The dental assistant was very knowledgeable and let us know what to expect before the doctor came in. Dr. Colon was able to calm a two year old down and had him relaxed and cooperating throughout the visit. While they don't have the largest lobby, the back of the office where the hygienists and dentist actually work is very large and spacious, with several rooms for patients - which is probably what matters most. When I called and asked about the same day, I was told "we aren't in anyone's network." So, now there is a $75 deductible for each of my two children and only 60% coverage instead of no deductible and 100% coverage on a $500+ bill. All of it would've been prevented if they told the truth up front. Bottom line is they are friendly, but they have no problem deceiving you and getting to your wallet. Don't walk away, run!
