I took the medicine and recovered after I finished the medicine. Amy was very friendly and answered my questions on the doctors and clinic/office operations. 2nd visit was for my pain at the back of the ankle (achilles) for almost 3 months. Don walked in with a huge smile and very friendly and checked my foot and found a bump at the back of heel that needed x-ray to confirm. (when I saw my podiatrist twice in the last month, he didn't even notice it). only problem is the x-ray order form had a wrong address that I ended up driving around to find the correct location. I've decided to make an appointment with the MD in the house to see if I can change my PCP to this location for convenience. earliest appointment is 2 months away, hopefully this is bc MD is on travel, and not a typical trend for scheduling. but at least the PAs were knowledgeable and the staffs were very friendly. So happy I've found this place w/in 10min. from my house.

While I was trying to explain my situation and ask for help, he repeatedly interrupted and cut me off before I could finish speaking. He showed very little patience and seemed completely unwilling to listen or provide any assistance. This kind of attitude is unacceptable for someone working at the front desk of a healthcare facility. Patients come to a clinic because they need help, and the very least they should receive is basic courtesy, patience, and respect. Based on my interaction with him, John needs significant customer-service training before working in a position that requires direct interaction with patients. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that patients are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

She truly took the time to get a thorough history from me, about my complaints and about my health overall and she did a very thorough physical exam on me too. I came in with so many complaints, as I was dealing with a lot and also had not had time to see a doctor for months, and she truly was so patient with me and gave me her time. It is tough finding practitioners these days who actually give you a through visit, and who actually think critically and consider different differentials, since usually they are trying to just get to the next patient. So I was definitely very much in awe of PA Rutledge's patient care skills. We definitely need more providers like her in the medical field. My experience at the clinic was overall great as the staff were all very nice and I was seen in a timely manner upon arrival for my appointment!

My father was recovering from a leg amputation due to complications from advanced diabetes. At the time, he required dialysis three times per week, ongoing medication management, and transportation assistance to attend his treatments. During a scheduled appointment, my family requested assistance with obtaining necessary diabetes and blood pressure medications, as well as help submitting a transportation authorization referral required by his insurance carrier. We were advised by Patricia Greco that she could not assist with certain medication and referral requests. Because this did not seem consistent with what we had been told by the insurance company, I contacted the insurer directly. The insurance representative worked with the provider's office and informed me that the office had verbally agreed to submit the transportation authorization. Unfortunately, we later learned that the authorization was never submitted. At the same time, my father's blood pressure medication was never received by the pharmacy despite it being discussed during the appointment. I personally contacted the pharmacy multiple times and made several attempts to reach Patricia Greco's assistant, Carolina. I left detailed voicemails requesting assistance and explaining the urgency of the situation, yet I never received a return call, update, or follow-up. For a patient recovering from major surgery and relying on life-sustaining dialysis treatments, the lack of communication, follow-through, and urgency was extremely concerning. Our family felt abandoned during one of the most vulnerable periods of my father's recovery. I understand that healthcare offices are busy and that mistakes can happen. However, when patients with serious medical needs are involved, timely communication and follow-through are essential. In our experience, those expectations were not met. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this provider or office. We felt that obtaining basic assistance required repeated phone calls, involvement from the insurance company, and significant self-advocacy during a time when our focus should have been on my father's recovery. I hope this feedback encourages the office to improve its responsiveness, patient communication, and overall coordination of care so that other families do not experience similar challenges. -- Jesus Gonzalez Concerned Family Member and Patient Advocate

His staff was great and super friendly and took care of me very well. I never been to a doctor who takes you exactly on time always, if they do you should worry about the doctor rushing patients. Sometimes some patients require more time the others based on their severity of their conditions. Would you rather be rushed out or a proper visit.

Every single time I've come here, the experience has been the same: long, endless waits and a…read moredoctor who rushes through visits so fast it makes me wonder why I was sitting in the waiting room for hours in the first place. It feels like they have zero respect for their patients' time or concerns. Beyond the waiting 1.5 hours in JUST the waiting room for a follow up, then another 30 minutes in the exam room before the dr comes in, the worst was when I was scheduled for an endoscopy. I checked in on time, expecting maybe a short delay (because things happen in healthcare). Instead, I sat in the main waiting room for over 3 hours. Not pre-op. Not being prepped. Just in a crowded lobby, staring at the walls, with absolutely no communication from staff. After three hours of this, I finally got up and left--completely frustrated and over it. Honestly, I should've walked out sooner. I got rescheduled for the next week, as the very first patient. When you do finally get taken back, the procedure area is no better. They make you power down your phone in front of them and show them that it's turned off. I understand phones might not be allowed during procedures, but here's the issue: after they take your phone, you're left sitting in pre-op for up to 2 more hours with nothing to do but stare at a blank wall. No updates. No reassurance. No communication at all. No sense of time. Just isolation and waiting. It's incredibly inconsiderate, especially for patients who are already anxious. I have a baby at home, and my time is not disposable. I can't afford to waste entire days sitting in waiting rooms and pre-op holding areas with no explanation, no updates, and no respect for the fact that patients have lives, families, and responsibilities. Add to that a doctor who doesn't take symptoms seriously ( and asks over and over about someone that was just asked about 1 minute prior ), and it's a recipe for patients to feel dismissed, unheard, and neglected. Healthcare is already stressful enough--you're usually going in because you don't feel well or because something is wrong. The last thing you should have to deal with is a system that treats you like an afterthought. Every visit here has been hours of wasted time, rushed interactions, and the sense that patients' concerns just don't matter. If you're considering coming here, know what you're signing up for: long waits, minimal communication, and a doctor who seems too busy (or unwilling) to actually listen. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values their time, their sanity, or being treated with basic decency.

Then she got my email address wrong when I tried to sign up for the patient portal. When I called back I spoke with Gwen, who was super friendly and helpful. She corrected the error right away. I arrived early for my first appointment and was taken in at a decent time but it took a while to actually see Dr. Virk. When I met him, he seemed very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and concerns. He seemed like he actually read through the thick patient intake packet I completed. He was warm and genial. He didn't seem to be in a huge rush to get me out of the door. I was pleased with my experience, and felt that the wait was worth it. When I got my lab work done, I messaged Dr. Virk but never received a response from him, only from his staff stating they had sent the message to him. When I tried to call, I left a callback number after a long wait and was never called back, though the automated message stated I was next in line. I left another message on the patient portal explaining this and my availability in trying to schedule an appointment. I did receive a call and voicemail the following morning. When I called back, I immediately received an answer and was able to schedule a phone visit within a few weeks. My previous doctor's office allowed people to schedule appointments online through their patient portal or via text, which I found helpful. I do wish this was the case with this office. I also wish I could see after visit care instructions and information on the patient portal, as I can be forgetful with verbal instructions and would like to be able to refer back on the specific directions my doctor has given. Overall, I like this office, but having a more modern way of scheduling appointments and accessing my health data would make it 5 stars.
