Got diagnosed COVID and the only thing I was prescribed was PILLS. no inhaler or anything for my breathing when that was my main concern. Gloria at the front desk should be fired also. Bad customer service all around.

I politely tell her that she isn't allowed to scan my card and that it is illegal, and she gets defensive and with my card. She wrote down more than my benefit ID number. I ask her to please remove the other number and she one lines it and says okay with a rude tone. I'm being polite still and my patience is wearing thin. She assures me that she has scanned many military cac cards like mine and never had a problem. I then show her the DOD instruction about it being illegal to scan and copy information other than my benefit ID. I wasn't trying to cause problems here. Actually, I was saving us both problems by not letting her scan my card. Kindness goes a long ways folks. I'm polite and respectful, and it'd be nice for me to receive the same in return especially if I'm the one giving your company business. I was going to give a low score but the nurse and the doctor were very polite, and it would not be fair to give a low score for the actions of one person.

The young lady at the front desk was sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, and I was quickly seen, which I appreciate. The nurse ( with her sweet smile ) was knowledgeable, compassionate & very friendly. She took all my vitals and we chatted briefly. Atmosphere was pleasant. Doctor (Ashton Want ) should be in momentarily. Chest Scan was done after COVID test and exam were completed. Two meds were ordered and I will be on the road to recovery. Care Now was an excellent place to choose since my primary care doctor was closed today. You'll receive excellent care from all staff members. I will use them again if needed. It's conveniently located at 1501 SW Wilshire in Burleson TX. They take most Insurance and I love the Web Check In. It saves a lot of time. Especially if you're feeling bad. I highly recommend Care Now in Burleson. They have all the convenience for disabled patients even with their parking.

They also told me the patient would already be registered when we arrived at the other clinic. Unfortunately, that wasn't true. When we got to the second location, the wait time was the same--about an hour and a half--and the patient wasn't registered at all. We had to fill out all the paperwork again from scratch. I really wish they had been upfront about the fact that the wait time would be just as long and that we'd have to redo all the paperwork. It ended up being a waste of time and gas, and it made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. Better communication and transparency would make a big difference here.

This is the worse place for care! I wouldn't send anyone here!!!!…read moreThe doctors pass their work off onto the NPs and so anyone that wants to discuss about their care they can't because the doctors don't actually go see them. They bully anyone who feels they are ready to leave into making them stay or they will contact the police and have the courts demand them to stay even longer. Family can't call and actually speak with anyone as you have to leave a message and then no one returns a call. If a patient tries to check themselves out they are bullied to stay or the doctor says it's my right to hold you an extra 24 hours. This is the most ridiculous piss poor excuse for care I have even seen! Horrific place and service!

I found another patient whose experience lined up with me, excuse me if any similarities arise. Wrongdoings: .They was no communication to my parents, they only information they received was from my 10 minute twice a day phone calls. They received a total of 2 calls, both from the hospital concerning switching/adding medicine. When they asked how I was treating, no response. When they came to pick me up since there was no communication, the therapist promised to return, she did not. Nor the doctor or my caseworker. .They REFUSED to for me meds though I requested it in the morning hours, only supplying it to me at 8:45-9:45 (or later/not at all) right before bedtime. Once, they gave me Trazodone, when I requested it at night. They gave it to me, while I was ASLEEP! That's how long it took. .When I was getting blood drawn, I looked out of the way. Since I'm scared of needles/blood. The staff made fun of me looking away, asking if I'm scared with a mocking tone. .When I complained about my meds not working, and still hearing voices, Doctor Nikalapu didn't up my prescription from 2mg to anything. He knew I was struggling. .They never gave me a Texas Education Agent, which was on the Teen Bill of Rights. I am now more behind on school work. So I have right to sue according to my rights being violated. .After I asked for pads, they gave me one. Despite my heavy blood flow. .I was suffering from a HEAVY flu, from my mom, a they wouldn't give me medication/nasal spray till I saw the doctor, who I had to approach on my own terms as she was talking with staff ONLY, and would not come frequently. .PCAs' were always on their phone. .There were rats/cockroaches in our rooms.

They have an on site laboratory so that you can get your bloodwork done and the results while you wait. They also have an on site digital x-ray suite. The facility is set up to handle emergencies and minor surgical proceedures. The entire center is clean, spacious and well lit with comfortable furniture. Now, the real star of the show here is the caring staff and medical providers. There are two doctors and two physician assistants on staff here, and they are all awesome! You really feel that you have their undividied attention and that they genuinely care about what you are saying. You know that they are going to do their very best to ensure that you recieve top notch medical care, every time you come. It's rare today to find medical providers who are so kind and compassionate and don't make you feel like you are just a number. The nurses are all really nice too. I'd recommend anyone to come to this practice if they are needing any sort of medical care. If the doctors and PAs here cant take care of you, they will surely know where to send you.
