I spoke to Sara to schedule an appointment and told her I needed a second opinion for what needed to be done. She took the time to explain that they were in-network with my insurance and even went the extra mile to suggest to me that I could wait a few more days so that my insurance will cover the cost of my visit since the 6 month mark was coming up. From that moment I knew that they were very personable, honest, professional, and reasonable - which are things that are VERY important to me. My first visit from the moment I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and each person introduced themselves. The last place, the dentist kept checking his watch, rushed, and did not even tell me his name. I had the pleasure of meeting Sara, Alex, Rebecca, and Dr. Durden who made this experience such an amazing experience. I really trusted their opinion and appreciate the sincerity they offered unlike the previous experience I had. Dr. Durden was completely honest and explained things to me in a way that did not completely baffle me or freak me out - and he just has the best personality ever!
