When the specialist notified them they can't see a diagnosis, they didn't even respond. They did not send us to get X-rays, I had to tell them they were needed. Also, Wendy is a very rude person. In the past we've seen Turingen and Doan, both were good. All the new people we have seen since then have been just terrible. Too awful for words, can't even read comments and notes in their own system. They need better staff. I will be working on getting a better primary for my son. This place is so bad.

I always enjoy returning to this location because of it's highly organized, clean, warmly hospitable, and quick and efficient Service. It is very easy to set up and change appointments online, and I love how I can check in easily through my phone and wait in my car if there are no seats available inside Walgreens! My appointment was at 1:00 on a Thursday and the Lab Techs were very courteous and punctual with calling me in on time! Nisha was dressed in a clean and fresh white Lab Coat and communicated very thoroughly and clearly to make me feel like I was in the hands of a qualified and trustworthy Professional. Inside the Lab was clean, inviting, and clutter free and Nisha was attentively kind and sharp enough to notice slight inefficiencies with the paperwork and tidied up the processes to make sure I didn't have to take out more blood than necessary. Nisha was friendly, warm, and easy to talk to and was able to find my vein quickly and wrapped up my arm with clean and fresh cotton balls and gauzes. She gave me a small paper cup and instructed me leave a small urine sample in the front for Delfina, who was also very professional and locked into her Hustle and communicated in a confident and courteously efficient rhythm. I visited this facility twice and I'm happy overall with my care here. On my first visit I was a…read morewalk-in and was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. She told me to scan the QR code posted up front to fill out all my info. Surprisingly it didn't take long. They also had free wi-fi so that helped a lot. Right after completion, I was again impressed of how fast I was taken in, literally 2 minutes after I finished my intake forms. After taking my vitals, I was taken to an exam room, everything is brand new and it's super clean. Immediately after the PA came in. He was friendly, thorough and to the point. My prescription was sent right away to my local pharmacy and given all my postcare info. I was in and out of there in less than 30 min. I love that, easy no stress visit, and got what I needed, this is perfect for busy people or in a time crunch. They just opened April 1st so probably not a lot of people know about this place yet. I live right by here, so I knew about it before they opened. After a few days I got an automated follow up text to see how I was doing. I thought I was ok but a few days after my condition got worse so I returned after 6 days. Same easy check in. Different front office staff from the first visit, but same friendly greeting upon arrival and exit. I did observe only 1 other patient in the waiting room for both visits. Lucky me! This second visit (on a Sunday afternoon) I was even more impressed and happy because my PA was very knowledge, thorough and very personable. My appointment was a bit longer this time, and she asked my permission for ai transcription as she spoke all her findings out loud. I'm wondering why the last PA didn't do that. But not complaining. Usually urgent cares are quick and to the point, no small talk so I'm used to that. But I really felt like everything was addressed in a compassionate, caring, very thorough way with my PA today. I could tell she's highly experienced. Her examination was even better and more thorough than some of my other specialty doctors I see! Her name is Monica Williams. I know providers are all different, but overall so far my experiences here get better every visit. Trust me, I'm immunocompromised so I'm a regular at these places!

Unfortunately, I just can't. Our appointment was at 9:00 AM, but from the moment we walked in, we waited over an hour and a half before my mother was finally seen by a doctor--even though there were hardly any patients in the clinic. A staff member took us into an exam room and told us the doctor would be in about 10 minutes, but we ended up waiting another hour. I finally had to walk out and ask how much longer it would be before a doctor hurried out of an empty exam room next door and came to see us. The doctor seemed completely unsure about my mother's condition and did not appear knowledgeable or confident. He simply pointed out things that were already obvious to us and ordered an ultrasound. Unfortunately, the frustration didn't end there. When we arrived at the imaging center, they told us the ultrasound order was incorrect and that they couldn't determine what examination the doctor was actually requesting. As a result, the imaging center had to repeatedly contact the urgent care to clarify the order. We have already been waiting another 40 minutes, and as I write this review, we still don't know how much longer we will have to wait. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Long wait times, poor communication, an inexperienced doctor, and an incorrect imaging order caused unnecessary delays, wasted our time, and added even more stress to my mother's situation. Please think twice before coming here. Based on our experience, I find it very difficult to believe that the large number of glowing 5-star reviews accurately reflects the quality of care we received.

We were then charged another $77 for the same issue. Conditioning a refund or credit on the removal of an honest review is not only unethical but also a potential violation of the Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. §45b), which prohibits businesses from penalizing customers for posting truthful feedback.
