The staff at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. They will refer you to a specialist who is out of your insurance network and we were told "you were sent there because you didn't ask for an in network specialist" by Jessica who works the front desk. We went given options to pick a specialist we were given one referral to go to a specific doctor. Jessica had a bad attitude and was extremely sassy and unprofessional. I've heard a lot about Mint Dentistry through advertisements, so I decided to give them a try. I appreciated how the online booking process was simple and easy. On the day of my appointment I didn't have to wait long at all. But in case you did, I saw they offered a points program to benefit those who may have experienced a longer wait time. I was surprised to see something like that, as that would be the first. I also noticed pleasant Christian music playing while waiting which was also nice. Another nice treat they offered while waiting is the free lip balm you could get. I highly recommend it as your lips can get dry during the treatment process - nice touch. Once I made it to the back all staff from the xrays, cleaning and so forth were really pleasant and professional. I appreciated how the dentist made sure he took his time to go over any details and see if I had any questions. If that's not enough, they also offer a massage chair and your choice of music to listen to during treatment. I opted for a little Kem - he always sets a calming mood. To whom it may concern, I wanted to send an email before posting on social media how horrible Mint Dentistry service is. I came in at 12:15 for a 1 o'clock appointment and it's AFTER 1:30 and I'm still waiting for a simple cleaning! This is the second time this office has been unprofessional and disrespectful of MY time. You have employees texting at the front desk and having non work convos with other workers, perception is everything and my perception is the people don't care about anything other than their personal conversations. Your reception is rude and needs to be retrained. If I come asking about why it's taking so long, it would be better to sit and listen instead of cutting me off because you want to get back to your phone. I would like to have a district manager of this area reach out to me. I am beyond disappointed with the service and I will not be back to mint dentistry. I have given you all chance after chance. What's the point of the making an appointment if the time is not kept? This was my first visit at this location, all other locations were excellent. I went into this location for a routine cleaning and ended up not getting the cleaning. I went into the bay with "Elizabeth" and she began the cleaning. Because she inflicted pain to my gums and teeth, I moved INVOLUNTARILY. She looked down on me with a blank stare and said "Don't move again". I then took everything out of my mouth to explain to her that the movement was INVOLUNTARY as a direct result of the pain that she was inflicting. She kept with the cold stare and said "I've been doing this for six years, don't move like that again". I said "ok, I will try not to move". She hurt my mouth again and I immediately snatched everything off of me and leaped from the chair to find the manager or doctor. She ran to the manager and doctor to tell her lie before I could find them. I went to the front desk to ask for the manager and everyone was horrified, as they could hear everything. Well, the young lady alerted the manager on the two-way radio and asked her to come to the front. The manager took some time to come to the front desk and just sat down. I had to ask the young lady if that was the manager, she said yes, and I asked her to let her know again that I wanted to speak to her. She radio'd her again (even though she was sitting two feet away from her). She said "yes", just as unbothered as she could be. Now everyone in the whole office heard the conflict. I told her about what happened and she (unbothered) said "ok, sorry about that". The doctor didn't bother to come out. Now, I'm inconvenienced because I have to schedule another appointment to get the cleaning. When I went back to get the cleaning, I was shocked at the fact that they asked if I wanted ELIZABETH to come in and give me the cleaning........I'm gonna leave this right there. I had a great experience at the Humble Mint! I scheduled a routine cleaning and got an appointment quickly. I was treated in a professional manner, given x-rays by Krystal (first time that the inside of my mouth was not gouged) had a smooth and thorough cleaning from Devon and an in depth consultation with Dr. Campbell who had great "bedside manner" and very knowledgeable and proactive. I don't do a Lot of yelp reviews but really felt compelled to do so on this case. I will be back. read more

Went here yesterday because my husband heard them on the radio and wanted to go. Nice office walking in, until I see a few spider webs going from the walls to a couch they had by the counter. Came in for a cleaning but Was told I have to pay for a deep cleaning or no cleaning at all. Because I havnt been to the dentist in a while. Was told and quoted for my wisdom teeth to be removed, when i didn't ask about my wisdom teeth being removed. I wanted a simply cleaning but couldn't get that because they want to give a deep cleaning or nothing. But I was told I have great teeth! Also told I need a fire fill ins, I dnt even have a hole in any of my teeth! I went today to a different dentist to get my teeth cleaned! I feel like you're paying for the pandora playing in the background at this place or the clean bathroom! The cleaning and teeth whitening is said to be free for new patients but they are going to figure out how to get their money! The fact that I couldn't get the basic cleaning I requested and that y'all wanna force wisdom teeth removal is crazy! I wouldn't recommend this place if you care about time... I went to this place with a friend simply for a cleaning. Arrived 30 minutes early and literally was there for like 2 hrs. Yes they called her to the back rather quickly but she was just waiting (she kept coming to the lobby complaining that they hadn't starting working on her). Also, keep in mind that there was nobody in the lobby waiting nor we're there really any patients in the office. My appointment was at 1pm. I didn't leave until 3:58pm. I had a regular cleaning that took 25 minutes max and a filling that took 15 minutes total from the time the orthodontist walked in, drilled and filled my tooth to when they left (I actually timed it because I was irritated by then). I was about to walk out just when they walked in. 3 hrs for 40 minutes of work. Rest of the time I sat there alone. My first trip here was not so great but each subsequent visit has been considerably better, save for 1 misstep. I'm going to believe my first visit was during a transition since all of my other visits have been better. Service at my first visit was sloppy, front desk was great. My second visit had a small misscomminication that will hopefully soon be resolved. Outside of that, I love the little things they thought through to make your trip to the dentist smooth. Today was my second time going to Mint Dentistry. I 100% recommend, super friendly service from the moment you walk in. They explain everything youre gonna get done that day and always show you upfrint what the costs would be. They also have a good payment plan. During my procedure the Dentist and Dentist Assistant were very attentive of me and were making sure I was good along the way. This locations is actually horrible. The customer service sucks and I can no longer hold my tongue. I had an appointment to fix my crown. I was there early and still had to wait 15-20 minutes. However, that's not the kicker they start to numb my mouth up and had me waiting for about an hour to let it get numb. I'm literally telling them I'm numb and the doctor still doesn't come. She's so busy trying to get patients in and out because as I find out it's HER LAST DAY. So, now I have a numb mouth waiting for 2 hours at this point. I then ask could we start and how long it would take. She's like 45 minutes. Great let's get going, nope. So I have to leave to pick up my kids and of course I was administered anesthesia but no procedure DONE. I wanted to come back and get service from here but NO. Terrible. Mint is not what it seems and the advertisement is bullshit. They gave a credit to my account but they can keep that shit honestly. $100 is not enough for their lack of customer care. 1 star for the really nice dental assistant. read more

Be warned! These people will smile in your face and steal from you behind your back. I went to Mint Dentistry for one of those quadrant cleanings. They do one half of your mouth one day and the other half of your mouth a week later. They told me that according to my insurance, my patient responsibility was $156.40 for the first cleaning and $235.60 for the second cleaning...a total of $392.00. Well, I received the claims receipt from my insurance company. Guess what?!!! My patient responsiblity for day 1 was $70.40 and for day 2 it was also $70.40!!! Mint dentistry overcharge me over $250.00!!! Do you think they contacted me to tell me they overcharged me? Absolutely not! I had to contact them. Be careful. All those little perks they give you like free teeth whitening that you are thinking are free. Think again. You're really paying for it because they are swindling their customers. read more
