My husband and I bought a 2012 Ford edge from this dealership April 5th within 2 weeks the engine started knocking so we took it to the shop . Turns out the engine needed to be replaced. They had put the royal purple oil in it to stop the noise long enough to sell it. They never gave us an option to buy the eattanty they just added it to the car obviously because they knew the car was going to need it. After fighting with the warranty company for 6 weeks we finally got the car back today after having to pay 2500 put of pocket. Of course the dealership mr. I bought a car, everything in the purchase was going well, but the car was missing some parts to change the spare tire and they told me that they were going to give it to me and when I called they left me waiting 30 minutes and cut the call, apart from having the light Check engine on, they told me it was the gas cap, and it was the tank that was broken and that the insurance that they sell you with the car covered it, so when I went to repair it it did not cover it, apart from having problems In the engine, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The employees were cool, but I don't like knowing more about the car i'm buying than the dude selling it to me. When I needed assistance after the transaction, they acted like I was annoying to them because they already got their money out of me. Could use a good employee training session on basics of the cars, as well as better customer service, and quit trying that no negotiation gimmick. I also want to add that the manager, Z, made a handshake deal with me to fill the tank when I bought the vehicle, and when the time came, it was still empty. Stay away stay far away. I also purchased they car and they held my tag hostage until I provided them with additional funds outside of the contract. Bought a 2017 f350 throwing all sorts of codes as soon as you turn it on. Told them I would not be purchasing the truck if they did not fix it. They told me would be less than $300 to reset the computer through Ford and would not accept my offer to reimburse me after I had it fixed. They gave me $1000 off the truck and reassured me it was a simple fix. Ford comes back with $2600 to fix the problem and possibly more as they digged into the problem. Absolute nightmare, avoid at all costs. Strap in for some BS. I hope this review costs them far more than what it would have taken to fix my issue. Bought a 2012 Subaru Impreza there 2 months ago. Salesperson seemed rushed during the test drive, and only let me drive it total of 4 blocks. But, I wanted the car, and started the process. I waived the so-called warranty - at $1600 extra, which you will not be informed of until AFTER you start signing paperwork. Shady as xxxx. Ran into issues ***immediately*** after driving it off the lot. After about 3 miles, had intermittent engine lights flashing, and took it back. They hooked it up to the computer and determined that it was a bad TPM sensor, tire pressure, causing the issues. They told me that they would replace it free of charge, and I left to go home. As I was pulling into a gas station 25 miles away, LOUD clunking was heard when turning at low speeds. Jerking the steering wheel, and making a horrific noise. I immediately took a video and sent it to Z, the sales manager. It only gets worse from here. I took it back there twice to have it diagnosed. The initial shop was wrong on their diagnosis, so Z insisted I come back a second time to use a shop that knew more about Subarus. I took time on weekends both times to try and get it resolved, but they NEVER FIXED ANYTHING ON THE VEHICLE. I was told by Z to come back a third time, during the week, and took off work to do so - costing me more money. It was implicitly implied that the dealership would be taking care of this issue, so I had no problems with taking off a day to have them fix it - I would not have taken off work if I didn't think that I was finally, mercifully being taken care of. After 4 hours, the car was returned to the lot, STILL not fixed. Z brought me into his office, away from the other customers, and told me that the bill would be $700 labor to repair the problem. At this point I blew up, called him a liar and cheat, and informed the entire showroom of how they would be treated if they chose to buy a car from this fraudulent establishment. They sold me a broken vehicle, and tried to hide it. They offered to fix it, then told me it was on me to do it. To his credit, at one point Zee offered to pay $300 of the bill "with his own money"... NOT to his credit, he never followed through on that promise, despite me following up on calls and texts. Yet another lie. He stopped answering calls from my number and never returns them if I leave VM or text. I hope everyone and their mother reads this, and that it costs them more than the $700 it would have to get me off there docket. Had to rent a car for a vacation (@$350) because I didn't feel confident in the car they sold me's ability to make it. read more

Don't do business with them. On 10/20/17 I left a $500 deposit to purchase a 08 Lexus ISF. I bought a plane ticket to Orlando from Charlotte to get the car. They call me later that night saying they crashed car and can't sell it to me. They said they refunded my deposit to my credit card. Well it's been now 3 months and no refund. The manager Zee is incompetent. I called him 5 days ago and he has yet to return my call. My credit card company said no refund issued and they denied the request of refunding me. They said they credit my credit card which is a lie. Zee has not called me back. This is fraud and I am writing to the Florida attorney general office. This is horrible I'm out $500 for something they never sold me. Stay away from this place. They never even offered to help me with my wasted airplane ticket either. Luckily enough it was minor. While vacationing in Florida in January 2021, my wife and I purchased a used BMW convertible to from Mint Motors to be shipped back to WV. Once I got back to WV and tried to title my car with the WV DMV, I learned I had been scammed. Mint Motors collected the 6% WV sales tax from me, but did not send it to WV. I had to pay it again to the WV DMV. When I called the car dealership, owner Mark Henry said it's not his problem. My local DMV said this is a common scam among small Florida car dealers. WV and FL DMV have no agreement to collect sales tax for one another. It cost me over $1300 because of the Mint Motors sales tax scam. read more

This place is a joke. Run away as fast as you can. They offered me the world and then some during negotiations. Told my husband and I they had a guy that would contact us and tint our windows the following week, never called. I told them I had a DMV appointment and would take care of the plates, but they assured me that they would take care of it that they did it all the time and we wouldn't have to worry about anything. Well here we are a month later and after them doing everything they can to avoid contact with us they finally charged us $320 because they say the DMV would not change the plates and they had to reapply for plates. We missed the fact they put plates were COD in the contract so we were stuck at this point. Kathy, the supposed owner, talked to me yesterday on the phone and said she would call me personally today when it was good. I had to call at 4:30 after no contact from them to find out she wasn't even working today. Then they tried to charge me with no proof of registration until my husband said we would not pay until they send a picture of proof, still not the COD that they snuck on the contract. Day after we bought it my husband tried to use windshield washer and it didn't work. Had to buy a new pump. 2nd day while parked at his work, interior post trim came off and outside trim came off. Both had all plastic mounting clamps broken, interior was missing all but one. Do not use this company! I should have paid attention to the bad reviews. They do not know what they are doing at this establishment. We drove from Tampa to look at a car they listed for sale. Our sale person was nice, we liked the car and we proceeded with paperwork to buy the car. They spent HOURS contacting banks supposedly while we set in the waiting room. They came back to us with a 17% interest rate! This was with my credit at 750 and my sons at 710. That was unacceptable and they said they would work on it more with some other banks in the morning so we were told to go home, call in morning and come back the next day. (A two hour drive from tampa). The next morning after few phone calls they got us a 16% interest rate so we decided we would put more money down on the car so we are just financing a small amount since they couldn't get us a decent rate. I emailed all the paperwork they requested and he said everything is ready go ahead and drive over. (2 hour drive from Tampa). I got a call from them again once I was about 15 minutes away from arriving and was told they could not sell me the car. There was some type of error from the auction and the reporting of the Carfax and the vehicle may actually have structural damage and would need inspection. They would be removing it from for sale status. UNBELIEVABLE. 2 days of trips, over 8 hours total drive time, over 4 hours setting in their waiting room all on a car they should have found out they could not sell until inspected. We went to Clearwater Toyota in Clearwater and spent about two hours there, found the same awesome car and got a 6% interest rate as you would expect with great credit and income with no hastle.
