Dr. Sripathi's Dental Clinic is really a very unique and wonderful experience, she is so utterly detailed and meticulous and also I believe a perfectionist, she cleaned my teeth and my teeth have never looked or felt this good, really and truly, my teeth needed much polishing and deep cleaning and she did this procedure wonderfully and very efficiently, she works quickly, with great attention to detail. Having recently moved to the Raleigh area, I was very nervous about finding a new dentist and quite frankly, seeing a dentist is unfortunately not something many people look forward to. However, Dr. Sripathi and her practice is the exception. Starting with Dr. Sripathi, she is kind, compassionate, and professional. Being a seasoned veteran, she knew exactly what needed to be done and made me feel very comfortable during the entire procedure (I had to do a wisdom tooth removal, deep cleaning, and some fillings...yikes! Brush your teeth kids!). She explains every step that she performs so theres never any confusion/you know what to expect and her gentle touch makes it an effortless experience. She also works harder than any other medical professional I've seen (she goes out of her way to call your insurance anytime you're unsure about something which makes my life easier) and she personally calls you to ensure everything is going well after an appointment. Her dental assistant Maria is also very outgoing, professional, and makes you feel very comfortable by always asking if anything is needed during a procedure or giving kind words of encouragement. The office location is ideal, very easy to get to (though it was a bit hard to find the first time as Google maps only takes you to the plaza...keep an eye out for a big "Dentist" sign on the building). The inside is brand new (including all the equipment), it is kept very clean, and theres TVs in every room so it keeps your mind occupied. Exactly what I look for in a dentist. Zero time in the waiting room. Professional staff. Transparent dental care. If there is ever an area of concern, Dr. Sripathi will walk me through my x-rays to show me exactly what she is referring to. She's so gentle that I didn't even need to be numbed for my filling! We moved to the area a few years ago and have been trying to find a good dependable dentist that is not out to rip you at every visit. This practice is perfect. The doctor is very good at what she does , patient and detailed. She does not nickel and dime you for everything and works with your insurance company so that you wont have any surprises. Dr. Sripathi did an amazing job with my complex filing which if ignored for a week more would have caused me to go for an Root canal. She walked me through the process, took that anxiety out of the treatment and made me comfortable. She is now my family dentist. Absolutely disgusted I chose not to go with this dentist due to the fact when I was seen for a consultation she removed a tooth using the hook looking tool not sure of specific name and proceeded to take a piece of my back molar out then argued with me telling me it was food not a tooth she tried to throw it out before I saw it but I took the piece home with me she then proceeded to tell me my insurance covered the X-rays which they apparently did not and I now am being seen by a different dentist and due to the incompetence of her chipping my tooth my gum grew over the little piece she left and now I need surgery to remove it I am in the process of suing I have never been so disgusted the piece left is right by my sinus and my current dentist has referred me to a specialist to remove it due to worry of infection I'm so irritated with this idiot I went for a consultation not to have you chip my tooth and now I'm in need to have it removed ASAP before it causes problems to my health I would not recommend going here at all what so ever ! If I could rate this place a 0 I would now I have a surgery Bill coming my way I could have avoided if I had avoided this place read more

My husband and I went Elite Smiles for cleaning together. The dentist did not clean my husband's upper back teeth. After cleaning, we can still see the black stuff on his teeth. I requested a deep cleaning, she charged me for the whole service, which was over $300 after insurance, but she did not finish it in one hour. She said that we will do the polishing next time and I will not need to pay any money. She said that she can go "regular cleaning", so only insurance company need to pay the bill. I questioned her that I already paid the money for deep cleaning which should include polishing, why should I pay again. She did not give me a direct answer. After she finished the polishing on my second visit, she charged me another $95 (I paid $34 after insurance).Before I pay the money, I questioned again, I already paid for the deep cleaning, why should I pay again, she said it is " maintenance fee"...How interesting! The dentist is not professional at all and asks for unreasonable charges.I will not recommend this place! read more
