamp bracket and support, caused by collision. Brackets and related supports have been replaced. 9. Wheel well liner cut apart in places, not collision damage so there was some other reason that escapes me. This liner was replaced several months before I bought the car so someone knew something about this car's collision history! 10. The heat shield above the transmission was missing so that was installed. 11. The trunk lid panel was severely worn / discolored and has been replaced. 12. Golf ball size damage to the paint on the rear bumper cover had been made less obvious by applying some color match paint. It is a poor result and eventually the cover will need a respray. I added pictures of these features of a "Mint" Auto Sales car. I also got the correct intake manifold and fuel injectors instead of the cluster-bleep that was on it when I received the car. I also replaced the obnoxiously loud aftermarket catback system with the OEM catback. I had been told the exhaust was 100 percent stock when in fact there was not a stock part left. It still throws error codes related to evap leaks but I have not tracked the source down yet. I am certain I am missing other repairs I have had to make. This has been by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had in my many years. I am amazed such businesses can stay in business. read more

Cost $400 and waited 5 days after buying to have it shipped 43 miles. Then after two expired Temp Tags, I finally received the permanent tag after 3 months. Could not drive the vehicle legally for 33 days. I filed a complaint with BBB, that just made it worse. Filed a complaint with FL DMV Investigations, never heard anything. After receiving the vehicle, 3 days later the clutch & flywheel had to be replaced, then 2 days later a front tire blew and the wheels were not the correct size and no lug wrench for the special lugs All wheels and tires had to be replaced. The 4 days later the starter had to be replaced. This car has been towed 3 times after receiving it! $3500 spent in the first week owning this garbage... read more

In short, I purchased a vehicle and had some issues with things not being done to the car that were promised before pickup. The owner reached out to me, apologized, let me know that the situation was not handled correctly, said he would speak to the salesman (James) about falling short on the obligations he agreed to in part of the dealership on this vehicle, agreed that it should not have happened and let me know he would make sure it did not happen again in the future. He took care of all of the issues agreed to by the sales person and I'm now a satisfied customer. The owner seems to care about long term relationships and doing right by the cars he sells.
