Purchased car from them specifically asking if there was any rust. Tailgate and rear doors are full of rust. Not seen until I was detailing it and pulled back weatherstripping. Going to cost me $2,200 to fix all the rust. Not to mention a/c compressor was not working, one xenon bulb was out, headliner stapled on, and rear main seal leaking ($2,800). I am a collector and they have now lost a potential customer for life. Make sure to get a PPI on any car from this dealer!!! See the better business bureau complaints on them..... scary!

Looking at car for my daughter. Saw a 2012 Toyota Camry for sale listed on Autotrader for $9995 cash. When I contacted the dealership to verify availability it was in stock but it was not $9995, it was $10995. The only way you could get the $9995 was to finance it... but that was listed as the cash price. The $1000 was a bank credit and only if you financed it @ 7-9% interest (for near perfect credit). Meaning if my daughter was to go here, being a first time car buyer with no credit it would have been 13%-16% interest. I validated the Autotrader post through two sales people both Friday and Saturday 7/12. Very Deceptive and should have said the cash price was $10,995 (and if you financed it $9995). Beware of deceptive sales here.

    Bumper cover removed

I've been continuing to repair issues with this "mint" Mustang purchased from "Mint" Auto Sales in Orlando, Florida. It has truly been the gift that keeps on giving. After paying to repair the damage to the engine, I was finally able to start driving it. Additional issues popup like: 1. The passenger side window not closing properly when the door is closed, caused by wiring issue inside passenger door. 2. The same window going up and down by itself when driving along caused by wiring issue inside passenger door. 3. Hacked up emissions wiring and tubing required replacement. 4. Blown/rotted speakers in the lower door and rear deck positions. Replaced speakers. 5. The front bumper passenger frequently detaching from the fender (undisclosed collision damage repaired by trying to glue bumper cover to the fender. Replaced mounting brackets and related hardware. 6. Bugs inside the passenger side headlight cause by hole in bottom of headlight, hole hidden by front bumper cover. An OEM headlight assembly for this costs about $1,000 so it has to stay as it is for now. 7. Loose passenger side wheel well liner cause by missing/damaged mounting points. I will be replacing this liner as soon as all the mounting point problems have been resolved. 8. Broken fog lamp bracket and support, caused by collision. Brackets and related supports have been replaced. 9. Wheel well liner cut apart in places, not collision damage so there was some other reason that escapes me. This liner was replaced several months before I bought the car so someone knew something about this car's collision history! 10. The heat shield above the transmission was missing so that was installed. 11. The trunk lid panel was severely worn / discolored and has been replaced. 12. Golf ball size damage to the paint on the rear bumper cover had been made less obvious by applying some color match paint. It is a poor result and eventually the cover will need a respray. I added pictures of these features of a "Mint" Auto Sales car. I also got the correct intake manifold and fuel injectors instead of the cluster-bleep that was on it when I received the car. I also replaced the obnoxiously loud aftermarket catback system with the OEM catback. I had been told the exhaust was 100 percent stock when in fact there was not a stock part left. It still throws error codes related to evap leaks but I have not tracked the source down yet. I am certain I am missing other repairs I have had to make. This has been by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had in my many years. I am amazed such businesses can stay in business.

My new baby thanks to Rafael!

Not honest. Cars aren't inspected, dealer fee is insane, and they are all for the most part dishonest.

A friend referred me to this dealership because the owner is a recovered Alkie, supposedly, so am I. Living the principles of the 12 steps of AA, honesty, hope, etc. I thought that I had made the right decision. After purchasing the car, I took it to Tires Plus to have an inspection, it was going to be over $3,000 to have the car brought up to part. When I discussed this with the backyard salesman, Mike assured me they would make good on the car. His mechanic indicated that he doesn't work on Mercedes, well who the fuck authorized the car to be sold. Cash purchase is what I was told and that's exactly what I did. I have since taken the car back several times. After spending over $6600 to have the car serviced, there is still an oil leak and another $2,500 worth of work that still needs to be done. I am so frustrated. The car repair place, Longwood Auto Fix, charged me over $6600 for repairs. I feel that Credit Nation and Longwood Auto Fix are trying to take advantage of an elderly African-American woman that is relying on them, to tell the TRUTH, and be HONEST. I would like to hear from your organization to see how we can come up with a resolution for both parties and get my car in running condition. Rate this business as a ZERO.

At first I thought I was getting a good deal but that wasn't the case at all. We even brought a mechanic with us who pointed out minor issues the dealer wouldn't budge on the price we thought we were still getting a good deal so we still purchased the vehicle well a month later that isn't the case we had to replace the WHOLE cooling system in the vehicle and come to find out it was a blown head gasket .So after putting in over 1200 i now have to put another 2k to get the head gasket fixed could be more depending how bad it is when they open it up. The vehicle was rigged to get me home it started messing up the day after we brought it home. The battery was the wrong size the radiator was the wrong size. there is so much wrong with it you couldn't tell with the naked eye but once we started taking things apart you can see. This is my family car the sales person saw my kids and knew the issues yet he sold me this vehicle knowing it had all these issue. Ive maybe been able to drive it 5 days out of the whole month that's how much its been in the shop. So my vehicle that i thought I was getting a good deal on happened to be a complete LEMON. I should of known! I have called the number listed on google ad facebook all it ever does is ring you cant leave a message its linked to a fax machine. they don't answer you on facebook or on offer up. took longer then 30 days to receive my registration I actually had to call the DMV to make sure they even filed they did but late so i didn't get my registration till after my temp tag expired when my significant other went to pick it up the person there didn't even speak English but he wouldn't leave till he had our registration in hand the gentlemen working had to call some one else to eve find it Thank god we never have to deal with them again. Sucks that you cant trust any one any more. We were going to get the car fax but I didn't want to spend the 40 to see where the car had been i totally should have better yet if the car facts isn't provided then don't even buy from them. Sucks that it had to come to this but at least now you know what your getting in to if you purchase from this dealer.

My friend purchased a vehicle here & recommended them to me because service was quick & he was able to get a relatively cheap car. After buying a new car, I wanted another just for emergencies and was going to check this one out. It's not in the best part of town, & like all shady, used car dealerships, the best looking cars were out front, but those aren't the ones they attempt to sell you. The ended up showing me four vehicles, both with payments coming to about $400 per month (which I'll never pay for a used vehicle). They were rude and whenever I said I wanted to talk to the owner about what they were showing/telling me, I was always told he wasn't available. Even when I called in several times several days later, he was never available. My friend ended up getting his car repossessed due to an error with billing on their part, & they would not work with him, nor take responsibility for their shady business practices (they told him if he paid the full price of the car up front, which was over 5k, they'd give the car back). Do not go here.

Upon our arrival, we instantly saw the vehicle that we were looking for. We first found out about this lot through Auto Trader on-line. One of the sales associates met us outside and we started talking to him about the vehicle. The price that was listed on their website was not the actual price of the car, however, it was not a bait and switch situation, considering since the car was there. However, through briefly speaking with him, I noticed that I knew more about the car lot through my internet searches then he did. I did notice that quite a number of their cars at this lot was in a state of disrepair. Not only that, but, I noticed while looking at a few different vehicles that they were full of trash, where they had not been cleaned out. Overall- they had a nice selection of cars, but through the torn convertible tops, nails in the car tires, and trash in the cars, we decided to leave. We won't be coming back.. obviously.

The car has 6000 dollars off repairing to get done. It has to get the front control arm and back arm to get replaced, also has a coolant leak so the thermostat housing, the water pump and the coolant transfer tube has to be replaced. I paid an extra $2000 for warranty for two years and called GWC Warranty to cover this issues, they said that the warranty was purchased by the company for only 3 months or 93,500 miles which is making it difficult for me to drive my car to work. It is been a week since I call the owner Adams and I was waiting on an answer he said that we are waiting on the bank that they are who issue me the $2000 warranty which seems to me illogical to be charged $2000 for nothing that is covering my car mechanical issues. I highly suggest, if you are reading this and you totally like a car from this dealership, please bring this car to a certified dealership of the brand of the car you are purchasing so you can pay $200 to get it check.
