They are very timely with their appointments and the wait time is minimal. When the kids go in to have their teeth cleaned they put on their sunglasses, lay down and watch a movie. The staff is very gentle with the kids and take their time to get their teeth cleaned. All of us with kids know at young ages they are not the best brushers so it's important to go to the dentist for oral health. It is nice to go to a dental office that cares about kids and goes to great lengths to make their experience delightful.

It's incredibly frustrating to feel like my time doesn't matter to this establishment. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of the clinic. They confirmed they had everything they needed. I showed up for my appointment and they told me it was cancelled because they did not have my insurance information. The receptionist proceeded to tell me my insurance information as I stood there before telling me that no one was available to complete the consultation with me. They then admitted that they must have texted the wrong number to notify me of the cancellation. Then, they tried to reschedule my consultation for a THIRD time for almost a month later and still would not allow me to schedule a cleaning. I am not sure I would ever be able to get my teeth cleaned by someone at Mint. If you want to waste your time scheduling appointments they won't keep and risk that your personal information might be shared with someone other than you, give Mint a call!

first off, I am a nervous wreck when it comes to any kind of…read moresedation for my kids. My child had to get FIVE fillings done and was given a mild sedative drink before beginning on her teeth. Dr. Dance got the whole thing done and the sedation wasn't anything to worry about. The staff calmed my nerves and it was the smoothest I believe it could have gone because of the staff and Dr. Dance. After all that, my daughter asked when she GETS to go back. So grateful for this experience.

The person blasted through the cleaning, didn't really talk to me or ask any questions. She also used the floss like she was angry at me, tearing up my gums a lot. That didn't used to be a problem in this office but has become that way again. Then she said she was going to have the dentist take a look and then I would be done. I asked about the filling that was also scheduled, and she gave me a blank look. Finally got it sorted out so that I could get the filling done too. That process took a really long time as well, partly because the area where the filling was done it was built up so high the dentist had to grind a bunch of excess off to get my bite to hit properly. A few months later that filling cracked while I was eating and created a huge mess of a few other teeth as I accidentally bit down on the broken piece before I realized what had happened. It looked just like the last x-ray that was taken. The dentist wanted to do something about my failing implant and it wasn't failing. I've had nothing but problems with this office. The list goes on and on. The staff in the front office is poorly trained. The doctors are looking to make money. The hygienist and dental assistance are very very good but other than that, I would not go to this office. I will never step foot in this office again. it is that horrible with the front desk and with the dentist. They also incorrectly build my insurance, which is insurance fraud.
