Love this store! I'm from out of town and always look forward to visiting when I'm in the area to get some new cute things for my wardrobe.

I follow them on their instagram, and actually bought a pair of booties after seeing them on their IG story. I'm not from Grass Valley, so I bought the shoes not in person but had it reserved until I could go and pick it up. Communication was good via online and phone. When I went to pick them up, a spunky blonde with curls help me retrieve them. The store was smaller than expected. If I lived there in GV, it def would be a staple boutique for me, but since I do not, I'm better off shopping at Goodstock near me. My real review would consist of only three stars because they only had sizes XS or S while browsing at clothing at the store, which sucked. I get it's a small boutique and they must have limited inventory for each sizes, but that's just that - everytime I've popped in there to check out new products, they never have my sizes to anything. Lucky I scored a pair of cute booties tho. read more

I absolutely love this store. every time I go in, I find so many cute/unique things to buy. the girls are always very friendly and helpful. they give advice on everything I try on, and if it doesn't work, they find something even better for me. it's the one place I never feel judged when I try things on. not only do they have great clothes, but they also have great "gather jewelry" jewelry which is one of a kind, and a whole bunch of other people's local things (or close by) to buy, which is all beautifully displayed. definitely a place to check out if you're ever in the Nevada County area and you want to do some sweet shopping. read more

Love shopping here! The girls that work here are actually quite nice if you actually talk to them. I work downtown so it's nice to have a clothing place so close. With everybody bored in quarantine including me, i thought i would look for a pair of roller skates!! Unfortunately they were sold out everywhere. I looked on every site, and even on apps where people sell like depop and poshmark. Nowhere! With some more digging I found this shop on instagram and they are just awesome. I dm'd them, they got back to me very quickly. The next day they shipped out my skates that were sold out everywhere else. I just got my skates yesterday and I love them!! very cute store, jewelry & clothing is pretty overpriced. But employees there are extremely rude and judgmental every single time I go in there. They have no interest in helping you with sizes or fitting room and barley acknowledge the fact you are in the store. They are also very unhelpful and disrespectful when it comes to returns. Girls were very rude and I felted very judged. The clothes are very cute but seem to be a little over priced. I was going to buy clothes but then the customer service turned me away. Really bad customer service!!! Cute clothes, but the girls who worked there were not only unhelpful, they were unfriendly. We were not greeted, acknowledged or assisted in any way. No one once asked if I needed a dressing room or another size and they had really loud personal conversations. My mom and I had just spend hundreds of dollars at Mill St. and Yuba Blue where the customer service and assistance was amazing. We love shopping locally, but experiences like this make it tough! As usual, I walked into Mint and couldn't decide what to try in first. There are always fresh styles, unexpected treasures on the vintage rack, and super sweet sales associates. I can find anything there, from a party dress to a swim suit to a wearable sleeping bag. Don't get much better than that!!! Customer for life!!! read more

The window display drew me in, the customer service drew me out. The store has nice fashion but very limited sizes, with medium being the largest. Why exclude larger sizes? I wish I could have bought everything in this store! A well-curated boutique is not always easy to come by, especially in smaller towns. This shop is perfectly stocked with unique designs from beloved labels (ugh I love you Obey) and then the collection is rounded out by some beautiful locally sourced goods. I came here in search of some more handmade Gather Jewelry (beyond amazing) and found much more than that. Perfect for us ladies who love current styles but don't want cookie-cutter fashions.
