The waiting area has lots of toys and Paw Patrol playing, which put her at ease. When we went back to our station, the technician gave us the option of having her sit in my lap or in the big chair for her cleaning (guess what she chose!) She cried a little, but the technician was so sweet with her and really tried to engage. While we waited for Dr. Jenny, I managed to get my daughter in the big chair with me and she had so much fun watching Paw Patrol "upside down"! Dr. Jenny was able to check all of her teeth and do her fluoride with her laying on top of me watching tv. As anyone with kids knows, this kind of flexibility can go a long way to the success of an appointment! Everyone that worked at the office was very friendly and going through insurance was easy.
