I checked in recently to get my blood work done and really appreciate the high quality Team Professionalism displayed by Lab Techs Nisha, Delfina, and Miguel! I always enjoy returning to this location because of it's highly organized, clean, warmly hospitable, and quick and efficient Service. It is very easy to set up and change appointments online, and I love how I can check in easily through my phone and wait in my car if there are no seats available inside Walgreens! My appointment was at 1:00 on a Thursday and the Lab Techs were very courteous and punctual with calling me in on time! Nisha was dressed in a clean and fresh white Lab Coat and communicated very thoroughly and clearly to make me feel like I was in the hands of a qualified and trustworthy Professional. Inside the Lab was clean, inviting, and clutter free and Nisha was attentively kind and sharp enough to notice slight inefficiencies with the paperwork and tidied up the processes to make sure I didn't have to take out more blood than necessary. Nisha was friendly, warm, and easy to talk to and was able to find my vein quickly and wrapped up my arm with clean and fresh cotton balls and gauzes. She gave me a small paper cup and instructed me leave a small urine sample in the front for Delfina, who was also very professional and locked into her Hustle and communicated in a confident and courteously efficient rhythm. Miguel was nice and welcoming as well and overall my experience with the Eastvale Walgreens Labcorps was easy, enjoyable, and exceeded my expectations in cleanliness, hospitality, and speed of service! I had a drug screening and was helped by Jessica. She was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. She greeted me, was attentive, and informed me what was going to be performed. If you want a phlebotomist who does not know how to pull up standing orders even when the doctor is on the phone saying the order is in and to ask for a manager just to then have the phlebotomist who previously verbalized how much she hated her job and wants to get a job at Kaiser to then slam the door in your 18-year-old daughter's face when she asked to talk to a manager like her doctor instructed her to do. Then this the place for you. Being in the medical field myself, we would never treat our patients like this. Labcorp there are plenty of people who want jobs. I highly suggest you take care of your staff issue and get people who actually represent your company's values because that's definitely not a good look. read more

My appt was at 11am and here it is at 12:07 and still waiting. I found out after 45 minutes of waiting that there system was down so appointments were not getting in but all the walk in did. And there was a long line of walk ins. Why they didn't announce it I don't know. Once I checked in you would think I would have got right in. I checked in 25 minutes before they closing time listed. I waited the entire 25 minutes and finally a rude Labcorp tech came out of the lab stating they reached capacity and they are now closed. Yet the entire time I was there waiting, no one got called in to the lab. I can't give any feedback on care quality as I was even seen although I waited almost 30 min to be seen. If they reached capacity they should shut down the sign in machine or put a sign up so people aren't sitting wasting their time knowing certain people need their results rapidly. I'm disgusted and disappointed with the lack of compassion and empathy this location has shown for their patients. read more

I came in and checked in at 9:49am per their computer. My appointment was supposed to be at 10:45 initially, I went in at 10:20 to check to find the screen changed to 11:30. So I went back to my car (I signed up for text reminders) and I didn't get called in until 12:05-12:10. The technician that called me back was extremely rude not only to me but another customer who clearly didn't speak English and was asking for help. He was instead just blown off. I went in thinking they called me come to find out it was someone else. I explained I was supposed to have been called in at 11:30 and I had been there since 9:40 something (didn't know the exact time at that point) he said well you're not in my system and don't have an appointment. I explained and showed him that I had a text telling me to go inside and wait for my name to be called at 11:05. I stood around for an hr waiting after having been here since 9:50 for him to argue with me that I didn't have an appointment. Funny how fast it was found when he looked for it. Said my appointment time was 11:30 and that a text reminder was sent. I am taking a test that requires that I don't eat and I thought no water. So I hadn't had food or water since the night before. Just to come in and have someone be rude to me from the jump. How are you going to argue with a patient when the information you're being told is in front of your face. My dr told me the test would be covered by my insurance which it wasn't (not his fault I get that) I needed to call my mom to confirm the large payment they wanted. He asked me to hurry and call her now "because technically it's lunch time"... I'm sorry but whose fault is that?! My appointment was scheduled for 30 minutes before I even got called in. This was actually my second time coming here. First time was so long ago and they were new. It was a wonderful experience what then, and an even better one today. I'm upset with myself because I did not get the two wonderful and patient LabCorp associate that assisted my grandson and I. Imagine a three-year-old rambunctious can never sit down little toddler boy having to do lab work and give blood!!! I was so nervous and in fear of the whole thing and how it will go this order was requested in August and I'm just now getting the balls to go. They close at four so I make sure I got there around 345-ish everything was super simple. I sat down and almost had to get right back up. That's how fast we were fall. In fact, it was someone checking in before us and we still got calls first. My grandson is curious, he the kind that want to steal and wants to everything repeat every word you say. My phlebotomist helping us was so calm and gentle. Her aura was very peaceful. he's sitting on my lap. I'm behind him. Of course he's trying the turkey around his arm and he's like what waiting hold on that lol! She's still as gentle as she wants to be. Your voice is calm and soft and she says to me, lol, do you think you're gonna be able to hold him? Now keep in mind my ass is embarrassed. I'm embarrassed everywhere we go LMAO he puts on a show for his fans so I know what's about to come of this whole visit in about 2.8 seconds lol! ( I'm actually cracking up). I kind of whisper back...nah ....nah ... I'm definitely gonna need some help. Here comes another angel of phlebotomy. I can't remember her name, but as sweet as she can be and is even more gentle! So on the count of 12 POKE and then 3! There is goes! He's screaming bloody murder. lol. But ladies were still come over him all kinds of things that he screamed no to I'm giggling on the inside. My 3y.o child had a lab work since this is the nearest we decided to go here. 7:40am we arrived 7:30am is there open hours, check in is in the computer thingy, we went as walk in. After 5mins we called that was quick since there are 2 people before us. Its the Indian phlebotomist approached us. She is not being gentle with my kid. The Indian female phlebotomist that works at the Eastvale walgreens lacks customer service skills and also lacks basic manners and is rude. She was helping a guy to fill up the online form and was clearly frustrated and yawned and sighed. Last time she used tape on me that was so sticky and wrapped it around my arm instead of the usual tape that doesn't stick on skin. It was painful to pull out. I needed only one vial of blood and she used the big needle still (not sure if this is standard). Sent a text message to Labcorp and left a message to her about my experience and yet to receive a call. It's been 2 months. Lab work should be ok and it's a real convenience to walk in and be able to get it done in a fairly close location. read more

Went here at around 7:45 AM since this is the new closest Labcorp to my home. I went as a Walk -In. I used to go to the one in Upland. Facility is clean and brand new. The check-in procedure was high tech and quick. I was about to sit when my name was called (already!). Nisha was the technician who took my blood. It usually takes them 2-3 tries before they find my vein. Nisha did it on the first try. Woohoo! Kudos to her... I will be coming here from now on. read more

I went to the Lab Corp inside Walgreens in Eastvale on the corner of Limonite. The female Indian phlebotomist was horrible. She lacks customer service skills and is just plain mean! I don't know why she is still working there and she shouldn't have a job working with people, much less with a needle! I've complained about her and nothing gets done at all and no call backs ever. She forcefully grabbed my arm and used a large needle to withdrawal blood. She didn't even look for a vein on my arm. What made me more upset was that she left my arm so bruised and sore I had to show my doctor and he said that was not necessary to cause so much damage to the vein. Sometimes people who are inexperienced make these mistakes but she is experienced and I will never go there again if she is there. LabCorp you really need to do better and handle these complaints for your patients better well being. If you have to use this LabCorp please do not see that phlebotomist. She wouldn't even give me her name and I saw no name tag. read more
